Abhimanyu is shocked by Arohi’s demand and asks her what nonsense she is talking about. Arohi shows him the papers and demands that he make Neil the Managing Director of Birla Hospital. Abhimanyu refuses to sign them, insisting that he will not allow her to jeopardise his career. Arohi points out that he thinks it is acceptable to hide Akshara’s medical condition from her, yet he considers it wrong when she tries to secure Neil’s future. Abhimanyu disagrees with her actions.
Meanwhile, Akshara tells Manjiri that Abhimanyu is in trouble because of Arohi, who is deliberately troubling him. She finds it suspicious that Abhimanyu opposed Arohi and Neil’s wedding but is now organising a reception party for them. Manjiri disagrees with Akshara and tells her not to doubt Arohi’s intentions. She explains that Abhimanyu is throwing the party to celebrate Neil.
Abhimanyu tells Arohi that he cannot simply give up his position as Managing Director. He explains that Neil does not have enough experience to take over the role and that such decisions must be made by the board members. Arohi gives him an ultimatum, demanding that he either protect his position or risk losing his wife. Abhimanyu refuses to sign the papers. Arohi tells him to take his time and decide wisely, warning that she will not hesitate to reveal his medical condition to Akshara if he refuses to cooperate. Manjiri continues asking Akshara to stop suspecting Arohi. She admits that she was happy when Akshara returned home but believes her decision to attend the party was not right. Akshara tries to explain that Abhimanyu is stressed because of Arohi, but Manjiri argues that Akshara is also contributing to his stress. She advises Akshara not to overthink the situation, but Akshara fails to convince her. Manjiri eventually scolds her.
Arohi urges Abhimanyu to make his decision because she is waiting for his answer. Later, Akshara bumps into Abhimanyu and asks whether Shiv has fallen asleep. Abhimanyu responds, and Akshara then questions him about Arohi, whom she saw leaving the room. Abhimanyu lies that Arohi came to give Shiv a toy. Akshara notices the papers in his hand and asks about them. He claims that they are hospital documents that he needs to return to Anand.
Abhimanyu notices that Akshara seems stressed and asks what is wrong. She complains about her headache, so he gives her a head massage. However, Akshara remains determined to discover why he is hiding the papers from her. Meanwhile, Nishtha returns Arohi’s mobile phone. Akshara then asks Arohi to follow her and slaps her when they are alone, confronting her about blackmailing Abhimanyu.
Akshara decides to expose Arohi, but Arohi reveals the truth about her pregnancy complications. She explains that she suffered internal injuries in the accident and that Abhimanyu has been hiding the truth from Akshara. Arohi tells her to focus on her own life instead of trying to expose her. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu searches for the Managing Director papers and learns from Neil that Arohi is missing.
When Arohi spots Abhimanyu, she becomes frightened and walks away. Abhimanyu sees Akshara and decides to face her, but she disappears before he can speak to her. He begins searching for her while Akshara runs along the road, thinking about her medical condition and recalling her past with Abhimanyu. Overwhelmed by everything she has learned, Akshara breaks down as Abhimanyu continues looking for her.
Arohi worries that Abhimanyu will never forgive her and regrets revealing the truth to Akshara. Neil notices her distress and asks what is wrong, informing her that Preti is waiting for her. Preti arrives to meet Arohi, but Arohi suddenly feels nauseous. Neil asks whether she is feeling unwell, and she leaves the place.
Meanwhile, Anand asks Manjiri whether she has seen Abhimanyu and Akshara. He explains that Manish wants to meet them before leaving. Manjiri worries that Akshara may have become upset because she scolded her earlier, so she begins looking for both of them.
Elsewhere, Akshara learns that a child is missing. She notices a car about to hit a child’s pram and rushes to save the child. Abhimanyu follows her and helps her after she manages to rescue the little one. Akshara asks him to check whether the child is safe, but Abhimanyu reassures her that the child is fine because she saved him. The child’s mother takes him from Akshara’s arms and blesses both Akshara and Abhimanyu, saying that they will make wonderful parents in the future. Akshara is left stunned by her words.
Meanwhile, Neil tells Manjiri and Harsh that he has something important to share with them. Elsewhere, Akshara tells Abhimanyu that they cannot become parents and breaks down as she struggles to accept that she may never become a mother. She feels that God has cheated her by taking away her chance to experience motherhood. Abhimanyu tries to comfort her, but Akshara asks him either to leave her or assure her that what Arohi revealed is not true.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara to remain strong, but she continues to break down. She then questions why he endured the pain alone instead of sharing it with her. Abhimanyu explains that he was afraid she would break down if she learned the truth, which is why he kept his medical condition a secret. Akshara feels guilty, believing that she is also responsible for taking away his chance to become a father. Abhimanyu promises to stand by her and be her strength throughout this difficult time.
As Akshara continues crying, Abhimanyu encourages her to keep her faith. Although she is devastated, they decide to face the situation together and return home.
