Sandeep warns the Luthras to keep quiet, or he will kill Preeta. Nidhi notices that Sandeep looked at Palki while talking about Preeta. She wonders why he did so. Karan questions Sandeep about why he is dragging Preeta into the matter, but Sandeep suddenly shoots at Palki, leaving everyone shocked. Preeta also hears the gunshot. She sees Varun and asks him about Kavya. Varun recalls promising Preeta that he would take care of Kavya.

Karan scolds Sandeep for his actions, while Shanaya also questions him for shooting at Palki. Nidhi realises that Sandeep mistook Palki for Preeta. Kritika asks him why he called Palki Preeta, while Rakhi questions him about shooting when they have already handed over the jewellery. Meanwhile, Varun lies to Preeta that Kavya is hiding somewhere and that he is searching for her. Preeta tells him that he is lying and demands the truth, but Varun asks why he would lie to her.
The police inspector calls Sandeep and scolds him for shooting. Sandeep replies that he never promised not to shoot anyone and warns that he will shoot anyone who comes in the way of his work before disconnecting the call.
Amar drags Nidhi, but Karan warns him not to hurt her. Rajveer becomes angry when he hears this, while Shaurya also tells Amar to leave Nidhi alone. Amar questions Nidhi about why everyone is calling Preeta Palki. Nidhi explains that the woman is actually Palki. She then spots Preeta standing upstairs and points her out to Amar.
The Luthras begin beating up the goons, and Rajveer rushes to save Palki. Sandeep shoots at Rajveer, but Karan saves him. Preeta witnesses everything. Karan scolds Rajveer for risking his life, and Preeta thanks Karan for saving him. Sandeep then tries to shoot Karan, but Rajveer steps between them to protect Karan. When Amar attempts to stab Preeta, Rajveer intervenes once again, leaving Preeta and everyone else shocked by his actions.
Karan says they must take Rajveer to the hospital, and Mahesh tells Shaurya to go with them. Meanwhile, the police arrive and try to arrest the goons. Sandeep holds a knife to Roma’s neck, but Roma spots Alia and thinks that Alia is a bigger problem in her life than the goon. The police inspector orders Sandeep to release Roma, and Shukwinder manages to rescue her. The police arrest the goons, and Mahesh thanks the police inspector. Roma tells the Luthras that she will take Alia to the hospital and leaves with her with the help of a constable.
Karan and Preeta carry Rajveer towards the parking area, only to realise that they do not have the car keys. Shaurya offers to bring them, but Preeta points out that Rajveer is bleeding. Karan says they cannot waste any more time and carries Rajveer away. Preeta and Nidhi follow him.
Daljeet says they should demand money from the Luthras for Rajveer’s treatment. Shanaya disagrees, pointing out that Daljeet is fine and should not ask the Luthras for anything. Rakhi says Rajveer saved Karan and decides to visit him at the hospital. Aarohi blames Preeta for all their problems, and Kareena agrees, saying that they always end up in trouble whenever Preeta comes to the Luthra house. Rakhi reminds them of what happened and says that although Karan’s life was put in danger, Rajveer was the one who saved him. Dadi says she will speak to Preeta.
Varun arrives and tells Dadi that he has to return home because Kavya is sleeping. He then leaves. Rakhi hopes Rajveer recovers and says his mother must be a good person. Kareena agrees, praising Rajveer’s mother for giving him a good upbringing.
At the hospital, Karan asks the nurse to admit Rajveer, while Preeta requests that she call the doctor. The nurse explains that it is a police case and she cannot admit Rajveer until the formalities are completed. Karan insists that he will complete the formalities later because Rajveer needs immediate treatment. The doctor arrives and asks what is happening. Karan explains the situation, but the doctor agrees with the nurse that the formalities must be completed first.
Meanwhile, the police inspector locks the arrested goons behind bars. Sandeep asks to make a phone call, but the inspector initially refuses. Amar manages to convince him, allowing Sandeep to call Anshuman. However, Anshuman scolds Sandeep for getting caught and disconnects the call. Sandeep realises that Anshuman has betrayed them, but Amar suggests that they double-cross Anshuman instead. Amar tells the police inspector that it is now his turn to make a move. He calls Shaurya and says he has some news that will benefit them both. Shaurya shares the information with Sandy, who suggests that they go and meet Amar.
Back at the hospital, Karan tells the doctor that Rajveer is bleeding, while Preeta insists that this is not the time to argue and promises to complete all the formalities. The doctor tells them to be practical and follow the procedure. Karan threatens to sue both the doctor and the hospital, but Preeta asks him not to shout. Palki also pleads with the doctor to begin the treatment, explaining that Rajveer is not a criminal. Preeta urges the doctor to do his duty, and the doctor finally instructs the nurse to admit Rajveer.
Shaurya asks the police inspector for permission to meet the arrested goons, but the inspector refuses at first. Shaurya manages to convince him and goes inside. He asks Amar why he called him, and Amar promises to reveal who sent them to the Luthra house. Sandy asks what Amar wants in return for telling them the truth. Sandeep then asks Shaurya whether he wants to know the truth, and Shaurya confirms that he does.
Elsewhere, Gautam scolds Varun for failing to handle Alia, but Roma says she has taken care of Alia herself. Meanwhile, Aarohi suggests that Rajveer might expect something in return for saving Karan. The Luthra women scold her for making such an accusation, and Aarohi apologises.
Sandeep asks Shaurya to arrange his release, promising to reveal the truth once he is out of jail. He also claims that he will explain why they targeted Palki. Shaurya refuses to believe him and insists that Sandeep must reveal the truth first, as he is not a fool who will trust their word. Shaurya then leaves. Sandy tells him that they should go to the hospital, and Shaurya agrees.
