While running, Purvi reaches the temple of Maata Rani. With tears in her eyes, she thanks the goddess for blessing her with the baby. Purvi says that her child is a blessing from Maata Rani herself, so she decides to name the baby Prarthna. She prays to Maata Rani to protect her daughter. In order to save the baby, Purvi hides the child safely behind the statue of Maata Rani and quietly leaves the temple.
A few moments later, Purvi hears RV’s voice calling out to her. Believing RV has come to save her, she runs toward the sound. However, when she arrives, she realizes it is a trap. Monisha is standing there, playing RV’s recorded voice on her phone. Monisha angrily asks Purvi where the baby is. Purvi refuses to answer and manages to escape once again from Monisha and Jasbir.
While running through the forest, Purvi suddenly runs into Armaan. Desperate, she begs him to save her from Monisha and Jasbir. She explains that they are trying to kill both her and her baby. Armaan coldly asks her where the baby is. Purvi replies that the baby is safe.
Soon, Monisha and Jasbir arrive and demand that Armaan hand Purvi over to them. Armaan asks them why they want to kill her. Monisha furiously says that Purvi stole RV from her, and for that she must die. Jasbir adds that he loved Purvi, but instead of belonging to him, she married RV and even had his child. According to him, Purvi deserves death. Purvi believes Armaan will help her, but Armaan betrays her. He hands Purvi over to Monisha and Jasbir.
Monisha and Jasbir once again demand to know where the baby is. Purvi pleads with them to spare her child. Monisha says the baby is a symbol of Purvi and must die as well. Jasbir threatens that if she does not reveal the baby’s location, wild animals in the forest might kill the child. Purvi bravely tells them that her daughter will live because Maata Rani herself will protect her.
At the same time, a man named Kishan is praying to Maata Rani and asking the goddess to bless him with a baby girl. Nearby, his wife has just given birth, but the midwife sadly informs him that the baby girl was born dead. Kishan becomes heartbroken and complains to Maata Rani, asking why she took away the blessing he prayed for.
Just then, Kishan hears the sound of a baby crying. He follows the sound and reaches the statue of Maata Rani. Behind the statue, he finds Purvi’s baby. Shocked and emotional, he gently lifts the baby girl into his arms. The midwife tells him that she did not inform his wife about the dead child yet. She asks another woman named Surekha to prepare for the funeral of the stillborn baby.
Kishan says he will search for the real mother of the baby because she might be somewhere nearby. He leaves the baby with the midwife and goes looking for the child’s mother. After searching everywhere, Kishan returns and sadly says he could not find the baby’s mother anywhere. The midwife says perhaps the mother left the baby at Maata Rani’s feet so the goddess would protect her. She advises Kishan to accept the child as his own daughter from this day forward. Kishan emotionally takes the baby into his arms.
Meanwhile, Kishan’s wife wakes up and sees the baby in his arms. Believing it is her own child, she happily takes the baby. She tells Kishan that she was about to end her life when she thought her baby had died again like before. Hearing the baby cry felt like a blessing from the goddess herself.
Elsewhere in the forest, Purvi continues begging Monisha, Jasbir, and Armaan to spare her life. She says RV cannot live without her. Jasbir mocks her words. In a sudden move, Purvi grabs a knife from Jasbir and holds Monisha hostage. She forces Monisha to make a video call to RV. Through the call, Purvi tells RV everything — about giving birth to their baby and about how Monisha, Jasbir, and Armaan are trying to kill her.
RV immediately promises he is coming to save her and asks her to stay strong. However, in the struggle, Monisha manages to snatch the knife and stabs Purvi in the stomach. RV witnesses the horrifying moment through the video call.
Meanwhile, Armaan uses his car to run RV down. RV is badly injured, and Armaan cruelly taunts him, saying that Purvi will die there while he dies here. But RV gathers his strength, gets up, and brutally beats Armaan. After that, he gets into the car and rushes to save Purvi.
Back in the forest, Purvi manages to escape briefly when Monisha and Jasbir get distracted by seeing RV fighting Armaan through the phone. However, they soon find her again. Through the video call, Purvi tearfully begs RV to come quickly because she wants to be with him.
Jasbir and Monisha catch her again. RV angrily warns them through the phone that he will destroy them if anything happens to Purvi. Ignoring his warning, Monisha stabs Purvi again. Jasbir mocks her and then pushes her off a cliff. Purvi falls into the deep valley below. At the same time, RV’s car meets with a terrible accident.
Meanwhile, Kishan and his wife sit together thinking about what to name their new baby girl. The midwife suggests the name Prarthna. Kishan and his wife smile and happily agree.
