Dulce meets the Esperanza’s, she apologises on behalf of Menandro for what happened between them. They forgives her and asks her not to worry about it.
At a club, Matteo blames Gigi for failing his plans, they ended up arguing. Gigi asks him to tell the real problem, Matteo tells her he has gambled with the companies money but he will get it back for sure.
Lupita visits Connor at home, she ended up asking Connor what’s the deal between him and Joaquin, (she saw his picture on Connor’s laptop when she was coming). Connor tells her is none of her business, it turns out that Lupita came for S*x, Connor tells her he is actually not in the mood, Lupita says is a 1 time offer and he might not get it again, she leaves.
Scene shifts to Roman and Lucas, Roman tells him that he has removed Alba from the company. Lucas thanks him for trusting him.
In the Cardinal mansion, Alba confronts Sita about telling Lucas her real identity. Sita tells her to mind her business since this isn’t her family issue, Alba tells Sita that Lucas will get hurt when she finds the truth. Sita replies she know what Alba is trying to do, and she is not the same old soft Sita, she will do what’s right for her son. She leaves, Alba looks on furious.
Isagani comes to where he use to meet Dulce (in yesterday’s episode) Roman and Lucas comes there. It turns out that Roman has bought that same land for the construction of Coco Brandy, They tour around and share ideas on how to build. In a distance Connor is spying on them, he takes pictures and tells himself he is going to Crash Roman completely and to that he will befriend Lucas and Isagani.
After touring around the site, They ended up having a conversation which leads Lucas to say he don’t even know if his father thinks about him, Isagani who is aware Roman is Lucas’s father advice’s Lucas to have faith because there must be a reason why his father is hiding from him. Roman looks on.
At the mansion, Alba is in thoughts concerning Lucas and Sita, She sees a mechanic working on a car in the house. She gets an idea and tells herself “i killed someone in order to step foot in your mansion Roman, and i will do the same to make sure i stay.”
At home, Sita and Lucas shares some Mother and son moments.
Roman receives an Email saying Joaquin has sigh a deal with an American company, he tells himself Joaquin has never failed him and he won’t fail him too.
In a different scene, Isay tells Isagani to patch things up with Dulce, he tells her he don’t have any problems with Dulce. Their conversation went on to Isay saying when the time comes she prays those they love will love them back, Isagani tells her he is sure she will find a loving husband. Isay tells him he don’t know what he is saying.
Later, Roman visits Sita and they talks about revealing the truth to Lucas, Sita tells him to give her some time to prepare Lucas.
At the mansion, Alba pays the mechanic to fail some Car break, And the mechanic who is indeed of money for his mother’s treatment agrees and failed the break. According to their deal the mechanic is not supposed to show his face in the mansion again
Next day, Roman is cleaning Joaquin’s motorcycle, Luacas and Isagani comes there and Roman asks them to go first to the site and he will follow, he asks them to use the pickup track. (the same car Alba pays the Mechanic to fail the break). Alba sees them leaving with the car and says today is her lucky day, both Isagani and Lucas will leave their lives for good.
On their way, They have different conversations here and there, Isagani realise the car break isn’t working when he tried to use them, Lucas tells him everything is fine with the car. they nearly run into some people on the road and almost crash with another car. Eventually the car stops on it’s own. They both gets out of the car and wonders what is wrong with it.
Connor comes to Cardinal Distillery to apply for a job, Diane sees him and recalls their encounter, she approaches him and asks him what he is doing there, Connor tries to put up an act but Diane tells him not to try because such tricks works on her only if it comes from Boss Joaquin, she leaves, Connor smirks.
Lucas checks the car break and fixed it saying it can send them back home, Isagani tells him to send the car to Carolyn to check what really happened. They returned home and went back with Isagani’s car. Alba sees them and gets irked saying why can’t they just die.
At Silverio Distillery, Isay (she works there) runs into Dulce and tells her about the preparation for Irma and Bert marriage anniversary. She continues by saying according to the accountant Matteo has been redrawing millions form the company’s account. Dulce asks her not to worry it must be an error.
Dulce comes to Matteo’s office and confronts him about the money. Matteo cooks up a story saying it’s the amount the company owes, Isay didn’t buy his story and tells him to refund it before their father finds out. Matteo assures her he will get the money back by the close of the day. Episode ends as Matteo leaves.
