Doree On AdomTv Monday 23rd June 2025 Update, Anand tries to suffocate Rukmani, but Ganga Prasad walks in and stops him, leading to a physical fight between them. Anand attempts to smother Rukmani with a pillow, but Ganga Prasad intervenes, and they exchange blows.

Ganga Prasad is shocked when he sees Anand’s face and realizes he is his son. Neelu apologizes to Mansi, admitting she tried to steal her husband but still offers help. Mansi refuses Neelu’s gesture, warning her that Anand will leave her too. She tells Komal to make Neelu leave. But Neelu stays determined to achieve her goals at any cost.
Ganga Prasad confronts Anand for trying to kill their mother. A heated argument follows. Though Rukmani is his birth mother, Anand shows no remorse and keeps attacking Ganga Prasad.
Yash tells Doree she can’t donate blood to Rukmani due to her age, but Doree insists on helping despite the risks. The doctor warns her of the danger but finally agrees to proceed with the transfusion.

Neelu confides in Maya about her plan for revenge against Anand and her desire to secure her child’s position in the Thakurian family. Maya suggests a plan, and Neelu readily agrees. Meanwhile, as Doree donates blood, Ganga Prasad and Anand continue to fight violently. Mahendra watches and realizes how serious the situation is.
Nani informs Mansi that Doree has donated blood to Rukmani despite the risk. Mansi prays for Doree’s recovery and selfless spirit. As Doree’s condition worsens, everyone anxiously awaits her recovery.
Yash prays for Doree. She finally opens her eyes, and Yash sighs in relief. Raj shows the doctor that Rukmani’s pulse is dropping. The doctor tells him not to worry—his mother is fine. Doree thinks Rukmani is okay now, and Baba will be at peace.
Mahendra tells Ganga and Anand to stop fighting. Ganga Prasad tells Mahendra that Anand tried to kill Thakurain and insists on punishing him. Anand says Mahendra shouldn’t interfere, and Ganga Prasad walks away. Anand smirks and says he still saved his elder son, Ganga Prasad.
Rukmani wakes up and asks Yash who donated blood. Yash says she won’t believe it and tells the nurse it was Doree. Rukmani expresses her wish to meet her. Doree apologizes to the nurse for getting her scolded by the doctor. The nurse advises her not to repeat it.
Anand tells Mahendra he knows the truth and has transferred all the property to his name, ignoring his other siblings. He warns Mahendra that once the truth is out, he’ll kill him.
Yash brings Doree to Rukmani. Rukmani tells her not to be afraid and promises not to harm her father. Doree says she doesn’t want her money or property.
Komal hears that Rukmani is okay and tells Mansi and Nani. The servant brings many gifts, saying they’re from the elder son of the house, who will arrive at 8 p.m. Nani wonders who this son is, believing Ganga Prasad to be the eldest.
Rukmani tells Yash she has called the lawyer to transfer the property to her name since her elder son will never return. But the lawyer tells her that her elder son is returning, shocking her.
Anand returns and scolds Komal for releasing Neelu, blaming Mansi. He then grabs Mansi by the neck, but she slaps him, shocking Komal.
Doree searches for Ganga Prasad and informs Nani. Prem tells Doree that Ganga Prasad made a big decision. They are stunned to see Ganga Prasad marrying Neelu.
