Love’s Complicated On Starlife Thursday 13th August 2026 Update, Akshara asks Abhimanyu to go to the hospital because Anand has called him. Abhimanyu says it is not important, but Akshara tells him that if he does not go, she will stay back too. Abhimanyu agrees to visit the hospital. Before leaving, he hugs Akshara and wishes her all the best.

Abhimanyu meets Anand at the hospital and tries to contact Akshara. He thinks her phone may be switched off, which is why his message has not been delivered. Anand then calls Abhimanyu for the test.
Meanwhile, Akshara visits Birla Hospital to take a power bank and some money from Abhimanyu. She thinks the audition place is near the hospital and starts looking for him. She looks for Neil and Abhimanyu, but cannot find either of them.
Abhimanyu undergoes the test and overhears Anand talking to Singal. He is left shocked when he learns that because of his nerve damage, he will not be able to perform surgeries, drive a car, or even exercise anymore.
Abhimanyu freezes after hearing this. He goes to the OT and imagines himself performing a surgery. He then breaks down when he realizes that he may never be able to perform surgery again. Akshara also suddenly falls down and senses that something is wrong with Abhimanyu.
Akshara continues looking for Abhimanyu. He becomes emotional while remembering all the appreciation he received for his work.
Anand bumps into Akshara and realizes that Abhimanyu has not told her anything yet. Akshara asks about Abhimanyu, but Anand tells her that he is busy. He also asks why she is at the hospital when she should be at the audition.
Akshara explains that she came to borrow money from Abhimanyu because she left her purse at home. Anand gives her some cash and asks her to go.
However, Akshara remains restless because she cannot find Abhimanyu. She tries calling him and then calls Manjiri. Manjiri asks why she is so restless. Akshara says she could not meet Abhimanyu, which is why she is worried.
Manjiri asks her to calm down and says Abhimanyu may simply be busy. She tells Akshara that Abhimanyu never told her, but he wants her to become a famous singer. Manjiri asks Akshara to focus on her audition.
Akshara wonders how she can tell Manjiri that her restlessness is actually because she is worried about Abhimanyu.
Meanwhile, Anand thinks Abhimanyu may have learned about his reports and avoided him because of that. He asks Neil whether he has seen Abhimanyu, but Neil says no.
Elsewhere, Kairav asks Arohi where she is going. Arohi gets angry and says Kairav always doubts her. Kairav asks her not to misbehave. Akhilesh supports Arohi, which irritates the Goenkas because they know she is wrong.
Akhilesh asks them to try to understand Arohi. Arohi decides to meet Rudra’s father so that she can get her license back. She also decides to prove to Abhimanyu and Akshara that she cannot be defeated.
Akshara reaches the audition venue but suddenly gets a panic attack. She wonders why she feels so restless and strange before going on stage.
Abhimanyu appears in Akshara’s dream and asks her to sing. They dance together in her dream to the song ‘Kaun Tujhe’.
Back in reality, Akshara searches for Abhimanyu. She is then called for her audition. She walks out while still thinking about him.
At the same time, Abhimanyu wakes up. He realizes that he cannot stay in the OT because it has been booked for another patient, so he walks away. He wonders where he can go where nobody will see him.
Anand becomes worried about Abhimanyu. He says Abhimanyu will not tell anyone about what happened, but he needs to tell Manjiri and Akshara the truth. Anand starts looking for him.
Abhimanyu apologizes to God and asks Him not to punish him. He looks at his hand and thinks about Akshara. He then prays that at least things will become better for her.
Abhimanyu imagines Akshara being around him. When he returns to reality, he thinks she must be at her audition and that everyone must be appreciating her.
Akshara then bumps into Anand. He asks her about the audition. Akshara says she left and promises to tell him the reason later. She then asks Anand why he and Abhimanyu lied to her and whether she does not have the right to know the truth.
Anand reveals that he had asked Abhimanyu to tell Akshara about his injury. He then tells her that Abhimanyu cannot perform surgeries anymore.
Akshara gets another panic attack. She remembers the fire incident and blames herself for Abhimanyu’s condition. Anand asks her whether she lied to him because she had not learned the news earlier.
Akshara says that a lie that can save a life is not a lie. She then starts looking for Abhimanyu.
Anand tells Akshara how he ended up revealing the entire truth to her. Akshara regrets not being there for Abhimanyu and blames herself for his condition. She worries about him and cries because he was struggling but still did not tell her anything.
Anand also becomes emotional and calls Harsh. Harsh asks Anand why he is so disturbed.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu learns that a bomb has been spotted at the audition venue. He immediately worries about Akshara and rushes there to find her.
Akshara also runs behind Abhimanyu. At the same time, Arohi is driving and asks Rudra to excuse her for being late.
Later, Arohi’s car hits Abhimanyu’s car, causing an accident. Akshara searches for Abhimanyu while Arohi goes to check on him.
Arohi remembers the way Abhimanyu insulted her and stops herself from saving him. Akshara regrets not being there for Abhimanyu.
