Love’s Complicated On Starlife Monday 17th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu is hurt by the interns who make fun of him. They discuss how annoyed he already is and wonder how he will behave in their class. Abhimanyu overhears them and is shocked. The interns continue making fun of him. Akshara gets angry at their harsh words and confronts them for insulting Abhimanyu. She tells them that before becoming a good doctor, they must have a good heart. One of the students admits that they were rude to Abhimanyu, while the others say they were only speaking the truth.

Abhimanyu starts wondering about the use of his injured hand. Akshara becomes worried about him and fears that the incident has hurt him emotionally too. Rahul notices Akshara.
Meanwhile, a patient asks Abhimanyu to perform a procedure. Since his nerves are affected, Abhimanyu asks the patient if he has taken any medicine. Akshara sees Abhimanyu and becomes even more determined to help him. She promises herself that she will find Kunal.
Later, Akshara falls asleep. Abhimanyu approaches her and asks why she is so interested in him. He tells her that he is lucky to have her by his side. The song “Kesariya” plays in the background. Abhimanyu later falls asleep, but when he wakes up and finds Akshara gone, he becomes worried.
Akshara is sleeping when Abhimanyu tells her that he cannot breathe without her. He begs her to stay with him forever because he cannot survive without her. He says he cannot let Akshara leave him.
Abhimanyu then decides to make Akshara’s birthday special. He starts making preparations with Parth, Neil, and Manjiri. Meanwhile, Akshara continues searching for Kunal. She learns that Kunal visits the Dargah every Friday. She decides to keep her search a secret for now so that nobody gets their hopes up. She plans to meet Kunal without revealing her identity.
Kairav learns about Abhimanyu’s birthday plans and tells the Goenkas about them. When he asks if they dislike the idea, Manish says that having Abhimanyu in Akshara’s life is a blessing. Akhilesh and Suhasini agree with him. Arohi says it will be fun to ruin Abhimanyu’s plans.
Kairav says that, like Naira, Akshara can also follow her dream of teaching music to orphaned children. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu decides to teach Akshara a song. He tries to play the guitar despite the pain. Parth and Manjiri support him. Parth worries about how he will sing when he is in so much pain, but Abhimanyu says that love gives him the strength to bear the pain.
Akshara lies to Abhimanyu, Parth, and Manjiri because she wants to meet Kunal at the Dargah. Arohi meets Akshara and asks where she is going. Akshara lies to her as well and rushes away.
Abhimanyu says that maybe God also wants Akshara’s birthday surprise to be a huge success, which is why she is not at home. Manjiri supports him. Parth asks Abhimanyu to call Vansh and Kairav to help with the preparations.
Arohi tells Akshara that Swarna has sent food for them. In a hurry, Akshara asks Arohi to give it to Manjiri. However, Arohi notices medical papers in Akshara’s hand and realizes that Akshara is hiding something. Akshara leaves, and Arohi decides to follow her to find out what she is planning.
At the Dargah, Akshara prays that she gets to meet Kunal. Meanwhile, Arohi follows her.
Back home, Abhimanyu, Parth, Neil, Manjiri, Kairav, and Vansh prepare a cake for Akshara. Abhimanyu becomes frustrated when he struggles to write his name on it. Kairav encourages him and says he has worked very hard and should not worry about the things he cannot do anymore.
Abhimanyu writes “Akshu” on the cake. Vansh jokes that despite knowing how bad their handwriting is, Akshara still married a doctor. Neil jokes that Abhimanyu’s handwriting on the cake is much better than his handwriting on prescriptions. Everyone laughs.
Kairav later thanks Abhimanyu for always loving Akshara so much. Abhimanyu asks him not to make him emotional. Kairav then asks about Anisha and whether she is coming. Abhimanyu says Anisha has not replied to him. He asks Kairav if he is still in contact with her. Kairav says they talk sometimes.
At the Dargah, Akshara learns that Kunal visits at night. Arohi also realizes that Akshara is searching for Kunal there. After remembering how Akshara insulted Abhimanyu, Arohi decides to stop her from finding Kunal.
Akshara waits at the Dargah and asks someone if Kunal will come. The person tells her that Kunal may come because he never misses his visit to the Dargah. Akshara prays to God to send Kunal because she believes he is the only person who can bring Abhimanyu’s happiness back.
Meanwhile, Arohi keeps watching Akshara. Back home, Abhimanyu prepares a gift for Akshara but becomes frustrated because he feels he cannot do anything properly anymore. He tries singing and playing the guitar for her.
The Goenkas visit the Birlas. Manish asks Manjiri about Abhimanyu. Manjiri tells them that Abhimanyu is trying to hide his pain by staying cheerful. The Goenkas then look for Akshara and Arohi.
Kairav sends a message to Akshara and Arohi. They tell him that they will return in time for Akshara’s birthday. Kairav also sends an envelope to Akshara through Anand.
Abhimanyu then calls Akshara and asks if she is at the Dargah.
