Shivansh reveals that he is driving and the car brakes have failed. He says he might meet with an accident and die. Prarthna urges him to have faith. He tells her that he is trying to save himself, but the car is speeding and will hit something. Prarthna asks him to take a different route. Shivansh says he doesn’t want to hit anyone. She tells him that the next turn will take him to an isolated area where he won’t find anyone on the road, so it will be safer and help him avoid hitting someone. The call disconnects, and Shivansh realises that his phone has no network signal.
Prarthna asks the auto driver to take her to that road because she has to save her husband somehow. The driver asks how she plans to save him. She then notices a truck with some men loading hay and asks the auto driver to stop. Meanwhile, Sonalika calls Shivansh and asks for his location. She tells him that she is coming to him and will save him. Shivansh says the car is speeding and if it hits anything, the impact could kill him. Sonalika pleads with him not to say that.
Prarthna asks the truck driver for help and tells him that she isn’t scared of the consequences. He says he wants to help her but isn’t sure whether her husband will survive. Prarthna says she is sure that Matarani will protect her husband. She tries calling Shivansh but cannot connect with him. Shivansh also wants to talk to Prarthna and wishes he could confess his feelings to her. He says it is his last wish to speak to her. Just then, he receives Prarthna’s call and answers it. She asks where he is. Shivansh says he just wants to talk to her, but Prarthna assures him that they will talk once they meet. He says maybe they won’t get the chance to meet, but she urges him to stay hopeful.
Prarthna gets Shivansh’s exact location and asks the truck driver to stop the truck in the middle of the road so that Shivansh’s car will crash into the hay stacked in front of it and his life will be saved. Shivansh remembers Prarthna’s words and wonders why he is missing her so much. He drives towards the truck while Prarthna urges the men to hurry. The truck driver and his companions quickly arrange the hay bundles. Shivansh’s car crashes into the hay. The impact is massive, and he falls out of the car.
Prarthna runs towards Shivansh and screams after seeing him injured. She rushes him to the hospital and asks the nurse to call the doctor immediately. The nurse informs the doctor about the emergency. At the hospital, Prarthna tells the doctor that Shivansh held her hand as if he wanted to say something. The doctor explains that it was likely a reflex action because he was unconscious. He asks her to let them begin the treatment immediately. Prarthna begs him to save her husband’s life.
Meanwhile, Payal asks Vinay if he met Sonalika. Vinay tells her that Sonalika is mad. Payal asks what task Sonalika gave him. She already suspects that Sonalika wants to harm someone. Vinay admits that Sonalika asked him to make the car brakes fail. He says Sonalika wanted Prarthna to die, but Shivansh ended up taking the faulty car. Payal anxiously asks whether Shivansh is okay. Vinay says he doesn’t know. She scolds him for being careless, and he tells her that Shivansh might have already met with an accident. Payal becomes worried.
Raunak arrives to meet Payal and asks what is going on, revealing that he overheard their conversation. He asks about Shivansh’s car. Payal tells him that Shivansh has met with an accident. Raunak immediately rushes out, and Payal follows him.
Sonalika is seen crying because she didn’t know Shivansh would take that car. She receives a call from her mother but ignores it. Her mother calls again, so Sonalika finally answers and lies to her. She starts crying when she hears about the wedding preparations. Her mother asks if she is crying, and Sonalika confesses that she has made a huge mistake.
Sonalika reaches the accident site and asks the police officers about Shivansh. The inspector tells her that Shivansh has been rushed to the city hospital. He also tells her that a girl saved Shivansh’s life by placing bundles of hay in front of the car. Otherwise, he would have died. Sonalika immediately rushes to the hospital.
The doctor informs Prarthna that Shivansh is in critical condition and asks her to remain calm. She begs him to save Shivansh. The doctor assures her that he will do his best and asks her to pray to Matarani. Prarthna goes to the temple and prays for Shivansh while the doctors continue treating him.
A Sadhvi meets Prarthna. Prarthna asks her to pray for Shivansh’s life and tells her that the doctor said his life is in danger. She explains that Shivansh was involved in a car accident and cries that the accident was actually plotted for her, but her husband suffered instead. The Sadhvi tells her that a husband and wife’s Kundali Bhagya is also connected. She encourages Prarthna and explains that Prarthna was in danger, but the shadow of death has fallen on her husband instead. She asks Prarthna not to worry and to leave her worries to Shiv Shambhu.
The Sadhvi guides Prarthna to go to the Shiv temple and pray. She tells her that Prarthna’s Tapasya should be so strong that her voice should echo in Shiv’s ears. She reminds Prarthna that it is Maha Shivratri and tells her to convince Shiv to save her husband.
At the hospital, Sonalika enters the OT and meets Shivansh. The doctors ask the nurse to take her outside while the senior doctors check Shivansh. Sonalika argues with the nurse. The doctor asks her if she cares about Shivansh and scolds her for being insensitive and entering the OT without permission. He asks her to leave. Sonalika argues with him, but the doctor praises Prarthna, saying she cried and begged him to save Shivansh’s life.
Sonalika asks about Shivansh’s condition. The doctor tells her that Shivansh is critical and that only a miracle can save him. Sonalika becomes worried. Elsewhere, Prarthna begins her Tapasya for Shivansh. Swati meets her and asks what happened. Prarthna tells her about Shivansh’s condition. Raunak and Payal reach the hospital, and Raunak asks Sonalika about Prarthna. Sonalika says she doesn’t know anything, so Raunak goes to find Prarthna.
Payal and Sonalika argue. Swati notices that Prarthna is getting hurt during her Tapasya. Payal tells Sonalika that the truth will not change. Prarthna was going to marry Raunak, but now she is Shivansh’s wife. She says Prarthna and Shivansh are made for each other, their marriage was written in their destiny, and nobody can separate them.
Sonalika tells Payal that she wants Raunak to forget Prarthna and marry Payal, but she cannot tolerate Shivansh’s love for Prarthna. Payal asks how Sonalika will fight against Shivansh and Prarthna’s fate. Sonalika says she can fight their fate and get what she wants. Payal challenges Sonalika to prove her words.
Sonalika rushes back to the OT and asks about Shivansh. The doctor again asks her to wait outside. Sonalika regrets her actions and calls Bua Maa while crying. Bua Maa asks what happened and why she is crying. Sonalika tells her that Shivansh has met with an accident and is being treated in the hospital. Bua Maa is shocked and immediately rushes to the hospital.
Raunak asks Sonalika where Prarthna went. He tells her that Prarthna is nowhere in the hospital. Sonalika tells him to find her if he wants and says she doesn’t care about Prarthna. Raunak tells her that he cares about Prarthna and that he will find out if Sonalika is behind Prarthna’s disappearance.
Meanwhile, Swati asks Prarthna to stop her Tapasya. Prarthna continues despite the storm. A man warns her about the possibility of a landslide, but she refuses to stop. Prarthna tells Swati that she wants to see the power of Shiv. Swati worries about her as Prarthna continues the Tapasya. The pandit tells Swati not to stop Prarthna.
