Tanushri tells Jhanak that she should have informed the family about the medical camp. Jhanak explains that she became excited when she learned about the camp and had already planned to visit Simulboni to see Parashar. She questions what was wrong with her decision to participate in the medical camp. Dadabhai clarifies that nobody objected to her going there, but they are upset because she did not inform them. Rishi insists that Jhanak will never tell them the truth. Jhanak accuses him of suspecting that she went to the medical camp to spend time with Ayushman. Indumati points out that Jhanak did, in fact, hide the medical camp from them.

Jhanak explains that she kept it a secret because of Rishi’s behaviour. She recalls how he created a scene when he saw her with Ayushman and asks how she could share everything with him when he reacts that way. She admits that she was afraid Rishi would not allow her to attend the medical camp. Dadabhai explains that Rishi is angry because she did not inform him about it, but Rishi continues to accuse Jhanak of wanting to spend time with Ayushman. Jhanak asks whether he is ashamed of insulting her in front of everyone and warns him not to humiliate her again. When Rishi challenges her to say what she will do, Jhanak declares that she will leave him and the house because she can no longer tolerate his insults. She tells him that he does not value her.
Indumati blames the situation on Jhanak’s failure to tell Rishi the truth. Jhanak then asks Rishi who informed him about the medical camp. He questions why that matters before revealing that Aditi told him. He explains that the sister of one of Aditi’s colleagues works at the same hospital and has witnessed the closeness between Jhanak and Ayushman. Jhanak responds by asking what about Rishi’s meetings with his ex-wife. Indumati asks her to calm down.
Jhanak questions what she has done wrong and insists that she will no longer tolerate Rishi’s accusations. Abhimanyu advises her not to behave in a way that could hurt others, but she asks why she should accept such treatment when she has done nothing wrong. Rishi accuses her of refusing to admit her mistakes, while Tanushri asks them both to stop arguing. She then asks Jhanak what she wanted to tell them earlier, but Jhanak says she cannot share the news in the current situation. Abhimanyu suspects that she is hiding something else.
Jhanak points out that everyone keeps questioning her while nobody holds Rishi accountable for his behaviour. She insists that love must come with respect and admits that she no longer believes Rishi loves her. She explains that Rishi continues to meet his ex-wife, yet she says nothing because she loves him blindly. She questions how she can respect him when he constantly insults her. Dadabhai asks them to discuss the matter later, but Rishi again claims that Jhanak went to the medical camp to enjoy herself with Ayushman. Jhanak warns him to stop making such accusations and says she will leave if he refuses to change. She demands that he tell her whether he is willing to live with her respectfully.
Later, Mishti warns Athnu not to call her again. Tanushri notices that something is troubling Mishti and asks who is bothering her, but Mishti insists that it is nothing like that. When Athnu calls again, Abhimanyu answers the phone and puts it on speaker. Athnu speaks to him, and Dadabhai questions why he did not contact the family. Mishti explains that she does not want to speak to Athnu because he is harassing her. She snatches the phone and disconnects the call.
Jhanak arrives, and Tanushri notices that she does not look well. Mishti examines her and discovers that she has a fever. The family asks Jhanak to take care of herself, while Dadabhai tells Mishti to give him Athnu’s number if he calls again.
Later, Rishi sees Jhanak sitting in the room and asks what she wanted to tell him earlier. Jhanak says she has nothing to say, but Rishi warns her that he will no longer tolerate her nonsense. When she asks what she has done, he brings up the incident at the party where she got drunk and created a scene. He explains that he kept details about his family hidden to protect her dignity. Jhanak reminds him that Krishnendu gave her a drink and told her it was a mocktail, and she had no idea about his intentions. Rishi complains that her behaviour damaged his reputation in front of his colleagues. Jhanak asks whether he is blaming her for everything, and Rishi accuses her of getting drunk and dancing with Krishnendu. She reminds him that she has already apologised for what happened.
Rishi admits that the incident with Krishnendu has made him suspicious of Ayushman as well. Jhanak feels hurt that he still does not trust her. Rishi tells her to go to sleep, but Jhanak says she will leave the house so he can live peacefully. He accuses her of wanting to run away, then admits that he cannot live without her. Jhanak breaks down in tears, blaming herself for ruining everything at the party. Rishi comforts her and explains that nobody is perfect and that both of them have their flaws. He asks her to stop crying, but Jhanak says she feels dizzy. When Rishi asks what is wrong, Jhanak reveals that she is pregnant, leaving him shocked.
The next day, Aditi calls Srishti to ask about the medical camp. Srishti tells her everything that happened and accuses Jhanak of ruining Rishi’s life. Aditi believes that Jhanak has trapped Rishi with the help of the villagers. Srishti, however, observes that Jhanak no longer seems interested in Rishi. Aditi says she is concerned about Rishi and does not want him to keep arguing with Jhanak because of her. She then sends Rishi a message.
Later, Rishi meets Aditi at a restaurant. Aditi tells him that she learned about the incident in Simulboni from Srishti and explains that she only wants what is best for him. She insists that she does not want him to argue with Jhanak because of her. Rishi explains that he reacted angrily in Simulboni because he was upset that Jhanak had hidden the medical camp from him and had not accompanied him. He then asks whether there is something going on between Jhanak and Ayushman. After revealing that Jhanak is pregnant, he demands that Aditi tell him the truth.
Aditi admits that she only heard the rumours and did not witness anything herself, so she cannot be certain. However, she says she has heard that Jhanak and Ayushman share a special relationship. She further reveals that people have seen Jhanak coming out of Ayushman’s quarters several times and claims that their relationship is deep and intimate.
Rishi is shocked by Aditi’s revelations. Aditi says she does not want to discuss the matter any further and reminds him that she feels sorry to see him suffering. Rishi then reveals that he had an accident in North Bengal and refused to marry Aditi afterwards because the injuries left him unable to become a father. He believes Jhanak has betrayed him and asks Aditi to calm him down. Aditi reminds him that everyone considers Jhanak a good girl, but Rishi insists that she has cheated on him and claims that she is pregnant with Ayushman’s child.
