In court, Bhajan accuses Raghav of trying to kill Padma and puts forward his argument. He tells the judge that Pankaj is an eyewitness and calls him to the witness stand. Bhajan asks Pankaj if he saw Raghav stabbing Padma. After recalling the incident, Pankaj tells the court that he did see Raghav stabbing Padma. He then steps down.
The judge asks the defence lawyer to present her argument. As she agrees, Anjali interrupts and requests permission to take over the case, saying it is too complicated for the current lawyer. The defence lawyer insists on handling the case herself. Aman and Ganesh also step in and request her to let Anjali take over, assuring her that Anjali’s fees will be taken care of. Anjali then requests the judge to allow her to represent Raghav. However, Raghav refuses and asks the judge to let him argue the case himself. The judge allows it.
Raghav tells the court that Padma invited him to her wedding and that she is like a daughter to him. Bhajan immediately counters and asks why Raghav did not represent Padma when she was molested if he truly cared for her. Raghav stays silent. Bhajan then calls Rupa Rani to the witness stand.

Bhajan questions Rupa Rani about sending Padma to work in the Rajput household. Rupa Rani agrees and says Raghav is not a good man. She speaks against him, claiming that men like him make society unsafe for women. She urges the court to punish Raghav to protect women.
The judge asks the defence lawyer if she wants to cross-examine the witness. As she agrees, Anjali again intervenes and asks permission to question Rupa Rani. The judge allows Anjali to proceed.
Anjali asks Raghav to trust her and promises she will get him justice. She then asks Rupa Rani how long Padma has worked as a maid. Rupa Rani replies that it has been six years. Anjali then asks how many times she has visited Padma. Rupa Rani says only once or twice. Anjali points out that this proves Rupa Rani cares more about the money Padma sends than Padma herself.
Anjali asks Rupa Rani if she is educated. Rupa Rani says no. Anjali then questions who taught her big words like “safety,” “society,” and “women’s protection,” and whether Bhajan coached her. Rupa Rani stays silent. Anjali tells the court that Rupa Rani’s statement is clearly influenced by Bhajan and should not be trusted.
Anjali then requests the court to retrieve Raghav’s phone and explains that she turned on the recorder during a call between Raghav and Padma. The judge agrees. She also asks the judge to recall Pankaj to the witness stand, and permission is granted.
Anjali tells Pankaj that he was misled. Pankaj asks how, saying he clearly saw Raghav holding a knife. Anjali calmly asks whether he actually saw Raghav stab Padma. Pankaj goes silent.

The judge accepts Anjali’s request and grants bail to Raghav. Raghav thanks Anjali, admitting that even he could not have argued so well to get bail.
