Unfortunate Love On Zeeworld Wednesday 23rd September 2026 Update, Lakshmi walks out of the room angrily. Rishi says he has received a phone call and leaves. Malishka is upset and asks how Lakshmi can talk to her that way. Neelam tells her to ignore Lakshmi, reminding her that Lakshmi has behaved differently before as well.

In her room, Lakshmi wonders how Malishka can deceive everyone. Shalu arrives and tells her about Balwinder meeting Kiran, but Lakshmi stops her and says she already knows that Balwinder came to the party. Kiran, who is listening to their conversation from outside the door, quickly walks away when Lakshmi notices her shadow and moves toward the door.
Ayush tells Rishi that Lakshmi seems angry with Malishka and that her behavior has changed. He says he does not know what is going on. Rishi also admits that he has no idea, but says he feels like Lakshmi’s old love has returned.
Shalu then tells Lakshmi that Balwinder came to the party to meet Kiran. Lakshmi reveals that she already knows because she discovered that Malishka is carrying Balwinder’s child. Shalu is completely shocked by the revelation.
Ayush tells Rishi that they are missing something important. Rishi says they can talk about it tomorrow because he only wants to be happy today. Ayush reminds him that they have to go shopping for the mehendi ceremony. Rishi teases him before heading to the bathroom. Meanwhile, Shalu tells Lakshmi that they should reveal Malishka’s truth, but Lakshmi says this is not the right time.
Kiran meets Malishka and warns her about Balwinder. Shalu tells Lakshmi that they need to act soon, but Lakshmi explains that everyone in the house blindly trusts Malishka. If Malishka finds out that they know the truth, she will become careful and make it harder for them to expose her. Kiran tells Malishka that Balwinder could become a big problem. She says Lakshmi thinks Balwinder came to meet her, but if she discovers the real reason, they will all be in trouble.
Lakshmi tells Shalu that everyone will ask for proof, so she needs to gather solid evidence before exposing Malishka in front of the entire family. Shalu agrees with her plan.
The next morning, Ayush returns from jogging and Shalu greets him with a “Good morning.” Ayush starts talking romantically to her, but Shalu teases him by saying Lakshmi is coming. He quickly changes the topic, making Shalu laugh as she admits she was only joking. Ayush says he is not afraid of anyone. Just then, Lakshmi arrives. Ayush becomes nervous and asks Shalu to get ready for the shoot before rushing away.
Lakshmi tells Shalu that Ayush is cute. She also admits that she did not trust Rishi in the past and tells Shalu not to repeat her mistake by doubting Ayush. Shalu promises that she will love Ayush and never doubt him. She asks Lakshmi to join them for shopping, but Lakshmi refuses because she needs to stay home and keep an eye on Malishka. Shalu suggests that they find out what Malishka is doing, and Lakshmi says they may discover the truth if they can get hold of Malishka’s phone.
Meanwhile, Balwinder calls Malishka and demands money from her. Malishka refuses to give him anything, but he continues pressuring her. She disconnects the call and speaks to Kiran. After hearing what happened, Kiran tells Malishka to handle Balwinder calmly because they could be exposed. Malishka agrees.
Rishi and Ayush have a playful argument before Rishi rushes to the washroom. Malishka notices cash lying on Rishi’s bed and decides to steal it so she can give the money to Balwinder. She takes the cash without being noticed.
At the same time, Lakshmi and Shalu enter Malishka’s room to look for her phone. They spot it lying on the table and feel lucky. When they hear footsteps approaching, they quickly unlock the phone and are shocked by what they see. They put the phone back on the bed just before Malishka enters. Malishka picks up her phone and leaves without realizing what they have done.
Outside, Malishka tells the driver not to accompany her and drives away alone. Lakshmi and Shalu follow her in their car. Meanwhile, Rishi comes out after bathing and notices that one lakh rupees is missing. He asks Ayush if he took the money, but Ayush denies it. The two of them are left wondering who could have stolen it.
While driving, Malishka notices that a car is following her. Lakshmi tells Shalu that Malishka is deceiving everyone and says they need solid proof to expose her. Malishka suddenly takes a turn to confirm whether she is really being followed, but she accidentally crashes into a vegetable cart. A heated argument breaks out between Malishka and the women at the cart. One of the women then hits Malishka on the head from behind, causing her to collapse.
Lakshmi and Shalu immediately rush to help her and scold the woman for attacking a pregnant lady. They pay for the damaged vegetables and take Malishka to the hospital.
At the hospital, Lakshmi and Shalu get Malishka admitted. Ayush calls Shalu and asks where she is. Shalu lies that she is already at the mall before ending the call. Ayush and Rishi then decide to go to the mall. Lakshmi questions Shalu about why she lied, but before they can continue, the doctor comes out and says that Malishka is stable. The doctor asks them to call Malishka’s husband so they can run tests on him and the baby.
