This is Fate On Zee World Sunday 6th July 2025 Update, Preeta is sitting when the girl brings water for her. Preeta asks if she is fine and then tells her she is a brave girl. The girl is applying the bandage when Rajveer comes to stand beside her. She instructs him to bandage the patient’s feet. Rajveer starts applying it, but the girl panics, asking if he hasn’t learned that they must first clean the wound before applying a bandage. She questions what he learned in college. Rajveer angrily says he does not want to be a doctor, and the girl is stunned.

Rajveer apologizes for his behavior. She tells him to first clean the wound before bandaging it. Noticing he is furious, she tells him he can say whatever is in his heart, as they live in a free country where people are allowed to express their feelings.
Rajveer says again that he is not a doctor. The girl replies that only Bhagwan can protect a patient treated by someone like him. The passenger also asks why Rajveer is not as good a doctor as her. When the girl leaves, she tells him to take care of the patient.
Rajveer follows her and asks if she would teach him. She replies that she surely would because after seeing how he works, she feels he is not even worthy of being a junior doctor. She doesn’t understand how he got the degree. Rajveer says he got the degree by cheating, and she is shocked. He walks away.
Rajveer goes to Preeta, who says she is glad he is helping all these people. She mentions that she heard how the girl was talking to him and thinks Rajveer is a doctor, so why doesn’t he tell her the truth? Rajveer replies that the girl is not even letting him speak. Preeta smiles.

Rakhi opens the door for Karan. He asks where the servants are, and she replies that a lot has happened in their house. Karan says he has an important meeting. Rakhi gets emotional and asks if he doesn’t have time to talk with her.
He agrees not to take the call, but Rakhi says she will leave. He stops her. Rakhi says she feels like scolding him, but he is never at home. Karan replies that he needs something to live for.
Rakhi says she won’t talk about herself but insists he must be concerned about Shaurya, his son. She says Shaurya has forgotten the difference between right and wrong, and Karan should talk to Nidhi because she is not being fair to Shaurya.
Karan says he has no interest in household matters and tells Rakhi to handle Nidhi herself. Rakhi becomes tense when Bani Dadi arrives. Dadi says she warned Rakhi not to talk to Karan about family matters because after Preeta died, he lost all interest in them.
Karan leaves even after hearing their conversation. Dadi asks Rakhi if she saw how he left without saying anything. Karan, while walking in the balcony, thinks he is still furious with Preeta and wonders how she dared to leave him.
Preeta steps out of the bus. After walking for some time, she wonders why she feels a connection to the city. She remembers Shrishti saying that the city took everything from her the last time they were here. Preeta prays to Mata Rani that she regains all the relationships she lost and that all of Rajveer’s desires are fulfilled.
Preeta stands by the balcony and closes her eyes, recalling when Shrishti insisted she must not go. But Preeta had said Shrishti was not going with Rajveer, and she could not let their child go alone.
Shrishti had questioned the need to go to a city that never gave them anything good and tried to reason that Rajveer just got the job there. Preeta replied that Shrishti should speak to Rajveer herself.
Shrishti warned that the people in Mumbai were bad and would surely hurt them again. Preeta assured her that Bhagwan had caused her to forget all painful memories and that she would take care of Rajveer. Then, smiling, she said he would take care of her instead. Shrishti hugged her emotionally.
Preeta prays to Bhagwan that whatever this city took from them last time should be returned this time, along with her lost memories.
She sees the Mandir and starts walking but stumbles. Rajveer catches her and asks if she is fine. Preeta says she twisted her ankle.
The girl comes and says she has asked the driver to take them to the hospital. Preeta agrees, but Rajveer doesn’t. She reminds him he is also injured. The girl mocks that a doctor who cannot treat himself should surely go to the hospital.
Preeta asks him to come and walks to the bus. Rajveer kneels to pick up the bag. The girl starts leaving, but her dupatta gets stuck on Rajveer’s watch. She is shocked. Rajveer assures her he will remove it. She tries but can’t, and gets frustrated.
Rajveer signals her to stop and manages to free it. She thanks him and tells him she’s giving him the responsibility of all the patients. Rajveer assures her he will take care of them. The girl leaves.
Shaurya is at the farmhouse with Sandy and some girls. They are drinking and dancing. Sandy brings another drink for Shaurya, who drops his phone. On picking it up, he remembers a woman telling him to take care of his things, as he might never find them again if lost. He wonders why he’s thinking of her.
Sandy asks what’s wrong. Shaurya says they should party at a club in Mumbai because they aren’t getting drunk here. The girls say the fun will wear off in two hours. Sandy boasts that Shaurya is a fast driver. They leave for the club.
