Love’s Complicated On Starlife Saturday 15th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he will ask Rohan to line up only female patients for surgery because his wife is very understanding. Akshara and Abhimanyu sit quietly for a moment. Abhimanyu apologizes to Akshara for talking too much, but she says he only spoke a little. She kisses him and notices his grown beard. Akshara decides to shave his beard and helps him trim it.

Meanwhile, Harsh calls Manjiri and asks about Abhimanyu’s hand. Manjiri tells him that she has faith in God, while Harsh says he believes in medical science. He explains that he did not want to trouble her, so he called the landline, hoping a staff member would tell him about Abhimanyu’s condition. Manjiri tells Harsh that a husband and wife can separate, but parents cannot stop caring about their children. Harsh asks her not to worry because Abhimanyu will surely get better. Manjiri says that, just as Abhimanyu said, she also has no problem with Harsh meeting any family member or asking about Abhimanyu.
Akshara asks Anand if she can give Abhimanyu a home remedy. Anand says she can try it. Akshara then asks if an operation cannot cure Abhimanyu. Anand says it is too early to think about an operation. Akshara prays to God to give her strength.
At the hospital, Anand, Mahima, and the staff welcome Harsh. Harsh thanks Abhimanyu for giving him back his position and remembers the past. Neil sends Harsh’s picture to Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu feels happy that Harsh has taken back his position because Anand will now have good support. However, he worries about his own hand. Akshara feeds Abhimanyu soup and asks him to get ready because the physiotherapist is coming to see him.
Anand, Mahima, and Neil have lunch together. Harsh asks them to continue while he eats at the canteen. Anand invites Harsh to join them, and Neil serves him food. Anand tells Harsh that Manjiri made it. Harsh remembers his past with Manjiri.
Akshara tells Abhimanyu that the physiotherapist, Shashi, is coming to see him. Both are shocked when they learn that Shashi is a male doctor. Arohi comes to the Birla house to take career advice from Abhimanyu. She sees Shashi and tells Akshara that he is her batchmate. Arohi also reveals that Shashi is interested in music.
Akshara and Shashi talk. Arohi smirks, thinking Abhimanyu is getting affected by their interaction. Akshara suddenly trips, and Shashi helps her. Arohi thanks Shashi for helping Akshara, saying she could have been hurt. Abhimanyu and Akshara stand stunned. Abhimanyu also thanks Shashi for helping Akshara.
Later, Akshara gets a call about her audition but ignores it. Abhimanyu asks her about the audition, but Akshara lies to him.
Abhimanyu refuses to eat bottle gourd, but Akshara convinces him. He asks her to eat broccoli in return and thinks he is lucky to have her beside him. Akshara decides to check on Abhimanyu after his online session ends. She smells chocolate and wonders why it is coming from their room. She asks Abhimanyu what the chocolates are doing there. Abhimanyu says that because he ate bottle gourd for the first time, they will now make chocolates.
Anand asks Harsh if they have made a mistake. Harsh tells him not to worry because he will handle it. Abhimanyu and Akshara make chocolates together and share a romantic moment.
Harsh tells Anand that the hospital feels dull without Abhimanyu. Anand agrees and says he also misses Abhimanyu at the hospital. Harsh says he wants Abhimanyu to return as well. Anand says he is glad that Akshara is with Abhimanyu because she keeps boosting his morale and is very positive. Harsh remains quiet.
Abhimanyu prays but loses concentration. He apologizes to God and thinks about his nerve damage. Akshara takes him with her. Suhasini then tells Abhimanyu that she has brought Panditji for him. She says she knows people today may not believe in such things. Panditji arrives and asks Abhimanyu to pray to Lord Shiva. He is shocked when he learns that Abhimanyu is already a devotee of Lord Shiva. Panditji leaves, saying that Abhimanyu is already on the right path.
Suhasini cries and apologizes to Abhimanyu for thinking that he does not pray. Abhimanyu asks her to remove the evil eye from him. Kairav tells Abhimanyu that he is happy to see him not giving up hope. Abhimanyu says he has faith in medical science and believes his hand will surely get better.
Akshara comes there, and Abhimanyu says that despite everything, Akshara deciding to build her career is also great news. Kairav and Abhimanyu talk about Akshara’s audition. Just then, Akshara gets a call from Birla Hospital. Abhimanyu asks her to go because a patient needs her. He assures her that he will take care of himself.
Akshara gives a singing session to the patients. She says she can understand Abhimanyu’s helplessness because he is very passionate about his profession.
Later, Akshara discusses a case with Rohan. Rohan and his team make a video call to Abhimanyu to discuss the case. Manjiri and Akshara become emotional while watching him.
Kairav later confronts Akshara about giving up on her audition. Akshara says she wants to focus on Abhimanyu more than her career. Abhimanyu overhears their conversation and gets upset that Akshara is sacrificing her career for him. He confronts her about it. Akshara tells him that his hand is her priority.
