Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Thursday 24th September 2026 Update, Shivansh asks Prarthna what she is thinking. She says nothing, but he understands that she is angry and has every reason to be. He admits that he made mistakes and behaved badly with her. He also accepts that his family treated her badly because he never took a stand for her. Shivansh admits that he married Prarthna without her consent and was not happy about their marriage at first. However, he says he still allowed her to stay in his house against his wishes and now wants to tell her that he has fallen in love with her.

Before Shivansh can finish, Tanya comes running and asks him to come quickly. He hears Bua Maa shouting and rushes to see what happened. Bua Maa tells him that Sonalika has locked herself inside her room. She says Sonalika was crying badly and sharing her pain. Bua Maa asks Shivansh if he said something to Sonalika and becomes worried about what she might do. She asks him to break the door.
Prarthna asks Shivansh if Sonalika has done something to herself. Shivansh calls out to Sonalika and asks her to open the door. When there is no response, he fears that she may have fainted and breaks the door. Everyone enters and finds Sonalika lying on the floor with her wrist cut and bleeding. They are shocked to realize that she has attempted suicide.
Bua Maa immediately blames Prarthna and asks her to stay away. She also accuses Shivansh of provoking Sonalika to take such a step. Tanya says she has already called the doctor. Shivansh lifts Sonalika and places her on the bed. Bua Maa angrily takes Prarthna away while Gayatri follows them. Shivansh stays behind with Sonalika.
Bua Maa then locks Gayatri outside and tells her to stop disturbing them. She turns to Prarthna and asks what she wants. She angrily rebukes Prarthna for returning to the house and demanding alimony. Bua Maa asks why she has become a hurdle in Shivansh and Sonalika’s marriage. She blames Prarthna for insulting Sonalika and pushing her towards suicide.
Bua Maa asks Prarthna who she thinks she is fooling and demands that she leave their lives. Prarthna says she does not hate Sonalika and is actually worried about her. Bua Maa asks what will happen to the Randhawa family if Sonalika dies. She says the family could be jailed and their lives would be ruined. She tells Prarthna that she has lost by playing such games and asks Gayatri to stop interfering and leave.
Bua Maa asks Prarthna who will pay the price for Sonalika’s suicide. She says the law could accuse Shivansh, destroying his life and business. Prarthna tells her not to blame her for Sonalika’s actions, but Bua Maa continues attacking her.
She reminds Prarthna that Shivansh and Sonalika’s marriage was already fixed before Prarthna entered their lives. Shivansh then married Prarthna and brought her into the house. Bua Maa says she had assured Sonalika that Prarthna would take the money and leave, but instead Prarthna stopped the pre-wedding functions and hurt Sonalika even more. She says Prarthna broke Sonalika’s hopes and pushed her towards death.
Prarthna reminds Bua Maa that Shivansh is still her husband. Bua Maa tells her to stay quiet and claims that their divorce has already happened, so Shivansh will only belong to Sonalika. She says Prarthna came between them and reminds her that Shivansh originally married her to take revenge on Smita. According to Bua Maa, Shivansh simply fell into Prarthna’s trap and became confused about his feelings. She says he may be attached to Prarthna, but it is not love.
Prarthna asks Bua Maa to stop. Bua Maa asks if Prarthna has stopped and left Shivansh’s life. She warns that when Sonalika’s parents arrive, they will learn what happened and could destroy Shivansh and his business. She fears the police may come and arrest him.
Bua Maa tells Prarthna that if she truly loves Shivansh, she should leave his life and save him from the problems that are coming. She begs her to spare the family and leave the house. Prarthna asks how she can save Shivansh, and Bua Maa tells her to simply leave. Prarthna refuses.
Bua Maa calls Prarthna greedy and says they will give her the money she wants if she agrees to leave. Prarthna refuses again, saying she cannot leave because she knows something. Bua Maa asks what she knows. Prarthna remembers the Pandit’s words but chooses not to reveal anything. Bua Maa says she will not listen to any false story from Prarthna. Prarthna firmly says she will never leave the house.
Bua Maa asks what they will tell the police. Before Prarthna can respond, Tanya arrives and says there is a call from Sonalika’s mother. Bua Maa answers the call and hides the truth about Sonalika’s suicide attempt.
Gayatri asks Prarthna if she has decided to leave the house. Prarthna says no. She is ready to face all the bitter taunts because this is about Shivansh’s life and she has to protect him.
Gayatri then suggests that Prarthna take Shivansh and leave the Randhawa house with him. Prarthna is puzzled by the suggestion. Gayatri explains that the two of them can stay together somewhere away from the family. Prarthna says she cannot separate Shivansh from his family, but Gayatri insists that they have no other option.
Gayatri is afraid that Sonalika could create serious problems for the Randhawas. She has attempted suicide, and Gayatri fears she may accuse Shivansh. Prarthna becomes worried. Gayatri tells her to do whatever is necessary to keep Shivansh safe. She suggests that Prarthna create a situation that allows her to take Shivansh away from the house, saying his life will be safer if he stays away from Sonalika.
