Jhanak asks the lawyer what happened during the hearing. The lawyer explains that someone wants to make sure Parashar is punished. He adds that the opposing side is presenting a lot of evidence against Parashar, even though the evidence is fake. Jhanak is shocked and asks how this is possible. She points out that the villagers respect Parashar and will give statements in his favour. However, the lawyer explains that the court does not rely on the villagers’ statements alone.

Rishi says Parashar is facing these problems because he has been helping the villagers. The lawyer warns that if things continue this way, Parashar may not be released. Jhanak asks him to do something, explaining that their enemies want to get rid of Parashar. She wonders why an honest man has to face so much trouble. The lawyer says they need to make a smart move to win the case and asks them to find an insider who can testify in Parashar’s favour.
Kusum reveals that Haridas suddenly disappeared after Parashar was arrested. When Rishi asks where Haridas is staying, Kusum says nobody knows. The lawyer tells them to find Haridas, warning that it will not be easy. Rishi promises to find him and convince him to give a statement. The lawyer explains that Haridas’s testimony is important for Parashar’s release. Jhanak feels that they are fighting a new battle every day, but Rishi assures her that their fight is not over and promises that he will not let anything happen to Parashar.
Later, Jhanak struggles to sleep and looks at Nutan’s photo. She admits that it is difficult to live without Nutan and tells her that Parashar is in trouble. Jhanak does not know how to save him, so she asks Nutan to give her the strength she needs. She says she cannot bear to lose Parashar.
The following day, Rishi and Jhanak meet Haridas. Haridas fears for his life and warns them that he could be killed if the information comes out. Jhanak assures him that nothing will happen to him, while Rishi asks him to explain what is going on. Haridas reveals that Parashar went against powerful and wealthy people to help the villagers. When Rishi asks who is responsible for the fake evidence, Haridas questions whether he cares about his own life.
Rishi urges Haridas to reveal the names of those involved. Haridas explains that several people are behind the case, including politicians, businessmen, and police officers. He also points out that Rishi is no longer a police officer and cannot guarantee his safety.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu says Jhanak should not have rejected the MLA’s political offer, and Dritimaan agrees with him. Indumati argues that Jhanak should not get involved in politics, while Mishti explains that Jhanak has never wanted to control people. Tanushri believes Jhanak is simply being careful. Dritimaan insists that good people should also enter politics, but Dadabhai says that good people often dislike politics and choose to stay away from it.
Mishti argues that Jhanak deserves to enter politics because she would never misuse her power for selfish reasons. However, Sanjhbati points out that Jhanak already has too many responsibilities to handle.
Back in Simulboni, Jhanak asks Haridas to stand up for the truth and help ensure that justice is served. Haridas replies that justice will not protect him or his family. Jhanak continues to request his help, but Haridas explains that Naagindatta and the others are trying to prove that Parashar is working against the villagers. He warns that nobody can stand against these powerful people and insists that this is not an ordinary case.
Rishi asks Haridas to tell the truth in court, but Haridas questions how he will protect him. Rishi promises to find a way. Haridas then tells him that becoming a witness without protection is like committing suicide, especially when Rishi knows the dangers as a former police officer. Rishi understands his fear and decides to seek help from the DIG.
Rishi calls the DIG and asks for unofficial help to protect the witness. However, the DIG refuses, explaining that although he respects Rishi’s principles, he cannot support him in this matter. Haridas concludes that even the DIG cannot help them. Jhanak admits that she is also afraid, but she urges Haridas to face his fear and fight against the culprits. She begs him to help her, but Haridas refuses because he cannot put his family in danger.
Meanwhile, Dadabhai says Jhanak made the right decision by rejecting the political offer. He adds that she can always change her mind in the future if she feels it is right. Dritimaan describes Jhanak as ambitious, but Dadabhai says he is proud of her because she values people more than wealth. Tanushri also praises Jhanak for changing so many people’s lives.
The following day, Jhanak and the lawyer wait for Haridas at court, but Jhanak reveals that he is not answering her calls. The lawyer explains that Haridas’s presence is important if they want to win the case. Without his testimony, the prosecution will have a stronger position. Jhanak says she begged Haridas to help them, but it seems he has not changed his decision.
The lawyer points out that Haridas may not be willing to risk his life for Parashar when his own family’s safety is at stake. Rishi begins to worry about whether Haridas is safe. The lawyer also suspects that the opposing side may have reached Haridas and convinced him not to testify. He reminds them that their case is weak without a witness.
Rishi insists that he will bring Haridas to court. Jhanak warns him that their opponents are cunning and wealthy, but Rishi remains determined to find Haridas. She asks him not to make decisions based on his emotions, pointing out that Haridas has already refused to give a statement. Rishi says he does not want to think about the difficulties anymore because he wants to save Parashar at any cost. He asks Jhanak to let him try.
Jhanak becomes worried and asks Rishi if something has happened to him. Rishi tells her that they must face their fears instead of becoming prisoners of them. He insists that they need Haridas to save Parashar. The lawyer agrees with Rishi and advises him to be careful.
Jhanak asks Rishi to return if he cannot find Haridas. She tells him to take care of himself for her sake and assures him that she will be waiting for him. Rishi hugs her before leaving. Jhanak then prays to Nutan to protect him.
Later, the judge tells the lawyer that he is wasting the court’s time. The lawyer asks the judge to give him some more time, but the prosecutor argues that they have already submitted evidence against Parashar and claims that Parashar has been working against the system. The lawyer defends Parashar, explaining that he has only been working for the well-being of the villagers.
Jhanak steps into the witness box and defends Parashar, insisting that the evidence presented by the prosecutor is fake. The prosecutor tells her that the judge will decide whether the evidence is genuine. The judge warns Jhanak not to argue with the prosecutor, who then asks the judge to announce the verdict.
