Unfortunate Love On Zeeworld Thursday 24th September 2026 Update, Lakshmi tells Shalu that they can expose Malishka’s lie with a paternity or DNA test. Shalu asks how they will bring Balwinder to the hospital for the test. Before they can discuss it further, a nurse calls them, and they go to check on Malishka.

Meanwhile, Balwinder’s friend suggests that he bring Malishka and her baby home so they can live together as a family. Balwinder gets angry and orders him to leave. At the hospital, Lakshmi and Shalu find Malishka unconscious on the bed. Shalu remembers that Ayush had brought a fake moustache and other props earlier. She suggests that they disguise themselves as Sardars and take Balwinder to the hospital. Lakshmi agrees to the plan.
Disguised as Sardar men, Lakshmi and Shalu arrive at Balwinder’s house and start searching the place. Balwinder confronts them and demands to know who they are. Lakshmi claims they are Enforcement Officers looking for fraudsters and orders him to come with them. Balwinder insists that he is not a criminal. He admits that his past was questionable but says he has changed. Shalu tells him that he still has to come with them and injects him with a sedative, making him unconscious.
As they prepare to leave with Balwinder, Rano and one of his men spot them. They confront Lakshmi and Shalu, but an argument breaks out between Rano and the man. Lakshmi and Shalu use the distraction to escape with Balwinder in their car.
On the way, Shalu nervously asks what will happen if Balwinder wakes up. Lakshmi reassures her that they only gave him a sedative. While driving, Lakshmi nearly crashes into Rishi’s car but manages to stop in time. Rishi gets out and scolds them for driving recklessly. Lakshmi slips, and Rishi catches her. He senses something strange but does not recognize them. He warns them to be careful before leaving.
Elsewhere, Karishma asks Neelam to join them for a group dance, but Neelam refuses. As she walks away, she trips and feels pain in her leg again. Karishma calls Rishi and asks him to come home quickly so they can take Neelam to the hospital.
Lakshmi and Shalu reach the hospital with Balwinder. They approach a head nurse they know and ask for help with the paternity test. The nurse initially refuses, but they convince her that they are doing it to protect their family. She finally agrees and explains how she will help them with the process.
At the same time, Rishi and Karishma bring Neelam to the same hospital. Lakshmi and Shalu see them and quickly hide. Rishi takes Neelam to the doctor, who examines her and asks them to buy the prescribed medicines.
Meanwhile, the nurse teaches Lakshmi how to collect a blood sample. Lakshmi successfully takes Malishka’s blood, and the nurse begins the testing process. Lakshmi looks at the unconscious Malishka and says that she will expose her lies and reveal the truth to everyone.
Rishi and Ayush visit the hospital but do not see Balwinder. A nurse tells them that Balwinder has impregnated a woman who is married to someone else and comes from a wealthy family. The woman has lied to her husband by telling him that the baby is his. Ayush becomes curious and asks for more details. The nurse explains that two other women brought Balwinder to the hospital so they could conduct a DNA test and expose the truth.
Elsewhere, Kiran goes to Balwinder’s house but does not find him there. Rano arrives and sees Kiran, leaving her shocked.
Rishi starts wondering where Lakshmi is and calls her. Lakshmi becomes worried when she sees his call and tells the old nurse that she does not want to answer and lie to him. She explains that she is doing everything to protect the family. She finally answers the call. Rishi asks where she is and apologizes that he could not come to the mall to surprise her. He explains that Neelam was hurt, so he brought her to the hospital. Lakshmi manages to lie to him before ending the call.
Ayush checks on Neelam and asks if she is feeling better. She says yes, and he comforts her and Karishma. Ayush then receives an important call from the office, so Rishi asks him to take it.
Rishi accidentally crosses paths with Lakshmi. She sees him and quickly runs away to hide. Rishi does not see her properly, but he catches a glimpse of her reflection in the glass. Lakshmi rushes back to the ward with the old nurse and asks her to hurry with the test.
The nurse tells her that the procedure will take some time. Shalu asks Lakshmi not to stress herself and takes her away. Rishi reaches the same ward, but he turns away to answer Ayush’s call and does not see Lakshmi and Shalu leaving.
The doctor checks Neelam and tells her to relax and rest while her leg sprain heals. Karishma stays beside her. Neelam asks Karishma to call Rishi and Ayush, so Karishma goes outside to look for them.
Rishi decides to donate blood. Ayush asks why he suddenly wants to donate blood, and Rishi says he simply wants to do a good deed since he has plenty of time. The old nurse arrives and remembers Shalu’s instructions. She secretly keeps Balwinder hidden from them while another nurse speaks to Rishi.
