Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 18th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is at some Dargah. Akshara lies to him, and he believes her. He asks if he should come and pick her up because it is already late. Akshara stops him and asks if he has taken his medicine. Abhimanyu says yes. Akshara apologizes for not reminding him about his medicines. Abhimanyu tells her that she has already set many reminders. He adds that her singing and his hand are equally important to him.

Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she can do anything for him. He asks if she is fine, and Akshara assures him that she is.
Meanwhile, Akshara continues waiting for Kunal while the Goenkas and Birlas prepare for her birthday. At the Dargah, Akshara helps a person. The person blesses her and prays to God to fulfil her wish.
Back home, Manjiri and Swarna prepare Akshara’s favourite dish. Swarna says Akshara is lucky to have Manjiri. Manjiri admits that she made a mistake by getting upset with Akshara in the past. Swarna tells her not to feel sorry. Both of them pray for Akshara and Abhimanyu’s happiness.
Kunal finally enters the Dargah, and Arohi spots him. Arohi confronts Akshara about being at the Dargah. Akshara reveals that Kunal is Abhimanyu’s last hope and that she wants to meet him. Arohi tricks Akshara, and she fails to meet Kunal. Kunal leaves the Dargah.
Akshara worries about Arohi and asks if she is fine. Arohi assures her that she is okay and tells Akshara to continue looking for Kunal. Akshara searches for him, but she cannot find him. Arohi secretly smirks because she is determined not to let Akshara meet Kunal.
Meanwhile, the Goenkas and Birlas learn that there is heavy traffic on the highway. They assume Akshara and Arohi are late because of the traffic. Manjiri asks everyone to get ready.
Abhimanyu suddenly feels pain in his hand. He worries that his condition is getting worse and wonders what will happen next. He takes a painkiller.
Akshara feels bad because she could not meet Kunal. She thinks about how she missed him and decides that she will find him at any cost.
Akshara finally gets a huge birthday surprise from the Goenkas and Birlas. She looks around for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu and the others perform a dance for her. Akshara wishes that she could also give Abhimanyu a surprise by bringing Kunal to him.
The Goenkas and Birlas perform a song for Akshara, making her emotional. She feels bad because she has not been able to help Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks her to stop crying or she will not be able to enjoy her birthday. He takes her aside and tries to calm her down.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara why she is crying and jokingly asks if she was missing his hug. He hugs her and says he will keep hugging her until her birthday is over.
Abhimanyu tells Akshara that everyone loves her. He says that even if everyone cannot always stay with her, their love will always remain with her. Akshara tells him that he will always be with her and that her heart beats only for him. Abhimanyu says his heart beats only for her too. They share a romantic moment.
Akshara secretly wishes to give Kunal’s positive answer to Abhimanyu as her return gift.
Later, Abhimanyu shows Akshara the cake and asks her to review it. Akshara says he made a good cake. Neil and Parth joke that they cannot understand whether Akshara is complimenting Abhimanyu or pulling his leg. Everyone laughs.
Akshara assures Abhimanyu that he really made a good cake. She promises him that she will never give up on her dream. She says music has always been her passion, and since Abhimanyu started giving importance to her music, she will definitely live her dream. Abhimanyu feels happy and asks her to cut the cake.
The Goenkas and Birlas give Akshara their gifts. Akshara receives an envelope from Harsh and becomes emotional.
Vansh asks Abhimanyu to show his gift for Akshara. Manjiri wonders why Abhimanyu would show his gift in front of everyone. Vansh and Shefali say there is no reason to hide it and insist that he show it.
Akshara opens Abhimanyu’s gift and finds a hoodie inside. Abhimanyu explains why he chose the hoodie for her. He says Akshara takes care of everyone but sometimes forgets to think about herself. The hoodie will help her disconnect from the world for a while and build a relationship with herself.
Manish says that any husband can give an expensive gift, but a thoughtful gift like Abhimanyu’s is rare.
Neil jokes about what will happen if Akshara hides inside the hoodie from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says she is not allowed to hide from him.
Akshara prays to God and says He can take anything from her, but in return, He should fix Abhimanyu’s hand.
Neil asks everyone to stand together for a group picture. Anand then messages Harsh and says he is missing him. Harsh sees Akshara’s birthday picture and remembers his past with the Birlas.
Abhimanyu then surprises Akshara by performing a song for her. He feels pain in his hand while performing. Akshara asks him not to hurt his hand because his message has already reached her heart. Abhimanyu feels sorry, and Akshara helps him complete the song.
Later, Kairav misses Anisha. Swarna, Suhasini, and Manish decide to speak with Mahima and Anand to find out whether Anisha still wants to continue her relationship with Kairav.
Kairav stops the Goenkas and asks them not to spoil Akshara’s birthday. Meanwhile, Arohi manages to tell Abhimanyu that Akshara went to the Dargah.
Abhimanyu confronts Akshara, and she finally reveals that she was searching for Dr. Kunal.
