Love’s Complicated On Starlife Wednesday 26th August 2026 Update, Harsh tells Abhimanyu that he is not giving him advice as a father or as the CEO of Birla Hospital. He asks Abhimanyu not to think emotionally at the moment and to use his brain. Harsh says Abhimanyu did not say no to the surgery, which means he also wants to get the surgery done. Abhimanyu rethinks his decision. Akshara folds her hands in front of Harsh, but he leaves from there.

Harsh informs the Birlas that he spoke to Abhimanyu, but his decision is still awaited. Neel brings coffee for Akshara and asks her not to worry and to stay positive. Abhimanyu speaks with Kunal and decides to undergo the surgery. Akshara and the Birlas become happy. Abhimanyu thanks Akshara, while Akshara wishes for Kairav’s innocence.
Meanwhile, Manish talks to the Goenkas and wonders why Kairav escaped from jail. The Birlas learn about Kairav’s escape. Mahima, Anand and Harsh say that Kairav is guilty and escaped from jail. Anand says Kairav thought they would not punish him because of Akshara, but he does not know that they will not spare him. Harsh says Kairav forced Anisha to attempt suicide and cannot escape punishment.
Mahima becomes furious with Akshara and accuses her of blindly supporting Kairav. Akshara suffers a panic attack because she is worried about Kairav. Manjiri and Abhimanyu support her and Abhimanyu tries to calm her down.
Mahima rushes to meet the Goenkas, while Manish’s health deteriorates. Arohi asks Manish not to stress himself. Mahima arrives at the Goenka house with Parth, Anand, Harsh and Neil, shocking Manish and everyone else. Mahima accuses the Goenkas of hiding Kairav inside the house. Manish tries to prove Kairav’s innocence, but Mahima says Kairav has proved his guilt by escaping. She decides to search the Goenka house, but Suhasini stops her from entering.
At the same time, Kairav runs away. Akshara worries about him, while Abhimanyu and Manjiri ask her to calm down. Abhimanyu learns from Neil that Mahima has gone to the Goenkas. He asks Neil to bring the Birlas back before the situation damages their relationships even more.
Vansh meets Kairav and asks him why he escaped. Kairav pleads with Vansh to save him before falling unconscious. Mahima continues accusing the Goenkas of hiding Kairav. Akhilesh tells her that they cannot enter the house without a search warrant. Anand takes Mahima away.
Harsh asks Anand why he dragged Mahima away. Anand says they will not spare Kairav, but the police should handle the case instead. He asks Parth to call their lawyer. Later, Abhimanyu confronts Mahima for visiting the Goenkas. Mahima yells at him for still supporting them. Akshara worries about Kairav, and Abhimanyu comforts her. He asks her to visit the Goenkas if she wants to, telling her not to worry about Mahima.
The Goenkas realize that Kairav has made the case even worse by escaping. Meanwhile, Vansh hides Kairav. Mahima informs the Birlas that a search warrant has been issued against the Goenkas and says they should visit them. Abhimanyu tries to stop her, saying the Goenkas will feel insulted by the search warrant. He supports them and says they are not the kind of people who would hide Kairav at home.
Mahima refuses to listen and insists on going to the Goenkas. She tells Abhimanyu that he cannot understand her pain because he only cares about Akshara and her family. Manjiri and Harsh ask Abhimanyu to let Mahima do whatever she wants for her own satisfaction. Abhimanyu remains silent. Mahima tells him that he should learn from Akshara because she can even leave the world for her family.
Akshara learns that Vansh has hidden Kairav in the storeroom and decides to tell Abhimanyu. Vansh stops her from revealing the truth. Akshara becomes confused. Soon, the inspector arrives at the Goenka house with the Birlas. Manish asks whether they have a search warrant, and the inspector shows it to him.
Abhimanyu apologizes to Manish on behalf of the Birlas. Manish allows the inspector to search the house. Akhilesh says they can never go against the law. Akshara decides to tell Abhimanyu about Kairav, but Vansh asks her to think about Kairav before revealing the truth. He tells her that Kairav is treated badly in jail. Akshara remains confused.
The inspector searches the Goenka house for Kairav. Abhimanyu asks him to be kind, but the inspector warns Abhimanyu not to interrupt or he will put him behind bars too. Manjiri stops Abhimanyu from interfering. Akshara thinks she must tell Abhimanyu about Kairav, otherwise he may never trust her again. Vansh continues trying to stop her from revealing the truth.
The inspector decides to check the storeroom. Kairav becomes scared when he hears the inspector approaching. Vansh decides to protect Kairav at any cost. Akshara is about to tell Abhimanyu about Kairav but fails to do so. The inspector later informs the Birlas that Kairav has not been found.
Kairav escapes through the window. Abhimanyu apologizes to the Goenkas, but Akshara asks him not to be sorry. She says goodbye to the Goenkas, and Vansh decides to drop her. Akshara and Vansh worry about Kairav. Vansh says Kairav was not well and decides to search for him. Akshara asks him to inform her if he finds Kairav, but Vansh refuses because he believes she will tell Abhimanyu. Akshara assures him that Abhimanyu will understand her.
Later, Manjiri and the Birlas pray for Abhimanyu’s surgery. Akshara receives a call from Kairav and confronts him about escaping from jail. Kairav asks Akshara to meet him one last time before he leaves the country. Akshara tries to convince him to surrender because his actions will go against him, but Kairav refuses to listen.
Akshara finally agrees to meet Kairav. Abhimanyu overhears their conversation.