Ayush asks who is on the other bed. The old nurse says there is a patient there but tells him that he does not need to see him. The nurse then tells Rishi and Ayush about Balwinder and the woman he has gotten pregnant, explaining how they are deceiving a good family. Rishi and Ayush are shocked by the story. The old nurse adds that a good-hearted woman is helping the family. Rishi feels happy to hear that before leaving after donating blood.
Balwinder is taken for the tests. Ayush becomes curious and tells Rishi that he wants to see the man after hearing his story. They move closer to see Balwinder’s face, but Rishi stops Ayush and tells him that it is not right to interfere in someone else’s personal life.
Kiran returns to Balwinder’s house and again finds him missing. Rano arrives and shocks her by revealing that Balwinder is unwell and has been taken to the hospital. Rano says Balwinder’s friend told her about the IT raid. Kiran becomes worried and starts feeling that something is wrong.
Rishi apologizes to Ayush for not being able to go to the mall and spend time with Shalu. Just then, Ayush bumps into Shalu, causing her to fall into his arms. Ayush asks Rishi if he is imagining Shalu and feels happy to see her. Rishi then notices Lakshmi and tells Ayush that it is not a dream. He asks Lakshmi what she is doing at the hospital. Lakshmi and Shalu lie to them and quickly get away. Rishi tells Ayush that Lakshmi is clearly hiding something.
Malishka regains consciousness and finds herself in the hospital ward. She wonders who brought her there and asks the nurse who admitted her. The nurse says she does not know. Malishka starts shouting at her before calling Kiran.
Kiran asks Malishka where she is. Malishka tells her to listen carefully and asks her to come to the city hospital. She says someone tried to kill her. Kiran is shocked and asks what she means. Malishka says they need to find out what happened because she feels unsafe. She then reveals that someone took her blood sample for tests.
Rishi stops Lakshmi and confronts her about lying to him. Lakshmi is about to confess the truth, but Shalu quickly interrupts and distracts them. She tells Rishi and Ayush that she was scared about the mehendi ceremony, became unwell and Lakshmi brought her to the hospital. She says she is only suffering from pre-wedding jitters. Shalu explains that Lakshmi lied because she thought they would not understand her situation, and she gets Lakshmi to agree with her story. She successfully keeps the matter involving Balwinder a secret.
Lakshmi tells Rishi that she wants to tell him something. Ayush becomes worried about Shalu and cannot believe she is panicking like this. He comforts her and tells her that everything is fine.
Rishi asks Lakshmi what she wants to say. Lakshmi secretly plans to take his blood sample for the DNA test so she can prove that he is not the father of Malishka’s child. She stops him from leaving, and Rishi admits that he liked the way she held his hand and stopped him. Lakshmi removes his blazer, making Rishi think she is in a romantic mood. He hugs her tightly with a huge smile on his face.
Anushka becomes angry after seeing Ayush and follows him. Neil stops her from embarrassing herself. Anushka reminds Neil of Ayush’s words and provokes him by saying that Ayush is her life and she wants him back. Neil becomes upset.
Rishi calls Lakshmi naughty and asks what she is planning. She says she wants to tell him something, and he asks her to continue. Lakshmi apologizes and asks him to put his coat back on.
Rishi misses his chance to romance Lakshmi but remains happy. Meanwhile, Shalu looks for Lakshmi. A man notices her and immediately becomes interested in her. He approaches her and asks for her number. Ayush sees him and quickly tells the man that Shalu is his fiancée. He invites him to their wedding and holds Shalu’s hand, saying that they are made for each other. The man congratulates them.
Anushka watches Ayush and Shalu and becomes jealous. Neil stops her from creating trouble. Shalu calls Ayush jealous and teases him. Rishi arrives and agrees that Ayush really is jealous. He tells Ayush not to feel insecure and says he should feel lucky to have Shalu. Ayush agrees. Neil also tells Anushka to accept that Ayush is marrying Shalu, but she says she wants to marry Ayush and kill Shalu.
The old nurse tells Lakshmi that they already have Rishi’s blood sample. Lakshmi feels guilty for putting Rishi through all of this. The nurse tells her to go home and wait for the DNA test results. Lakshmi thanks her for helping them.
Rishi meets a little boy who asks him for a chocolate. The boy speaks innocently, making Rishi burst into laughter. Lakshmi watches him and feels happy seeing him so joyful. Rishi then tells Lakshmi that he wants a child with her, not with Malishka. He says he wants their child to be part of their lives. Both become emotional.
Meanwhile, Balwinder regains consciousness and tries to remember what happened. He feels pain in his arm and notices that the nurses are not watching him. He quickly rushes out of the ward.
Rishi apologizes to Lakshmi for hurting her, and she consoles him. He admits his mistake, while Lakshmi remembers their past moments but still refuses to reveal the truth. She wants to wait for the reports because she believes they will clear Rishi’s misunderstanding. Lakshmi tells him not to feel guilty because they still do not know the truth. She assures him that his wish will come true and that he will have his child.
