Will You Be Mine On Zee One Depicts the Story of Aditya, who is a smart and honest young man and comes from a middle-class family. On the other hand is Sai, a bold and strong-minded girl who belongs to a rich household. Over time, Sai falls in love with Aditya, but Aditya is shy and slow when it comes to expressing his feelings. – There is a clear gap between their social status and the expectations of their families. This difference creates pressure on both sides and makes their relationship difficult. Things get even more complicated when their families arrange their marriages with other people, putting their love to a serious test.

Sai and Nayana get stuck because Appa forgets things again. Sai says something that annoys Aditya badly. Feeling insulted because of her father, Sai drives angrily and meets with an accident. Due to a misunderstanding, Aditya sees Sai and insults her. Hurt by his words, Sai tells Pintya Mama to make Aditya apologize to her.
When Aditya goes back home, he finds out that all his uncles are upset with him. To calm them down, Aditya makes a plan. Later, when Sai asks Nayana to call Aditya, their phone conversation makes Sai furious. As Nayana keeps calling, all the uncles start questioning Aditya. To hide Aditya’s real identity, the uncles keep him at home and go to the Aditya Group of Company with Appa. Meanwhile, Sai gets worried because her car is missing from the garage. Aditya goes to return the car, but Sai’s father Shashikant insults him. Aditya talks back to him firmly. At the office, Aditya’s uncles and Appa discover a financial scam and scold Malhotra. After learning about Aditya’s behavior from her father, Sai calls Aditya.
After a few days, Sai and Aditya become friends. Sai tells him about her reserved spot at the hotel. When Sai finds Aditya’s handkerchief in Nayana’s bag, she questions her. Nayana then confesses her feelings for Aditya. Later, Aditya gets worried after seeing the hotel bill and feels anxious about all the expensive things Sai ordered. His uncle keeps waiting for him and calls him repeatedly. As Aditya is in a hurry, Sai asks him to drop Nayana home first.

On Aditya’s first day at work, all his uncles bless him, and Dada Mama gives him a gift. Pintya Mama drops him at the office. Later, Sai and Nayana come to meet Aditya. When Aditya sees the gift given by Nayana, he lands in trouble. Everyone at home feels happy about Aditya starting his job. Sai’s parents get worried after seeing Aditya’s message on her phone. While Pintya Mama accuses Dada Mama, Aditya arrives there. Aditya feels restless because he does not get any message from Sai on his first day. Nayana brings many gifts for him. Later, Sai and Aditya talk about their family problems and laugh about them. To teach Aditya a lesson, Malhotra sends him to work in the warehouse.
After some days, Sai’s mother Sharmila gets excited because a family is coming to see Sai for marriage. Sai makes an excuse and leaves the house. She meets Aditya, who teaches her how to ride a bicycle. When Suyash, the prospective groom, and his family arrive, Sharmila tries to cover Sai’s absence. Later, Sharmila scolds Sai for not dressing up properly. Sai refuses to meet Suyash, but Aditya finds a solution for her problem. Aditya gets mesmerized after seeing a photo sent by Sai. Suyash gets angry after hearing the questions asked by Sai. Aditya challenges Sai to come and learn cycling properly. Dada Mama tells Aditya to go and meet the girl.
Sai and Aditya lie at home and leave together, but Sai’s father follows her and Bhai Mama follows Aditya. When they see Sai’s father, Sai and Aditya quickly move apart. Shashikant speaks rudely to Aditya, which makes his uncles angry. Later, both Sai and Aditya worry because they are forced to meet their prospective partners.

After a few days, Sai and Aditya meet outside a hotel and share their feelings. Sai gets furious when she learns that her parents fixed her marriage with Suyash without her consent. Aditya’s uncles pressure him to agree to his wedding too. Aditya consoles Sai. Sharmila emotionally blackmails Sai, and they argue badly. Sharmila calls Aditya and warns him to stay away from Sai. In anger, Aditya lashes out at Sai, creating doubt in her heart. Later, Aditya’s uncles quietly try to convince Sai to marry him.
Meanwhile, Dada Mama fixes Aditya’s marriage with Meghna because of Bandhu Mama’s pressure. Aditya finally admits that he loves Sai. The next day, a nervous Aditya tries to confess his love to her. Dada Mama overhears Bhai Mama and Bandhu Mama talking to Aditya about Sindhu and gets extremely angry. He collapses and is rushed to the hospital. The doctor’s words leave everyone worried. Later, Sai and Aditya thank Suyash.
After some time, Sai’s marriage is fixed with Suyash and Aditya’s with Meghna, even though Sai and Aditya deeply love each other. Later, Dada Mama realizes his mistake and tries to unite Sai and Aditya, but Sai’s wedding is already arranged. All the Mamas then plan to break Sai and Suyash’s marriage and replace Suyash with Aditya. Their plan succeeds, and Sai and Aditya finally get married.
Even after their marriage, the problems are not over. Many mysteries are still left, including Bandhu Mama’s marriage secret and the truth about Aditya being the real owner of the company while still working as an employee.
