Arjun points g^n at Maya and pins her to wall. She smiles and asks to save his life. He calls Ayan and asks where is Saanjh. Ayan says Saanjh saw maya’s message and is coming to garbha venue. Arjun calls Saanjh next, but she does not pick call. A speeding truck heads towards Saanjh’s car and she escapes at the nick of time. Arjun turns and sees Maya missing. Saanjh picks call. Arjun scolds why did not she pick call. Saanjh asks why did not he inform that Maya has returned. Arjun says Maya threatened to kill her and escaped. Saanjh says Maya will play emotional game as usual.

Arjun says Maya asked to save his life, his life is Arohi, they should rush to Arohi’s school.
Arjun with Ayan reaches Arohi’s school. Saanjh joins them. They search Arohi and find her unconscious on floor
with froth in mouth. They see choc nearby. Ayan stands in a shock. Arjun lifts Arohi and rushes her to hospital. Doc checks and says looks like she is poisoned and takes her into ICU. Suman and Jahnvi reach hospital and ask what happened to Arohi. Ayan says Maya.. Jahnvi reminisces Maya challenging her that she will be around her always and also not around, she will be in her breaths, etc…She asks Arjun why did not he inform that Maya has returned. Doc sees Arohi’s condition deteriorating and comes out to take sign on consent form before procedure. He asks father to sign. Arjun walks towards doc. Ayan says he is Arohi’s father.
Ayan confronts Arjun that he is obsessed with Maya instead of obsessed with him, so he did not seek police help when they found poison in choc machine and then Maya’s clue. He risked Arohi’s life, now he will not let Arohi with him and Saanjh. Arjun confronts where was he when he disowned Arohi for 3 months and blamed her for Simmi’s death, he was heavily inebriated when Saanjh took care of Arohi. Ayan warns Arjun if something happens to Arohi, he will not spare him. Arjun holds collar. Saanjh, Jhanvi, and Suman stop their fight.
Maya walks into hospital and enters changing room and wears nurse’s dress and fills poison in injection. She tells injection that she just have to wait for a few minutes. She walks towards OT holding medicine box. Box falls down in front of Arjun’s family. She picks it nervously. Jahni watches her carefully. She walks towards OT when Arjun stops her.
Maya disguised as nurse wearing mask pass in front of Arjun. Arjun asks her to stop. She gets tensed. He asks how is Arohi. Jahnvi and Saanjh ask same. Another nurse opens IU door and asks her to come in. She walks in. Doctor tells senrior doctor that medicines are not working on Arohi, there is no hope. Senior doctor says until Arohi is breathing, they cannot lose hope. He asks nurse to prepare injectionn. Arohi gets short of breath. Doc asks to hold Arohi’s legs first. Maya silently exchanges injection and gives it to doctor. Arjun looks at time and Suman prays god to protect her Arohi. Doctor injects Maya’s given injection in saline bottle. Arohi’s condtition worsens. Doctor asks nurse which injection she gave, patient’s conditino is worsening. Arohi stops breathing.
Doctor
goes out. Arjun and family asks how is Arohi. Doctor says they tried their best and could not find what poison was given, so they culd not give antidote, smiles and says by god’s grace, patient is out of danger. He reminisces Arohi stopping breath and he giving defibrillator shock to her. Arjun thanks her and Saanjh asks if they an meet Arohi. Doctor says of course one she is shifted ward. Family walks into ward. Ayan holds Arohi’s hand emotionally. Arohi opens eyes and asks why they are all crying, if someone died. Ayan asks not to say that. Arohi asks Saanjh to smile now as she is fine. She asks duffer/Arjun to come to her. Arjun reminisces Ayan confronting. Suman asks him to come. Arjun pampers Arohi. Arohi says she is superstrong, has 2 papa and 3 mummy. Maya peeping from outside thinks only she had Arohi’s antidote, Maya cannot kill any child, she remembers losing her child, whatver happene to Arohi is just a beginning, just like Arjun snatched her happiness, she will snatch Arjun’s happiness. Arjun himself will inclue her in his life, he himself will all her home.
Arjun asks Ayan to relax, he will not let anyone harm Arohi. Ayan says Arjun let Maya free an he cannot take risk. He picks bag and calls Arohi. Arohi requsts Saanjh that she does not want to go. Saanjh pleads not to take Arohi away. Ayan drags Arohi away while family pleas to leave Arohi. Saanjh pleads they all will die if he takes Arohi away. Ayan says if he keeps Arohi here, Arohi will die. Arohi hugs Saanjh and says she will not leave dusky and duffer. Arjun says Ayan that he will not let anything happen to Arohi, she is also his daughter. Ayan says Arohi is only his daughter, until Arohi is attached to Arjun, Maya’s fear will hover them. Arohi asks if it is same Maya. Arjun asks Arohi not to worry until her duffer is with her. He promises Ayan again. Ayan asks similar promise he made during his mom’s time, his Maya killed mom, he killed mom. Arjun slaps Ayan. Ayan drags Arohi and Saanjh holds other hand but then leaves. Arohi asks why did she leave her hand. Saanjh says she cannot see her in pain and hugs. Ayan says Arohi if she is done, let us go. Arjun stops Ayan again. Ayan gives Arohi’s promise and asks not to stop him. He leaves house with Arohi.
