Lucy went to speak to Jia about an overcharged amount from her account. Jia refunded the money by issuing Lucy a cheque. Later, Richie called her and asked that she return to Singapore urgently. There, Jia found out that their bank account had been hacked into, as well as those of their clients.
They did not have any money in their account and they also needed to pay back the money their clients lost. Jia decided to stay and resolve the problem.
When Adam heard about Jia’s problem, he called to offer his help. He however told Jia to drop Michael’s custody case in exchange for his help. Jia got upset because Adam was asking her to save her company in exchange of her son. Jia told Kai what Adam said and went to Dragon Buiders to reprimand Adam for what he did. She told him that he should just help his daughter without asking for anything in return.
Harry went back to Kai’s place but she told him that she was calling the police. Harry said he could not get arrested and ran away.
Dana’s lawyer went to tell her that David had taken their annulment case to court. He also had CCTV footage evidence of her bad behavior. Dana panicked and paid someone to sneak into David’s apartment to steal the footage.
David was sleeping when he heard the noise. He checked the CCTV in his house and saw the thief. He deduced that the man was sent by Dana.
The person Dana hired sent the hard drive to her office.
She was checking the package when David arrived. He accused her of stealing the footage but Dana denied it. The package fell down and David saw his hard drive. He took it back and left.
Lucy and Dana wanted Adam to drop their brand partnership with RJ&E but he refused. He said that Jia helped them when they were in trouble so he would not abandon her when she got into trouble. Dana therefore met with the other company shareholders and convinced them to drop RJ&E.
