Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Saturday 4th April 2026 Update, Parvati says to Lakshmi that she applied medicine so that Neelam will not scold her and says she loves her so much. Lakshmi thinks about Parvati. Parvati asks Lakshmi not to cry and says she will also cry if Lakshmi cries. Rishi consoles Lakshmi.

Anushka shows it to Karishma and says to Karishma that this was what she was talking about to Malishka but Malishka is not ready to listen. Karishma takes Anushka away from there.
Malishka asks Rohan where he is going. Rohan says he is going to the borewell for Parvati. Malishka says to Rohan he will not go. Rohan doesn’t agree. Malishka lashes out at Rohan. Harleen stops Malishka and asks Malishka what she is doing. Malishka realises she lashed out at Rohan and apologises to Rohan. Rohan leaves from there. Harleen criticises Malishka as she lashed out at a child. Malishka says she was saying no to Rohan as he wanted to go to the borewell. Harleen comments on Malishka and leaves from there.
Karishma says to Malishka how could she behave like this and comments on her.
Anushka says to Malishka and Karishma that they need to admit a fact that Rishi and Lakshmi are getting close together due to this incident. Malishka says to Anushka that Parvati will die as she has fallen in a borewell and says Rishi and Lakshmi will argue with each other due to it.
Rohan tries to go to Parvati but Aanchal stops him. Lakshmi asks Rohan to allow him to go and says she will be with him. Rohan also says to Aanchal that Lakshmi mom is with him so nothing will happen to him.
Rohan comes and talks to Parvati. Parvati asks Rohan to take care of Lakshmi if something happens to her. Rishi says to Parvati that nothing will happen to her and asks Parvati not to worry and says he will save her.
Karishma asks Malishka how can she think like that and reminds that Parvati is this house daughter and Rishi’s blood is flowing through her veins. Malishka says she thought Neelam and Rishi would say this but she never expected her to say that Rohan is not blood of Rishi. Karishma says she isn’t saying anything like that. Malishka comments on Karishma and leaves from there. Anushka assures Karishma that she will talk to Malishka and sends Karishma to Parvati.
Lakshmi consoles an upset Rishi. She asks Rishi to stay strong for his daughter. Rishi agrees. He wipes his tears and thanks Lakshmi for making him strong with her words. He leaves from there.
Anushka advises Malishka to not lose her position in the house with her behaviour. Malishka asks what she has to do. Anushka tells her that Paro’s death will separate Rishi and Lakshmi so let’s pray for her death without revealing it to family members.
The doctor sees Parvati going to sleep. He advises family members to not let Parvati sleep again. Family members try to make Parvati talk to him but she doesn’t respond. Rohan talks to Parvati taking the mike. Parvati replies to Rohan. Doctor asks Lakshmi to send food to Parvati. Lakshmi says she will get the food. Lakshmi packs food for Paro. Karishma sees Lakshmi and questions why she is packing food. Lakshmi says it’s for Paro. Karishma says it’s good to send chocolates and gives her chocolates. The food and chocolates are sent to the borewell for Parvati. Rohan asks Parvati to eat chocolates or food. Parvati says she is tired. Lakshmi asks Paro to eat chocolate. Paro says she can’t at this time. Rishi pleads Paro to eat their favourite chocolate. Paro says she has no strength. Ayush and Shalu instigate Paro to eat chocolate. Lakshmi and Shalu ask Parvati to eat chocolate. Parvati doesn’t respond at first but she later says that laddoos are her favourite. The Oberoi family and others look around for laddoos.
Lakshmi comes to the mandir and takes laddoos at God’s feet. Lakshmi asks God to bless Parvati and leaves from there. Malishka looks at Lakshmi taking the laddoos away.
Malishka looks at the empty poison bottle and says to herself that Lakshmi will kill her own daughter by making Parvati eat the laddoos that are poisoned by Malishka. Malishka says to God that this time she will write her own destiny.
Lakshmi brings the laddus and gives it to the rescue team. The rescue team sends the laddus into the borewell. Parvati is about to eat the laddus but Lakshmi feels a bad omen so she pulls the laddus out of the borewell. Lakshmi throws the laddus on the ground. Neelam asks Lakshmi why she did this. Lakshmi says to Neelam that her heart told her that it will be really bad if Parvati eats these laddus. Malishka thinks how could Lakshmi know that laddus are poisoned. Malishka takes Anushka away from there.
Neelam lashes out at Lakshmi as she brought the laddus for Parvati and she ruined them by throwing them on the ground just because she felt there is something wrong with the laddus. Lakshmi says she felt there is something wrong so what can she do. Rishi takes Neelam away from there.
Rishi asks Neelam to allow Lakshmi to handle Parvati and says Lakshmi is Parvati’s mother and she knows how to handle Parvati. Rishi asks Neelam not to trouble Lakshmi as Lakshmi is already worrying for Parvati. Aanchal asks Rishi if he can’t see they are worrying for Parvati.
The rescue team says to Lakshmi that it will take time for them to get Parvati out of the borewell and they ask Lakshmi to make Parvati eat something. Lakshmi hearing it begs Parvati to eat chocolate for her.
Malishka asks Anushka if she told Lakshmi that she did something to the laddus. Anushka says no and comments on it.
Lakshmi requests Parvati to eat chocolate for her sake. Parvati eats chocolate for Lakshmi’s sake. Everyone feels happy. Dadi praises Lakshmi and Parvati’s bond. Rishi comes there and sees on screen that Parvati is eating chocolate. Rishi asks how it happened. Dadi says it happened because of Lakshmi. Rishi smiles seeing Lakshmi.
Malishka says to Anushka that Parvati will reunite Rishi and Lakshmi so she wants Parvati to die. Anushka says to Malishka that she is doing wrong. Malishka asks Anushka to remember that Shalu will enter the house along with Lakshmi. Rishi praises Lakshmi and makes her feel better. One of the rescue team members praises Lakshmi’s efforts.
