Love’s Complicated On Starlife Thursday 6th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu goes back into the hospital wing after learning that Akshara came looking for him. At the same time, Akshara searches everywhere for Abhimanyu. She feels relieved when she doesn’t find him in one of the rooms, hoping he has already escaped. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu keeps looking for Akshara. He finds a bracelet and remembers that it belongs to her. Calling out “Akshu,” he searches for her desperately. He covers his nose and mouth with his T-shirt to protect himself from the smoke and feels that Akshara is calling him.

At the Birla house, Manjiri informs Harshvardan about the fire accident at the hospital and tells him that their family members are still trapped inside. Harshvardan is shocked, and they both rush to the hospital. When they arrive, Neil tells them that Abhimanyu and Akshara are stuck in the wing where the fire broke out. Harshvardan suspects that someone started the fire on purpose.
Inside the burning hospital, Abhimanyu finally finds Akshara. He breaks through a glass door to reach her and immediately hugs her. Seeing her struggling to breathe, he softly hums “Lag Ja Gale,” and Akshara hums along with him. Abhimanyu lovingly scolds her for coming back after him, while Akshara scolds him for returning to save her.
Akshara tells Abhimanyu that she lost the bracelet he gifted her and couldn’t find it even after searching everywhere. Abhimanyu smiles and shows her the bracelet. He says that the last time he didn’t fasten it properly, which is why it fell off. Akshara asks him to put it on her wrist again so it will stay there for the rest of her life. Abhimanyu gently puts the bracelet back on her wrist. Akshara asks if he wants to tell her something. He smiles and says he has a lot to say, but they should get out safely first.
Outside, Manjiri keeps praying for Abhimanyu and Akshara’s safety. Inside, the couple hides under a table to protect themselves from the fire. They look at each other with tears in their eyes, and Abhimanyu hugs Akshara tightly. Firefighters finally arrive at the hospital. As they wait for help, Abhimanyu and Akshara apologise to each other. Akshara gets frightened after hearing a loud sound and says she is scared of losing the love of her life. Abhimanyu says they wasted so much time fighting with each other, and Akshara apologises for arguing with him.
Abhimanyu says she should scold him too because he was equally wrong. They both apologise for not understanding each other’s point of view and keep saying sorry until Akshara laughs and says they are still fighting. Abhimanyu smiles and says this is a healthy fight, and he wouldn’t mind having it for the rest of his life. Akshara tells him he is nothing like Harshvardan. Abhimanyu says she is a wonderful person and thanks her for marrying him. He tells her that marrying her was the best decision of his life, and they share an emotional hug.
Outside, the Birla family anxiously waits for news. A ward boy informs them that the man responsible for the fire has been caught and that he is the same person Abhimanyu had beaten earlier. Harshvardan wonders what has been happening at the hospital over the past few days. Rohan explains that the man had been misbehaving with Akshara. Harshvardan’s brother says they are lucky the patients and staff are safe, while Manjiri prays that Abhimanyu and Akshara are also safe.
Inside, Abhimanyu and Akshara confess that they cannot live without each other. Suddenly, a pillar falls onto the table protecting them. Abhimanyu holds up the table with all his strength, injuring his wrist. Akshara helps support the table until they manage to run away. Exhausted, both of them collapse. Abhimanyu regains consciousness first, lifts Akshara onto his shoulder despite his injuries, and struggles towards the exit.
Outside, Manjiri pleads with the firefighters to rescue her children. Harshvardan stands beside her. Moments later, the Birla family is stunned to see Abhimanyu carrying Akshara out of the burning building. Manjiri and Arohi rush towards Akshara, while Parth and Neil support the exhausted Abhimanyu. After bringing Akshara to safety, Abhimanyu collapses and loses consciousness. Manjiri cries as she calls out to both of them.
Anand and Mahima immediately begin treating Abhimanyu and Akshara, while Arohi assists Mahima. The Goenka family arrives at the hospital. Kairav, Manish, and Swarna break down in tears after seeing Akshara and Abhimanyu’s condition. Parth asks Mahima about Abhimanyu’s health. Anand and Mahima explain that he inhaled too much smoke and his lungs need to be cleared. Anand and Parth try to wake him up and pray that Akshara’s condition is not as serious.
Manjiri tells Kairav and Manish that Abhimanyu saved Akshara’s life because she would have remained trapped inside otherwise. Neil says Abhimanyu would never have left Akshara alone. Shefali asks everyone to stop blaming themselves and instead pray for both of them. Kairav realises his mistake and joins Manish in praying for Abhimanyu. Shefali notices Harshvardan is missing and finds him crying while looking at his hospital, now reduced to ashes. Neil comforts Harshvardan as he worries about everything they have lost and assures him that everything will be alright.
Swarna thanks Mahima for saving Akshara. As they recover, Abhimanyu and Akshara call out for each other. Anand and Parth tell Abhimanyu that Akshara is safe. At the same time, Akshara insists on seeing Abhimanyu. Mahima and Arohi tell her that he is being treated in the next room. Suddenly, Abhimanyu loses consciousness again. Anand says he must wake up soon, or his condition could become worse.
Manjiri learns about Abhimanyu’s condition and breaks down in tears. Mahima comforts her and says Anand will do everything possible to save him. Swarna says Abhimanyu is a good man, and nothing bad will happen to him. Parth says everyone loves Abhimanyu. Anand even declares that if anything happens to Abhimanyu, he will quit his specialisation.
Kairav regrets everything he said to Abhimanyu earlier, but Manjiri tells him not to blame himself because sometimes situations go out of control. Akshara overhears Abhimanyu’s condition and becomes worried. Mahima asks Arohi how Akshara managed to leave her room, and Arohi says she ran out without anyone noticing. Neil asks Akshara to stay calm. Parth suggests that they should let Abhimanyu and Akshara meet because they have both been longing to see each other.
Kairav takes Akshara to Abhimanyu. She sits beside him, cries, and begs him to wake up because she feels like she is falling apart too. Everyone watches with tears in their eyes, and even Dr. Rohan becomes emotional. Hearing Akshara’s voice, Abhimanyu slowly regains consciousness. The families are overjoyed. Abhimanyu and Akshara immediately ask about each other’s condition. Anand says he is proud of both of them for risking their lives to save so many people.
