Doree On AdomTv Thursday 19th June 2025 Update, The bomb blasts. Doree gets scared and rushes towards the stage. Everyone gathers near the stage, shocked. Mahendra is seen praying. Anand picks up oil and runs away. Mahendra hears someone leave and decides to go save Ganga Prasad.

Everyone is stunned to find Rukmani lying unconscious on the floor, but Doree breathes a sigh of relief when she sees Ganga Prasad unharmed. Raj and Yash rush Rukmani to the hospital, while Doree frantically searches for Ganga Prasad.
Mahendra guides Doree away, confirming that he is indeed Ganga Prasad’s father and Kailashi Devi’s son. Doree reveals she saved Ganga Prasad by threatening Rukmani, who intended to harm him. Mahendra warns Doree that Rukmani will continue her attempts on Ganga Prasad’s life as long as he remains nearby.
He entrusts Ganga Prasad’s safety to Doree, urging her to send him away until his memory returns. Despite her reluctance, Doree agrees.

Neelu suspects Doree’s motives and confronts Anand, accusing him of conspiring with Rukmani.
Anand, disillusioned by Neelu’s deception, vows to expose their deceit. In the hospital, Ganga Prasad worries about Rukmani, pondering why she saved him if she wanted him dead. Doree arrives with Nani, revealing the truth to Ganga Prasad, who is shocked by the revelation.
The doctor informs them that Rukmani urgently needs blood, but saving her life is risky.
Mansi is perplexed by Rukmani’s actions, while Komal observes Anand abducting Neelu and dismisses Mansi. Anand confronts Neelu for her lies and refuses to help save Rukmani, prompting tension. Ganga Prasad remains anxious about Rukmani’s condition, despite the revelations unfolding around him. Doree tells Nani that she can’t see Ganga Prasad in this state.
Anand says to Neelu that his mother didn’t care about him and tried to trick him, and now she will regret it. Neelu gets scared listening to Anand and begs him to let her go. Anand says he will teach all women who try to cross their boundaries their place.
Neelu threatens him, saying if he doesn’t leave her alone, she will reveal his secret — that Doree is his daughter. Anand says after killing his mother, he won’t care about anyone. He locks Neelu in a room and leaves.
Komal walks to Anand and asks what all this is about. Anand says he paid her money, so she should stay quiet. Komal says she needs one lakh more. Anand agrees and asks her to ensure Neelu doesn’t leave.
The doctor urges Yash to arrange blood for Rukmani quickly. Doree leaves the room, followed by Nani. Maya hopes Ganga Prasad doesn’t leave Banaras.
Komal scolds Neelu for trying to sneak into their haveli with her illegitimate child. Neelu warns Komal not to mention her child and demands an apology.
Vansh asks Mansi if Rukmani will recover soon. She hears a noise and investigates, finding Neelu causing trouble. Neelu pleads for help, claiming she was locked in by Anand. Komal accuses Neelu of having an affair with Anand and trying to take her place in the haveli.
Meanwhile, Ganga Prasad prays for Rukmani’s recovery while Doree searches for her card. Anand disguises himself as a doctor and enters the ICU, ignoring Yash and Raj.
Anand removes Rukmani’s oxygen mask, causing her to struggle to breathe. Doree tells Nani she found her card and learns her blood group is B-negative. She decides to donate blood to Rukmani, shocking Nani.
Anand tells Rukmani he won’t let her get away with her actions and will take control of everything. He attempts to suffocate her with a pillow. Ganga Prasad notices Anand in the ICU and shouts for help.
Nani tells Doree that Rukmani has tried to harm her father many times and tortured her. Doree decides to stay until Rukmani recovers, unaware that she can’t donate blood as a child.
Mansi consoles Neelu, while Komal insists on kicking her out. Mansi sympathizes with Neelu’s pain and refuses to turn her away.
Anand is pursued by Ganga Prasad, and Yash becomes suspicious. Doree offers to donate blood.
