Mannat On Starlife Thursday 20th August 2026 Update, Mannat screams for help, and Vikrant rushes to save her. He covers her with a dupatta and apologizes for arriving late. He says he came there searching for her earlier but could not find her. Mannat asks him to call a doctor because Aishwarya is bleeding. Vikrant immediately calls the doctor.

Meanwhile, Rahul tells Banti that their plan has failed and they need to inform Mallika. Mallika demands that he send her Mannat’s video because she wants to make it viral and use it for her next plan. Rahul tells her that the plan failed because her mother ruined everything at the last moment. Mallika is shocked to hear that Aishwarya was there and asks why she saved Mannat.
The doctor brings Aishwarya in on a stretcher. Gagan asks what happened to her and takes her to a room. Shruthi asks Mannat what happened, but Mannat tells her to stay with Aishwarya because she needs her help. Vikrant notices that Mannat has already left and follows her.
Vikrant applies ointment to Mannat’s wounds. She hugs him and starts crying, and he consoles her. He then hears Neetu telling Roni that Mannat is bad luck. She says that ever since Mannat came there, something bad has been happening and blames her for Aishwarya’s condition. She even says that Mannat might have done something to her.
Vikrant asks Neetu to stop blaming Mannat because she does not understand the situation. Mannat then comes there. Gagan asks her what happened. Mannat thinks that she cannot reveal the whole truth until Aishwarya regains consciousness. She tells them that she went to Mezbani to meet Vikrant, but some goons were there and tried to molest her. When Vikrant arrived, the goons covered her mouth and hid her.
Mannat reveals that Aishwarya risked her life to save her and got injured in the process. Everyone is shocked because they cannot believe that Aishwarya risked her life for Mannat.
The doctor then says that Aishwarya needs B-negative blood. Gagan says his daughter does not have the same blood group. Mallika refuses to donate blood, saying she is scared of injections. Everyone looks at her with disgust. Shruthi offers to donate, but Vikrant says she recently had surgery and cannot donate blood.
Mannat says she will donate her blood. Vikrant reminds her that she is also injured, but Mannat says her wounds will heal soon and she can still donate. Vikrant asks Deepak to arrange glucose for Mannat.
Mallika becomes jealous when she sees how much Vikrant cares about Mannat. Mannat excuses herself and gives Mallika a warning look. Mallika becomes afraid that Mannat may know the truth. As the nurse draws Mannat’s blood, she wonders why Aishwarya risked her life to save her.
Mannat tells Shruthi that Aishwarya risked her life to save her. Shruthi expresses her concern for Mannat. Vikrant comes there and starts talking about work to stop her from overthinking.
Mallika thinks that her mother loves Mannat more than her and lies to herself about the situation. Mannat comes there and warns Mallika to stop. She says she will expose Mallika’s actions in front of everyone and will not hide her secret. Fearing that she will be exposed, Mallika starts packing her things.
Mannat continues caring for Aishwarya. Puneet says it looks like an enemy is helping another enemy. Mallika mocks the bond between Mannat and Aishwarya, saying they are acting like best friends while hiding their relationship.
She then says everyone was focused on Mannat and Vikrant’s alleged illegal affair, but there is another secret relationship between a mother and daughter. Vikrant asks Mallika to stop creating a scene. Gagan tries to stop her from revealing the truth, but Mallika is determined to expose Aishwarya.
Mallika says Mannat’s blood matched Aishwarya’s. Vikrant says that it is normal. Mallika then points out that Shruthi received a liver transplant quickly and asks why no one has ever dared to threaten Aishwarya. She questions how Mannat managed to threaten Aishwarya into putting the shares in her name.