Saanjh goes to her room and angrily breaks things. Arjun tries to calm her down. Saanjh says Maya told she will snatch their happiness and she did; Ayan is right,everything is because of Arjun, why did he bring Maya in their lives. Arjun thinks he did a big mistake, Maya yas to pay for Arohi and Saanjh’s tears.
Saanjh cries looking at Arohi’s pic. Arjun feels sad looking at Arohi’s childhood pic. Suman reminisces playing with Arohi and cries. Sabkuch yahi hai, teri aahaten…song…plays in the background. Arjun calls inspector and asks if he got Maya’s information. Inspector says they are searching her and soon will arrest her. Jahnvi gets up from lunch and walks away reminiscing Arohi. Suman gives milk to do and even he does not have it.
Maya looks at Arjun’s bungalow via binoculars from a nearby factory. Malvani asks till when they have to wait, he is worried now. Maya says she took away Arjun’s life Arohi and he is lifeless now, she added poison in his choc factory and he realized it is her, now he will come behind her. Detective informs Arjun that his men saw Maya in a closed factory.
Arjun picks his gun and reaches factory with armed team. He sees his name all over the place, but not Maya and realizes Maya was staying here. He walks out of factory. Suman calls him and informs that Saanjh is not having anything. He says he knows what to do.
Arjun takes Saanjh to a restaurant and asks what she want s to have. Saanjh sees a couple bringing their baby and says they will have Arohi’s favorite pizza. Arjun orders. Baby cries. Saanjh says she will handle it and consoles baby, says babies should be pampered with love. Lady says she handles babies so well, how many babies she have. Saanjh reminisces Arohi and collapses. Arjun runs and lifts and rushes to doctor’s clinic. Doctor checks Saanjh and tells Arjun if he wants to see Saanjh happy, this is the only treatment Arjun thanks doc and takes Saanjh home.
Back home, Saanjh cries looking at Arohi’s items. Arjun brings her surrogacy papers and says it is medicine for her pain. She checks and tears it and asks if he thinks anyone can take Arohi’s place. Arjun says nobody can take Arohi’s plan, hugs her and says they tried IVF and lots of other treatment, but she could not conceive and they did not get a gift of their friendship. They got Arohi then and considered her as their daughter instead of Simmi and Ayan’s daughter. Saanjh says Ayan is angry and took away Arohi, he will calm down soon and will bring back Arohi. She insists him to call Ayan. Ayan sees Arjun’s call, excuses Arohi and tells Arjun that he will not bring Arohi, not to disturb him. Saanjh says she wants to speak to Arohi. Arohi asks him to come soon. Saanhh gets happy hearing her voice and pleads to let her speak to Arohi. Ayan says he cannot, Arohi’s heart is broken once and it will again if Saanjh speaks to her, requests to forget Arohi for her life’s sake and disconnects call. Arjun consoles Saanjh and says nobody can take Arohi’s place, but they can make another place for someone. Suman with Jahnvi enters and says Arjun is right, if Saanjh cannot bear child, it does not mean she cannot get happiness. Jahnvi says Suman is right. Saanjh says whenever she got happiness, Maya snatched it, she does not want happiness. Arjun says he will give life, but will protect their would be child from Maya and requests to give him a chance. Saanjh nods yes.
At night, Arjun’s landline rings. Arjun picks, nobody speaks, he realizes it is Maya and asks her to come in front. Maya smirks.
Arjun tells himself that he knows very well and she will comes if she has promised. He and Saanjh meet doctor to adopt child via surrogacy. Doctor says she is very happy that they took the decision finally and their child will grow in another woman’s womb. Arjun asks if they can meet that woman. Woman enters cabin and greets them. Doctor says this is Mridula, surrogate mother. She asks to sign consent form and praises Saanjh that she took a major decision even after so much happened and jokes with Arjun that he has to handle 2 women now. Arjun says he is prepared for it. Doc keeps documents into drawer and goes out.
Arjun jokes with Saanjh that he needs 7 kids, 6 like him and 1 like Saanjh. Saanjh says then she has to tolerate 6 Arjuns. Arjun says they have to thank surrogate mother. Saanjh says surrogate mother will be second mother for their child and will always be attached to their lives. At home, Jahnvi prays god to protect Arjun and Saanjh and their would be child.
Jahnvi says she is worried and feeling since before a disaster as Maya has not done anything recently and may create a big problem. Suman asks her to relax. After sometime, Jahnvi looks at Arohi’s photo with family. Suman cheers her up and says they can send selfie to promotes Lava Z series mobile with its special features and return policy.
Arjun and Maya meet surrogate mother and thank her for helping them. Saanjh says she will be part of their lives and her child’s second mother forever. Once they walk out, Maya walks in and asks doctor if everything is set. Doc nods yes. She gives money to surrogate lady. Doctor says she is not doing right. Maya picking scalpel from tray says when god has sent her here, there must be some reason. She sleeps on bed thinking Arjun sent her way from him for Saanjh, now she is entering back in his life via Saanjh itself.
Arjun walks with Saanh out cheering her up and asks her to have some juice at at least. They get out of building and see a man falling from his bike.
