According to the lawyer, Roshni deceived the entire family from the beginning by hiding major truths about her identity, previous marriage and child. The Deshmukhs look emotionally exhausted after carrying the burden of public humiliation and family tension for so long.
However, Roshni suddenly objects in court and emotionally declares that she does not want to separate from Tejas under any circumstances. Her statement shocks everyone. Renuka immediately loses her temper and accuses Roshni of destroying the family’s peace and ruining Tejas’ life. Her angry outburst creates chaos in the courtroom, forcing the judge to warn her to maintain courtroom discipline.
Despite Renuka’s interruptions, the judge gives Roshni one final chance to explain her side fully before making a decision. Roshni begins telling her emotional story. She claims that she never wanted to cheat anyone and only wanted love, respect and a second chance at life.
She says that after her first husband died, his family cruelly abandoned her and left her alone to raise her child. Roshni says society treated her badly wherever she went, forcing her to fight for survival. She explains that she changed her identity because she wanted to escape her painful past and live with dignity without being judged.

She claims Renuka constantly insulted and humiliated her after learning about her past and says she faced endless emotional pressure inside the Deshmukh house.

She says that once the truth came out after the marriage, Renuka started treating her badly. Roshni claims she was made to live like a servant despite sacrificing everything for the family.
Roshni continues listing incidents to support her accusations. She claims she was forced to leave her job, give up her salary and even hand over her ATM card to the family. Although some family members feel she is twisting the facts to gain sympathy from the judge, her emotional performance creates confusion in the courtroom.

Roshni then starts targeting Riya indirectly. She cleverly twists Paresh and Riya’s statements so that their words begin supporting her accusations. She claims Renuka only cared about status and money and always wanted a rich daughter-in-law for Tejas.
Roshni further says that the moment Renuka discovered that she came from a poor village family, her behaviour changed completely. According to her, she was treated more like a servant than a daughter-in-law in the Deshmukhs’ house.
The courtroom becomes even more emotional when Sayali is called to the witness stand. She is asked whether she has also faced insults or unfair treatment in the family. Sayali honestly admits that Renuka sometimes behaved harshly with her, but she clearly says the situation was never as terrible as Roshni is making it sound.
Roshni immediately twists Sayali’s statement too and continues damaging the Deshmukhs’ reputation before the judge. She then begins another emotional act, saying that she only hid her identity because of Tejas.
According to Roshni, Tejas himself forced her to continue the lie and maintain the fake identity in front of his family. She insists that she should not be blamed alone for everything that happened. Pretending to be helpless and broken, Roshni folds her hands before the judge and requests permission to separate from Tejas permanently.
The family is shocked when another truth comes out in court. Tejas himself never filed the divorce case personally. Later, Tejas is called to the witness stand. Roshni quickly asks him whether she had already told him before their marriage that she was Kalyani. Tejas admits that she had told him earlier.
