Parashar is delighted to see Jhanak and asks about her well-being. Jhanak, in turn, asks about his health, and he assures her that he is feeling better. He explains that he did not inform her about his condition because he did not want to disturb her. Jhanak feels that he kept the news from her because she is not his biological daughter, but Parashar tells her not to think that way. He understands that she is busy in Kolkata. Jhanak assures him that she can manage everything and insists that he should have informed her. Parashar promises to tell her about everything in the future before asking where Rishi is. Jhanak explains that Rishi could not accompany her because he was busy. She then informs the villagers about the upcoming medical camp.

Parashar asks Jhanak to explain how the medical camp will work, and she tells him about the arrangements. She is happy that the camp will take place in Simulboni because it has always been her dream to organise something like this there. When Parashar asks who arranged it, Jhanak explains that her senior doctor made the arrangements and that a large medical team will be coming. She asks everyone to inform all the villagers about the camp. Kusum then asks whether Rishi will come to pick Jhanak up, but Jhanak explains that this is the first time she has travelled alone and tells them not to worry. She asks Parashar to book the entire lodge for the medical team. When he explains that the lodge is too small, Jhanak suggests that some people can stay at the house instead. Parashar agrees and asks Kusum to arrange food for Jhanak.
Meanwhile, Rishi arrives home and finds that everyone has been waiting to eat together. Indumati tells him that they have been waiting for him, but Rishi says he never asked them to wait. Tanushri reminds him that they always have their meals together, while Sanjhbati remarks that he is missing Jhanak and that is why he is behaving this way. Rishi warns her against always joking about such things. When Indumati asks what is troubling him, Rishi announces that he will go to Simulboni the following day. Abhimanyu asks whether everything is fine, and Rishi assures him that nothing is wrong. He questions whether he is not allowed to visit Simulboni. Dritimaan wonders why Rishi is behaving strangely, and Rishi calls himself a bad person. Tanushri asks him to explain what happened, and he reveals that Jhanak lied to him by hiding the fact that she was going to Simulboni for a medical camp. Dadabhai points out that organising a medical camp is a good thing and asks why she would hide it from them.

The next day, Jhanak begins treating patients at the medical camp. Mangal tells her that he enjoys seeing her arrive in Simulboni with Rishi, but Jhanak explains that she has come for work and that Rishi is busy in Kolkata. Just then, Rishi arrives, leaving Jhanak shocked. Ayushman tells her to concentrate on her work, and she apologises to him before going to speak to Rishi. Parashar welcomes Rishi and asks about his health. He adds that it would have been better if Rishi had accompanied Jhanak when she arrived. Rishi immediately questions Jhanak about why she did not inform him about the medical camp. She explains that she had already decided to visit Simulboni before the medical camp was arranged. Ayushman then asks whether he needs Rishi’s permission to organise a medical camp in Simulboni. Rishi tells him not to interfere because he is speaking to his wife. When Parashar asks why he is angry with Jhanak, Rishi accuses her of lying to him and his family.
Jhanak admits that she deliberately kept the medical camp a secret because she expected Rishi to create a scene just as he is doing now. She asks him not to disrupt the camp because it is important to the villagers. She also questions what problem he has with her working. Rishi insists that his problem is her decision to hide the truth from him and accuses her of wanting to come to Simulboni with Ayushman. Some villagers tell Rishi not to suspect Jhanak, but intern Srishti questions why Jhanak did not tell her husband about the medical camp. She asks whether there is no mutual trust between them and claims that Jhanak manipulates Ayushman at the hospital, suggesting that she must be doing the same at home. Ayushman tells Srishti to stop making such accusations.
Rishi asks Parashar to see Jhanak’s real face and says he made a mistake by trusting her. He questions whether Ayushman arranged the place solely for the medical camp and accuses him of wanting to spend time with Jhanak. Jhanak tells Rishi to stop making such accusations and warns him that she will not forgive him for speaking to her this way. Rishi responds that she is behaving like this because she has Ayushman’s support. He also claims that his life has been ruined because of her. Parashar understands that Rishi is hurt because Jhanak did not tell him about the medical camp, but he insists that Rishi has no right to accuse her of wrongdoing. He defends Jhanak and says she is pure. Rishi refuses to accept this and declares that she is not pure and has started lying to him.
A villager interrupts them to ask whether the medical camp will continue or not. Jhanak asks the villager to wait for a moment before turning to Rishi and asking whether he regrets marrying her. She tells him to return to Aditi if that is what he wants. Ayushman questions Rishi’s insecurity and asks why he cannot trust his own wife. Rishi insists that he came to Simulboni to discover the truth and tells Parashar that Jhanak is a betrayer. Jhanak declares that Rishi has crossed his limits and that she will not forgive him this time. Rishi refuses to apologise, claiming that he has no regrets about his behaviour, before leaving the medical camp.
The following day, Parashar asks Jhanak to rest because she vomited the previous day. However, Jhanak insists that she has work to do at the hospital. Kusum reveals that Jhanak is pregnant. Jhanak says that Rishi does not love her, but Veer explains that although Rishi gets angry easily, he loves her very much. Jhanak insists that she wants respect and cannot continue living with Rishi if he keeps treating her this way. Parashar asks what she wants him to do, and Jhanak says she needs to convey the news to her family. Parashar assures her that his home will always be open to her.
Later, Jhanak returns home, where Dadabhai questions why she did not inform anyone about the medical camp. Indumati also asks why she kept it a secret when there was nothing wrong with organising it. Rishi immediately claims that Ayushman is the reason she hid the truth. Dadabhai asks him to calm down, but Jhanak explains that she never wanted to return home and has only come back to share some news with them. Sanjhbati asks what the news is, but Jhanak says it is not the right time to share good news. Rishi dismisses her announcement, saying that they are not interested in her good news.
