Love’s Complicated On Starlife Thursday 27th August 2026 Update, Kairav asks Akshara to meet him one last time and tells her the location. Akshara agrees, but Kairav asks her to come alone. Abhimanyu overhears their conversation. He remembers Mahima’s words and starts thinking that Akshara can leave him for Kairav. He leaves from there.

Akshara silently decides to meet Kairav without telling anyone. Meanwhile, Harsh and Anand decide to get Abhimanyu’s tests done before Kunal performs the surgery. Akshara leaves for the location given by Kairav.
Akshara reaches the location and starts looking for Kairav. Abhimanyu follows her. He remembers Akshara promising to tell him if she learns anything about Kairav and thinks she has lied to him. Akshara calls out for Kairav.
Kairav is about to meet Akshara when he notices Abhimanyu. He thinks Akshara lied to him and brought Abhimanyu with her, so he escapes. Akshara prays to God to give her strength to convince Kairav to surrender.
Abhimanyu confronts Akshara about lying to him and asks why she hid the truth about Kairav. Akshara tries to convince him that Kairav is innocent. She asks Abhimanyu to believe her and explains that she came there to convince Kairav to surrender.
Akshara asks Abhimanyu to trust her and leave because Kairav may not come in front of her if he sees him. She again asks Abhimanyu to understand that Kairav is innocent. Abhimanyu decides to meet Kairav himself and wants Kairav to convince him that he is innocent. However, Kairav goes missing.
Meanwhile, Manjiri locks the Birla house. She prays to God and says that when the lock is opened, happiness should enter their lives. The Birlas leave together.
Akshara becomes upset after failing to find Kairav. She asks Abhimanyu to leave everything aside and focus on his surgery. She says they cannot afford to lose his hand. Akshara leaves with Abhimanyu.
Manjiri sits there feeling stressed. Harsh comes to her, and Manjiri asks if his blood pressure is high. Harsh nods. Manjiri says he must have witnessed many surgeries before. Harsh replies that this is the first time Abhimanyu is undergoing surgery. Manjiri and Harsh console each other, and Harsh tells Manjiri that she is a strong woman.
Abhimanyu and Akshara meet Kunal. Kunal asks them to be happy because their lives are going to change forever. Akshara and Abhimanyu thank him. Manjiri asks Neil if he is stressed. Neil says he is worried because Kunal said that sometimes one percent can take over the remaining ninety-nine percent. Manjiri asks him to stay positive.
Meanwhile, Kairav misunderstands Akshara and thinks she brought Abhimanyu with her. He decides to hide from the police. The Goenkas pray for Abhimanyu’s successful surgery.
Before going to the operation theatre, Abhimanyu seeks everyone’s blessings. The Birlas wish him good luck. Harsh tells Abhimanyu to fight inside the OT like a fighter and come back as a winner. Everyone supports Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu receives a message from Suhasini on behalf of the Goenkas and shows it to Akshara. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that if Kairav messages her, she will go in search of him and try to convince him to surrender.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she will leave him behind. Akshara promises him that she will go and come back. She assures him that wherever she is, he will always be in her thoughts.
Harsh speaks with Anand and says the surgery is important for Abhimanyu’s life. He wishes for his speedy recovery. Akshara sings a song for Abhimanyu and helps him change his clothes. She promises him that when he wakes up, he will find her waiting for him in his cabin.
Rohan comes to take Abhimanyu. Akshara and the Birlas bid him goodbye. Abhimanyu and Akshara make flying hearts for each other.
Akshara recalls Anisha’s death, Kairav’s escape and the promise she made to Abhimanyu. She boosts her morale and says that when Abhimanyu comes back from the OT, he will find her outside the room.
Akshara sees Kunal sitting in the hospital garden. She thinks Kunal may be nervous because of the surgery and confronts him. Kunal starts talking about Maya. He says Maya wanted to become a singing sensation, but he snatched her dream from her.
Akshara feels sorry after hearing about Kunal and Maya’s past. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu remembers Akshara’s promise inside the OT. The doctors give him anaesthesia, but he again recalls Akshara’s promise.
Akshara tells Kunal that Abhimanyu is waiting for him in the OT. She tries to convince him to go there, but Kunal yells at her and says he will not go anywhere until he finishes talking. Akshara stands stunned.
Kunal tells Akshara that his surgery on Maya failed. He says music was Maya’s passion, and his failed surgery took away her dream. Akshara says she sympathizes with Kunal, but Abhimanyu’s surgery is important right now.
Kunal says he failed as a brother and reveals that Maya attempted suicide. Akshara asks whether Maya is no longer alive. Kunal says Maya is fine. Akshara asks him to talk about it later because Abhimanyu is waiting for him in the OT.
Abhimanyu continues remembering Akshara’s promise while Kunal tells Akshara more about his past. Akshara asks why he is delaying the surgery when they can talk later. Kunal finally reveals his condition.
He asks Akshara to lend her voice to Maya. Kunal puts forward a condition in return for performing Abhimanyu’s surgery. He asks Akshara to prove her love for Abhimanyu by giving her voice to Maya.
Akshara stands stunned. She decides to speak with Abhimanyu about singing for Maya. Kunal asks Akshara to keep their deal a secret from everyone. Akshara remains shocked.
