Love’s Complicated On Starlife Friday 14th August 2026 Update, The crowd talks about the accident, and someone asks them to call the police. Akshara asks the auto driver to hurry because she needs to reach Sanskruti Bhawan soon. However, the auto stops, and Akshara learns that Abhimanyu has met with an accident. She is shocked to see him. Arohi tries to wake Abhimanyu up while Akshara worries about him and asks Arohi to do something. Arohi tells Akshara about the car blast and says she will save him again. Akshara sits there in shock and apologizes to Abhimanyu for always becoming a reason for his worries. She asks him to wake up, while Arohi decides to get help.

Akshara and Arohi take Abhimanyu home. Arohi calls for help, and Harsh is shocked to see Abhimanyu. He asks Akshara what happened, and she tells him about the accident. The Goenkas and Birlas gather around them. Akshara keeps asking Abhimanyu to wake up as he lies unconscious. She cries and feels guilty, thinking she is the reason behind his condition.
Everyone discusses the accident. Arohi says Abhimanyu was driving strangely, as if he had no grip on the steering wheel. Shefali agrees with her. Anand and Harsh then reveal Abhimanyu’s hand injury, leaving the Goenkas and Birlas shocked. Shefali praises Arohi for her bravery, while Manjiri cries for Abhimanyu.
Akshara continues asking Abhimanyu to wake up. The family enters the room, and Manjiri holds his hand. Harsh asks her not to worry because Abhimanyu will be fine. Abhimanyu finally regains consciousness and sees the room full of family members. He first asks Akshara if she is fine. Anand tells him that she is fine and checks his pulse. Mahima asks Abhimanyu to rest like a patient. Akshara cries and feels guilty.
Abhimanyu soon realizes that everyone knows about his nerve damage. Mahima and Anand ask everyone to leave so that he can rest. Manjiri thanks Arohi for saving Abhimanyu’s life, and Parth, Shefali, Neil, and the others also thank her.
Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu. He asks her not to feel guilty, but she cries and says she is the reason behind his hand injury and the accident. Abhimanyu tries to comfort her. Mahima asks Anand whether Dr. Singal has given any hope regarding Abhimanyu’s condition. Anand says there is not much hope.
Akshara gives Abhimanyu water. He feels sorry for not telling her about his hand injury earlier and asks her not to blame herself because it is his destiny. Akshara says their destiny is the same. She helps him change his clothes and decides to become his strength until he recovers.
Akshara thanks God for giving them hope. She tells Abhimanyu not to worry because soon he will return to his first love, the hospital. Abhimanyu says he also wants to return to his first love soon. Akshara then gives him a bracelet. When Abhimanyu asks why, she explains that whenever either of them loses hope, the bracelet will remind them that they can do it. Abhimanyu holds her hand and says he feels sleepy because of the medicine. He asks Akshara to go to Manjiri and ask her to thank God because he returned home safely.
Akshara tells Abhimanyu that Arohi saved him. He is stunned. Akshara says she will always be grateful to Arohi for saving his life.
Neil also thanks Arohi. When Akshara comes out, everyone asks about Abhimanyu, and she says he is resting. She thanks Arohi for saving his life and says she liked that Arohi kept their differences aside to save Abhimanyu. Arohi says they still fight a lot. Akshara tells her that she never feels bad after fighting with her. She adds that their last fight motivated her to build her career. Akshara promises Arohi that once she becomes famous, she will thank her on stage. The Goenkas are happy to hear this.
Arohi then gets a call from Rudra. She thinks Abhimanyu and Akshara have ruined her career, and now she will destroy their personal and professional lives. She decides to separate them. Arohi says Abhimanyu tried to break her confidence, so she will not spare him.
Meanwhile, Akshara motivates Manjiri. Manjiri asks her where she gets so much positivity from. Abhimanyu comes downstairs, and the Goenkas and Birlas try to sympathize with him. Akshara says that for a patient, both medicine and faith work.
Abhimanyu sees Harsh. Anand explains that he had called Harsh to discuss something with him, but the accident happened before they could talk. Abhimanyu says he has no problem with Harsh meeting the Birlas. Mahima asks Anand what else he is hiding and gets upset because Anand did not tell her about Harsh’s condition.
Abhimanyu thanks Arohi for saving him, but Arohi secretly decides to destroy him. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to have coffee by himself. He becomes scared to hold the cup, but Akshara boosts his confidence. Manjiri gets emotional while watching Akshara constantly support Abhimanyu.
Suhasini tells the Goenkas that she asked Panditji to perform a puja for Abhimanyu. Manish says Akshara was right that both medicine and faith work. Akhilesh says he will contact the best doctor to help Abhimanyu. Vansh says they will help Akshara keep hope alive. Kairav praises Arohi for being kind.
Abhimanyu does his exercises, and Akshara wakes up. They share a conversation, but both become upset when Abhimanyu talks about doing surgeries and returning to the hospital. Akshara ignores her manager’s call.
