Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Saturday 5th September 2026 Update, Anushka attends Malishka’s call. Malishka asks Anushka why she wasn’t answering her calls. Anushka says she lives in this house alone and has to do all the work. She asks Malishka to first tell her why she called. Malishka tells her that Ayush and Shalu have gone to the jewellery store to shop for their marriage. She then tries to turn Anushka against Shalu and Lakshmi, asking if she will not do anything to them after they destroyed her life. Anushka says she will not do anything that will break Ayush and Shalu’s marriage. Malishka thinks Anushka will still do something to stop Rishi and Lakshmi from being together that day.

Neel asks Anushka if she wants him to go with her to the jewellery store, steal jewellery, and put it in Shalu and Lakshmi’s bags. However, Neel says it is too risky and refuses to do it. Anushka tells him that she thought he would help her. Neel argues with her and leaves. Anushka then decides to wear a disguise and enter the jewellery store so that no one will recognise her. Kiran comes to Anushka and asks why she wasn’t answering Malishka’s phone. Anushka says she has already spoken to Malishka and tells Kiran that she will do something to make sure Shalu and Lakshmi end up behind bars. She then leaves.
Meanwhile, Rishi, Ayush, Lakshmi and Shalu arrive at the jewellery store. Ayush and Shalu go to look at the jewellery. Rishi asks Lakshmi to choose some jewellery for herself as well. Lakshmi refuses and tells Rishi to buy jewellery for Malishka since she did not come with them. She then walks away. Rishi follows Lakshmi and tells her that he feels she wants to tell him something but is unable to say it. Lakshmi denies it and tells him there is nothing like that. She then asks Rishi not to follow her and walks away.
Ayush comes to Rishi and says he needs to tell him something. Lakshmi becomes worried that Ayush might tell Rishi about her conversation with Neelam. She quickly asks Rishi to come with her and takes him away. Lakshmi then asks Rishi to help choose a ring for Ayush and Shalu. She asks the saleswoman to show them engagement rings. The saleswoman shows them several rings, and Lakshmi asks Rishi to choose one. Rishi says he does not know which one to choose because they all look good. He says he will call Ayush and Shalu so they can choose their own engagement ring. Lakshmi says there is no need because her ring size and Shalu’s are the same. She suggests that they choose a ring and take it to Ayush and Shalu later. Rishi agrees.
Rishi puts a ring on Lakshmi’s finger and tells her that it looks good on her. He asks her to take it. Lakshmi tries to remove the ring, but it gets stuck. She becomes upset about it. The saleswoman gives Lakshmi a solution to help remove the ring. She also asks Lakshmi not to tell the manager that she gave her the solution, otherwise he might fire her. Lakshmi agrees. Rishi comes over and tells the saleswoman that the manager will not blame her because it is his fault. The saleswoman then leaves.
Rishi tries to help Lakshmi remove the ring, but he cannot get it off. Lakshmi also hurts her hand while trying to remove it. Rishi tells her to leave it for now and says they can buy the ring first, and she can try to remove it later. Lakshmi tells Rishi that she does not want anything he gives her. Rishi asks why she is behaving like this. Lakshmi responds to him, and Rishi also replies to her.
Rishi tells Lakshmi that he knows how much she loves him, even if she does not say it. He points out that she may not want to wear the ring he gave her, but she is still wearing the mangalsutra that represents their relationship for seven lifetimes. Lakshmi tells him that she does not love him and that he is mistaken. Rishi responds to her, but Lakshmi warns him that if he says another word, she will remove the mangalsutra. Rishi replies to her again, and Lakshmi leaves. Ayush and Shalu witness the heated argument between them.
Shalu tells Ayush that Lakshmi seems very hurt by Rishi. She says she thought everything would be fine after Rishi proposed to Lakshmi on Lohri. Ayush tells Shalu not to worry because they will bring Rishi and Lakshmi together. Shalu agrees. Later, Ayush takes Shalu to shop for their engagement ring. Anushka, wearing her disguise, sees Ayush and Shalu shopping for the ring.
Meanwhile, Mukesh speaks to someone over the phone about Malishka spraining her ankle. Balwinder overhears the conversation and decides to go to the Oberoi mansion because he is worried about Malishka and the baby.
Balwinder enters Malishka’s room. Malishka tries to send him away, but Neelam and Karishma come to check on her. Neelam notices a man in Malishka’s room. She and Karishma question Malishka about who is there. Malishka says she does not know who he is and claims that he could be a thief. Hearing this, Neelam and Karishma take Malishka out of the room and lock Balwinder inside. Balwinder decides to stay instead of escaping because he wants to know how his baby is doing.
Neelam calls the police and asks them to come to the Oberoi mansion immediately, saying that a thief has entered the house. Malishka tells Neelam that the thief should have escaped by now. Neelam decides to enter the room and check. Neelam, Karishma and Malishka enter the room, while Balwinder hides behind the bed. When he sees that they are distracted, he escapes through the door. Neelam calls the servants and asks them to catch the thief.
Balwinder notices that his fake beard is coming off, so he takes a curtain to cover his face. Mukesh tries to catch him and manages to grab him. Neelam and Karishma notice the beard that has fallen on the floor. Balwinder hits Mukesh and tries to escape. Kiran catches Balwinder and realises that the man hiding his face is actually Balwinder.
Kiran secretly allows Balwinder to escape. Neelam then hits him with a vase, causing him to shout in pain. Karishma thinks it is Balwinder, but Kiran claims that it is someone else. Kiran pretends to be hurt while trying to catch the thief. Balwinder manages to escape from the Oberoi mansion. Kiran asks Neelam why the thief came there, and Neelam says they do not know.
At the jewellery store, Anushka had earlier been informed by Malishka about Ayush and Shalu’s shopping. She remains determined to do something against Shalu and Lakshmi. At the same time, Shalu notices Ayush looking at her. She feels shy and tries to leave, but Ayush stops her and asks what happened. Shalu says something has changed.
