Love’s Complicated On Starlife Friday 7th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu and Akshara share a heartfelt eye-lock while Harsh quietly leaves the room. Anand says Abhimanyu is stable but still wants to run a few more tests on him. Manjiri asks Anand to finish everything soon because she wants to welcome Abhimanyu and Akshara home. Kairav says they also want to give Akshara a proper farewell. Abhimanyu insists that he doesn’t need any more tests, but Anand reminds him that he is now his patient and should listen to his doctor. Parth jokes that Abhimanyu should enjoy being a patient for at least one day, while Neil teases him, saying he is finally getting a taste of the way he treats his own patients.

Anand tells Abhimanyu to rest. Swarna brings up the upcoming Teej festival and says everyone should start preparing because it will be Akshara and Abhimanyu’s first Teej after marriage. Akshara gets excited when Abhimanyu promises to make the festival special for her. Anand asks everyone to leave the room so Abhimanyu can rest, but Abhimanyu refuses to let go of Akshara’s hand. The Goenkas gently take Akshara with them. Before leaving, Kairav apologises to Abhimanyu for the way he behaved in the past. Abhimanyu says his reaction was understandable. Kairav admits Akshara was right and says he should never have interfered between a husband and wife. He wishes them a happy married life, and Abhimanyu asks him not to feel guilty. The two finally make peace.
Later, Akshara gets ready while remembering Abhimanyu’s words that marrying her was the best decision of his life. She can’t wait to see him. At the hospital, Rohan asks Abhimanyu to get an MRI done, but Abhimanyu says he will do it when he feels like it because he doesn’t think it is necessary right now. He thanks Rohan for taking care of him and also thanks him for getting Sanjay arrested. The two share a friendly moment. Abhimanyu keeps looking for Akshara, and Rohan tells him she is on her way, making him even more excited.
When Akshara arrives, Abhimanyu can’t stop staring at her. He tells her she looks so beautiful that he feels like kissing her. Akshara blushes, and Abhimanyu asks her to stop blushing because it is making him want to kiss her even more. Just then, Rohan interrupts them and asks Abhimanyu to sign his own discharge papers. While signing, Abhimanyu feels pain in his injured right hand. Before they leave, the hospital staff thank Abhimanyu and Akshara for risking their lives to save so many people.
On the way home, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that the next time they have a fight, she is not allowed to go back to the Goenka house because he will bring her back himself. Akshara laughs and asks why he didn’t bring her back this time. She jokes that next time she will send him away instead. They both laugh together.
The couple receives a warm welcome at the Birla house. Manjiri performs their grihpravesh, and they complete the post-marriage rituals together. Mahima and Anand decide to return to the hospital immediately, but Manjiri reminds them they have only just arrived. They explain that the patients still need them. Abhimanyu also decides to go with them, but Mahima and Anand tell him to recover first. Manish and Akhilesh offer to help the Birlas, while Harsh says the hospital also needs him because he can handle the current situation.
Mahima, Anand, Harsh, Parth, and Neil leave for the hospital. Swarna tells Akshara that they have brought her Teej gifts and asks if she will be keeping the fast. Akshara happily says she is now married and wants to observe every fast for Abhimanyu. Manjiri overhears the conversation and decides to make special preparations for Teej.
Akshara returns to her room and finds it messy. She remembers the days she spent with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu tells her he kept the room untidy because it made him feel her presence. Akshara says she kept her room at the Goenka house neat because it reminded her of him. They both laugh and call each other stupid. Abhimanyu admits his mistakes, while Akshara feels guilty for not valuing their love enough. Abhimanyu comforts her, and they hug warmly.
Akshara reminds Abhimanyu to take his medicine, and he tells her to take hers too. She gives him the medicine, but the water bottle slips from his injured hand. Akshara immediately apologises, but Abhimanyu tells her it wasn’t her fault because he couldn’t grip the bottle properly. They both take their medicine together. Akshara complains that the medicine tastes bitter, so Abhimanyu tells her to eat something sweet. Instead, Akshara kisses him on the cheek. Smiling, Abhimanyu says his medicine was bitter too, so Akshara gives him another kiss. Abhimanyu moves closer to her.
Akshara gently stops him and closes the door. The two lovingly move closer to each other. Elsewhere, Mahima and Anand discuss appointing a new CEO for the hospital. Anand admits that everything was much easier when Harsh was handling the hospital.
The next morning, Akshara wakes up early to prepare for Teej, while Abhimanyu has a restless sleep. Looking at all the food, Akshara wonders how she will eat everything by herself. Abhimanyu walks in and jokingly asks if she was planning to finish all the food alone. He lifts her onto the tabletop. Akshara quickly reminds him that they are not in their bedroom. Abhimanyu smiles and kisses her on the forehead.
Just then, Manjiri walks in. Abhimanyu and Akshara ask if she is also observing the fast. Soon, Mahima, Anand, Parth, Shefali, and the rest of the family gather there. Mahima questions Akshara about keeping the fast, but Akshara says she wants to do it for Abhimanyu. Parth jokingly tells Shefali that she can also keep a fast for him if she wants.
