Episode starts at a birthday party by Alba and Roman to celebrate their son’s birthday, Alba calls Roman sweetheart and starts flirting with him but he warns her never to call him sweetheart ever as Alba looks at him disappointly.
Roman pushes away from Alba who tries to hold him tight and walks away with their son Joaquin.
We meet Another couple the Silverios(Madeline and Menandro) who attended the birthday party too with the husband(Menan) warning the wife(Maddie) not to bring him to such events ever again. Alba arrives welcoming them to the mansion as they wish her son a happy birthday. Alba ask them when they will have a kid which obviously makes them uncomfortable, they conclude they’ve been trying.
Menandro excuses himself as Alba continues to question his wife about why they having trouble conceiving and who the fault is from she smartly answers that she isn’t a doctor and that the most important thing is her husband loves her and asked Alba how her married life been? Alba looked embarrassed but starts praising Roman saying that she’s happy she married him,Maddie smiles listening to Alba’s lies.
Maddie confronts her saying she hasn’t heard of two people who decide to get married without a ring as Alba looks embarrassed, she tells Alba about her ring and it’s significance, Alba is in so much rage.
As they’re about to leave, she tells her husband Menandro that he was drunk and should go home to try again since she is fertile and he said he won’t go because all she ever talk about is getting a child instead of accepting reality that she’s infertile and can’t give him a child. He abuses her saying he has lost all interest in her as he leaves whiles she cries.
After a woman greeting Alba, the woman informs Ramon that she learns she and Alba are getting married soon, Roman looks speechless as Alba calls him sweetheart again and Sita looking on, the woman asked when is the wedding?as Roman leaves in rage unbelieving how far Alba wants to go.
As Ramon stands on the balcony Maddie approaches him crying, he gives her a hankerchief but she rejects it yet he wipes her tears asking why she got married to someone who makes her so unhappy. They talk a little more as he takes her somewhere enclosed in the estate, they get intimate and make love.
Roman arrives home later and Sita tells him Alba has been looking all over for him, he ask about his son and goes to play with him.
Maddie arrives home in anguish as her maid ask her if she wants something which she answers no.
Roman excercises with a punching bag remembering Alba’s words whiles reminscing his good moments with Maddie.
Maddie in bed also thinks about Roman.
It turns out that Junior Roman’s(who is renamed as Isagani Esperanza) adopted mother is Maddie’s maid as she arrives home. They discuss Maddie’s problems whiles Junior(Isagani) gets up scaring her as they play with him whiles going to bed.
Ramon enters the room to see Alba waiting for him and starts nagging about him abandoning her at his son’s birthday party, he said he will make it up to joaquin, Alba asked what about her will he make it up to her too after she looked like an idiot after she told everyone they were getting married.
Roman says he wants everyone to know the truth that they joaquin’s parents and are raising him together but they not married, he leaves as she looks on angrily.
Roman meets up with Maddie again at their secret den and make love over and over again.
Maddie’s maid sees as Don Roman drops her off home and they hug whiles kissing calling each other sweetheart, unfortunately Menandro sees them too through his window.
The next morning, Menan brings Maddie breakfast in bed surprising her, he questions her about meeting Roman and said he will humiliate them if they continue their affair.
He said he has two conditions
1. Break up with Roman

Maddie meets up with Roman asking for a break up, he begs her not to but she insists that she and Menan will move to America to fix their relationship.
Roman starts his distillery, in a business meeting Alba arrives calling Roman sweetheart again as he angrily looks at her.

In a room, Roman waits as a lady in red appears showing off her seductive dancing skills to him, she takes off her mask and flips her hair backwards, Roman recognize her as pilar she looks shocked as he calls out her name. They get chatty as he covers her up with his coat, she said she became a prostitute like her mom and he tells her he came back for her, She flirts with him as he tells her he will come back for her again, Pilar gives back his coat to him saying his wife might become suspicious as Ramon leaves she looks on.
In the morning, Ramon works in his study as he reminisces how be got separated from Pilar because he insisted on going to find his father whiles she begs him not to go. He tells her he will come back for her but stops her from kissing him because to Ramon they were siblings but Pilar gets angry and left.
Ramon visits Pilar at the whore house as the other girls try to flirt with him, he hears someone singing behind some bedsheets and it turns out to be Pilar.. she asked him what he is doing there, she wipes him up with a towel because he was drenched in sweat whiles Ramon looks at her lustfully and he said he will take her away from there and will help her get back on her feet.
Ramon offers her a house and she accepts whiles she hugs him tightly but Ramon tries to resist her.
Pilar moves into the house, she ask Ramon why the house is so far from his mansion and she jokes saying all Ramon needs is a sign saying I’m hiding you from my wife as Ramon laughs, she also said she is aware of the rules of becoming a mistress as Ramon looks on, he tells her he doesn’t want anything from her but just to help her stand on her feet but she said he isn’t a saint as she tries to feed him some food and ended up pouring the food all over him.
Pilar kisses Ramon but he rejects her, yet she seduces him some more saying she is on a pill and won’t get pregnant eventually Ramon couldn’t resit any longer and they make love.
In the evening,Alba, Ramon and Joaquin visits Maddie after their return to the Philippians with Alba saying she got pregnant when she went to America and that something smells fishy so she is sure they hiding something whiles looking around suspiciously.
Ramon looks at Maddie remembering their good times together and in deep thought whiles Alba continues her assumptions asking Ramon if he smells something fishy too or should she ask his whores when ever he isn’t home because she is sure they can enlighten her enough, Ramon looks at her whiles Maddie approaches calling out her name, they exchange greetings as Ramon and Maddie look at each other frightened.
Roman tries to talk to Menandro but he ignores him at first with Maddie looking scared and Alba almost putting the puzzle together but he eventually smiles and shakes Ramon relieving Maddie.
They also planned to start a wine business, Alba decides to go talk to menandro to get to know more about their business whiles leaving Ramon with an uncomfortable Maddie.
Ramon ask Maddie about her son and she said he’s quit a rascal, she ask how he has being and he looking happy but she can sense it’s not because of Alba. He admits to Maddie he will never marry Alba and someone else is making him happy it’s his son with Maddie saying his son is lucky whiles excusing herself.
Ramon meets Isagani(junior Ramon) for the first time offering him a cupcake, he took a liking to him as they smile together.
His adopted mother comes for him whiles carrying Maddie’s child she apologizes to Ramon for the troubles Isagani caused him, as Ramon looks at Isagani he remembers junior Ramon and tells his adoptive mother he would’ve been the same age as Isagani as he smiles.
Maddie walks in collecting her son Matteo from Her maid whiles Ramon looks on, she leaves in a hurry. Isagani also says thank you to Ramon and leaves with his adoptive mother.
Maddie and Menandro fight over carrying baby Mateo as he cries, immediately Ramon comes there smiling to Matteo he stops crying and begins laughing shocking Maddie, Menandro gets pissed off when he notices it was Ramon who eventually calmed him down but Alba comes there whilst Maddie tries defending Menandro saying they first time parents and they leave. We ended as Alba looks on at Ramon suspiciously.
