Ali avoids facing his father by focussing on his obsessions. This gets him into deep trouble. Gulin and Gunes’s relationship comes under strain when she wants to tell on Kivilcim, but he stops her.

Ali is finally convinced to see his father, but it doesn’t go as everyone hoped it would. After this confrontation, Ali and Nazli finally move to a new level in their relationship.

Nazli once again takes pity on a young patient and tries to push the boundaries to help him. Adil tries to keep Ali out of harm’s way, when he decides to save his dad’s life.

Ali pushes an experimental procedure to help a patient, putting strain on his relationship with doctor Ferman. Gulin and Gunes decide to share their secret with one more person.

The cracks are starting to show in the hospital. Ferman doesn’t seem able to forgive Ali. Tanju sets an ultimatum for Adil, and Nazli gives Ali the opportunity to make peace with his father.
