Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Sunday 1st March 2026 Update, Jasbir accuses Neha of killing Sahil. Neha strongly denies it, but Jasbir claims he has proof. He tells the Malhotra family that he will hand over the evidence only if they let him leave without calling the cops. Purvi agrees to his condition.

Jasbir then plays an audio recording. In the recording, Neha admits that she passed information to him about Sahil planning to expose everything to RV. Because of that, Sahil was killed.
After hearing the recording, RV loses his temper. He lashes out at Neha and blames her for the pain she caused his family. He thanks Purvi for saving him from Neha’s betrayal. Purvi asks the police if the audio is enough to arrest Neha. The police confirm that it is and move forward to arrest her. But before they can catch her, Neha escapes.
Neha grabs a knife from the ground and faces the Malhotra family. She says she does not give up easily. Purvi hits her hand with a file, and the knife falls. As Purvi tries to pick it up, Neha snatches it again and holds it against Purvi’s throat. She taunts Purvi for ruining her plan and threatens to kill her.
Neha pushes Purvi and tries to stab her. RV steps in and takes the stab in his stomach. Even after being injured, RV holds the knife tightly with his hand. The police arrive and arrest Neha.
Khushi remembers how Armaan once hit her and told her not to look into his eyes. She compares that moment with RV risking his life for Purvi.
RV is rushed to the hospital. The staff refuses to admit him without police permission. Purvi completes the formalities and begs the doctor to save him. The doctor agrees and shifts RV to the emergency room.
Monisha hurts herself accidentally in stress. Harleen takes her aside to get her wound treated.
Khushi watches RV and says he is a good man. Purvi agrees and says he is a great person. Khushi wonders if anyone could love her the way RV loves Purvi. Purvi says RV is just her friend. But Khushi remembers her friend once telling her that RV loves only Purvi.
The doctor comes out and says RV urgently needs blood. Purvi runs to arrange it. Khushi stays near RV and thinks about how much he loves Purvi. She feels RV is perfect for Purvi and walks into the emergency room.
Purvi calls the blood bank but finds out that RV’s blood group is not available. She calls Armaan for help. Armaan promises to arrange the blood and asks if Khushi is at the hospital. When Purvi says yes, he ends the call.
Armaan tries calling Khushi, but she ignores him. In anger, he breaks his phone. He thinks Khushi should know that he is aware of her past and her feelings for RV. He takes his gun and leaves the house.
Inside the emergency room, Khushi looks at unconscious RV. She remembers how deeply he once loved her. She repeats the words he once told her when she was hospitalized.
Armaan reaches the hospital and bribes the receptionist for information. She agrees to help him.
Khushi tells RV that she once belonged only to him. She regrets rejecting him and marrying Armaan. At that moment, Armaan appears and asks if she still loves RV. Khushi says yes. Armaan slaps her.
Meanwhile, Purvi thanks a woman for donating blood for RV. The doctor says he has never seen something like this—Purvi donated blood to someone and in return arranged blood from their family member. Purvi says tough times teach many things. The doctor asks why she did not take blood from RV’s parents. Purvi says her family has already suffered enough, and she does not want to trouble them more.
Harleen sees all this and feels emotional. She tells Harman that Purvi has become like a daughter. She admits that she never behaved like a mother toward Purvi. Harman tells her to treat Purvi well from now on. Harleen agrees.
Armaan argues with Khushi for admitting she loves RV. Khushi fights back and says he married her only to make her his magazine’s exclusive model. She says she thought he would love her, but he cares only about money. Armaan warns her not to point fingers at him. He drags her away.
Before leaving, Armaan goes to RV’s room and removes his oxygen mask. Khushi begs him to stop, but he does not listen.
Later, the nurse notices the oxygen mask is off and calls the doctor. The doctor puts it back and scolds the nurse for being careless. He asks if the blood has arrived. The nurse leaves to check.
Purvi sees Armaan slapping Khushi and questions him. Armaan tells her to stay out of it, saying it is a family matter. He drags Khushi away.
While driving, Armaan scolds Khushi and blames her for his anger. He demands to see her real tears. Khushi apologizes and asks him to slow down. He warns her not to damage his family’s reputation.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Harleen and Harman that RV can be discharged but should stay under observation for one more night. Suddenly, RV shouts Purvi’s name. She rushes to him. The doctor asks Harleen and Harman to wait before meeting him.
At home, Armaan tells Khushi he knows she is pretending to sleep. He warns her not to make him angry and says he will return soon. After he leaves, Khushi silently wipes her tears.
Purvi sits beside RV and asks why he saved her. She says she cannot imagine living if something happens to him. RV tells her he tried to stay away, but she always pulled him back into her life. Purvi asks how that is possible.
Deepika notices Monisha is worried. Monisha says she fears RV and Purvi might end up together.
