Sachin and Sayali prepare to leave for the Deshmukh house to meet Paresh. However, Sayali feels hesitant about returning to the house where she and Sachin were previously humiliated by Renuka and Roshni. The painful memories make her uncomfortable, but Paresh’s health forces them to put their differences aside. Meanwhile, little Pankhudi is excited about meeting her grandmother and happily gets into the car, unaware that her relationship with Renuka is very different from the usual bond between a grandmother and granddaughter.

Meanwhile, Paresh requests the doctor not to proceed with his open-heart surgery until he gets an opportunity to meet Sachin and Sayali. His emotional wish makes the family realise how deeply he wants to reconcile with his son. Akash is also asked to convince Paresh to return home and make efforts to bring Sachin and Sayali back into the Deshmukh family.
At the Deshmukh house, Roshni learns from Tejas that Renuka has been missing since the previous night. She becomes suspicious and wonders where Renuka could have gone. Roshni tries to understand the reason behind her sudden disappearance, but Tejas does not take her concerns seriously.
During the journey, Pankhudi’s innocent questions put Renuka in an uncomfortable position. The little girl genuinely wants to know more about her grandparents and the other members of the Deshmukh family. Her curiosity leaves Renuka speechless because she cannot reveal the complicated truth behind the family’s separation. Pankhudi’s questions also remind Renuka of everything she has kept hidden from her granddaughter.
Renuka later explains to Sachin how she managed to find his phone number through an old envelope. She also expresses her disappointment that Sachin never told her about Pankhudi. Sachin, however, reminds her that the family never tried to contact them either. He points out that nobody showed any interest in knowing about Sayali or their daughter, bringing back the bitterness of the past.
Sayali notices the tension between Sachin and Renuka and asks them to stop discussing their old grievances. Instead, she focuses on Paresh and asks about his current health condition. Her concern shows that despite everything that happened, she still cares about Paresh and wants him to recover.
Meanwhile, Laksh discovers an old photograph of Sachin and Sayali in a wardrobe. Curious about the two people in the picture, he starts asking questions. Roshni is shocked and disturbed when she sees the photograph in Laksh’s hands. She tries to give him different explanations to prevent him from discovering the truth.
Roshni is already worried about Renuka’s disappearance and fears that she may have gone to bring Sachin and Sayali back to the Deshmukh house. Her anxiety increases as she realises that the family’s secrets may soon come to light.