Rajveer waits as a doctor tends to his bandage. The doctor says the person who did first aid is really good. Rajveer smiles. The doctor asks if it was a girl. Rajveer is shocked. The doctor says he guessed it from Rajveer’s smile and jokes that Rajveer must like her. He asks her name. Rajveer realizes he never asked.
The girl reaches the road and tries to stop an auto, but no one listens. Her father calls, but she misses it and wonders how he knew she was returning to the city.
She sees Shaurya driving recklessly and pushes a barrier in front of the car, questioning his driving sense. Shaurya steps out angrily, warning her never to stop his car again, or he will drive over her.
Sandy suggests she befriend Shaurya, saying he’s a star. Shaurya mocks her and says she’s not their standard. He promises Sandy a party like never before and leaves. Palki says he’s a spoiled rich brat.
Palki reaches her locality and meets a neighbor who asks if she met her father. She knocks on the door but turns to leave. Her aunt opens the door and greets her.
Palki says she didn’t inform anyone she was coming. Her aunt says she must have told Mahi. Mahi wakes up. The aunt says Mahi is her secret keeper and knows everything.
Palki says she has to leave, or her father will go to the hospital. Her aunt says she has to buy milk but Palki volunteers to get it. Her aunt blesses her. Mahi finishes getting ready.
Palki’s father opens the door and is shocked to see her. Mahi is also glad to see her sister. Palki tells her father she has passed the exams. He says he is proud she’s now a doctor. Palki insists she is just a junior doctor.
Mahi says she’ll be a model while her sister is the doctor. Their mother complains that Palki should have informed them. Mahi defends her, saying she wanted it to be a surprise. Palki convinces her mother. Mahi pulls her away. Her father tells Daljeet to be a bit soft with Palki, as she is their daughter. Daljeet gets angry, saying he’s calling her evil.
Nidhi is on a call with her friend Ro, who asks if Nidhi has forgotten her after the party. Nidhi says she’s been busy with the big family. Her friend asks how she manages it all and starts naming everyone.
Nidhi says she loves Karan and not to include him among them. She says someone else also loves her—Shaurya Luthra—more than his real mother. She says he is her power bank. Her friend jokes if he is her puppet.
Nidhi says she doesn’t care because the family loves Shaurya and would do anything for him. She says Shaurya is her ticket into the house, and through him, she took over everything.
Mahi pulls Palki into the room and says she will become rich and treat the hearts she’s broken in the neighborhood. Palki starts cleaning the room and scolds Mahi for always thinking about money.
Mahi asks how many affairs she had. Palki avoids the question and accidentally pulls the bedsheet, making Mahi fall. Palki says she had no time for romance due to her studies and acknowledges her mother and Mahi’s sacrifices.
Mahi says their mother demands too much attention and becomes emotional when she doesn’t get it. She warns Palki not to make her emotional.
As Palki opens the window, Mahi teases that she is bossy and would fight with anyone like her. Palki starts thinking of Rajveer and how she scolded him.
Mahi notices and asks who he is. Palki says Mahi is impatient. She explains she met someone during an accident where passengers were injured. She felt he had a lot of frustration and might have quit his profession.
Palki gets a message and says she has to join the hospital right away. Mahi says she’ll arrange her cupboard. Palki is shocked, and Mahi says it was a joke. Palki leaves to get ready.
Nidhi is walking and sees a broken vase. Rakhi kneels to pick it, but Nidhi stops her and scolds her. Dadi arrives and asks what happened. Nidhi pretends to be calm and says she just wants Rakhi to relax and not do anything.
She calls Garesh and scolds him for not stopping Rakhi. She threatens to deduct his salary. Rakhi pleads with her not to. Nidhi says she won’t actually deduct it but just wants to make a point. Nidhi leaves. Dadi asks Rakhi why she’s tense and takes her away.
Nidhi resumes her call and says her friend needs to find someone like Karan—someone whose wife has either died or left, and has a child. That way, she can use the child to control the family. Nidhi says she has to end the call for important work.
Palki tries to leave the house, but her mother asks her to buy potatoes. Her father says he’ll do it instead and tells Daljeet to bring sweet yogurt to wish her well. Palki is in a hurry, but he insists she eat it before leaving.
Mahi brings Palki’s bag and takes all the money from their father’s wallet, saying she needs it for lipstick. He tells her to focus on something meaningful. Daljeet defends her, saying she’ll become a famous model. She says she’ll thank them when she wins awards and mocks her husband, saying he and his doctor daughter will have nothing better to do.
Palki reaches the hospital, and the nurse greets her. Palki says she’s now the assistant doctor to Dr. Avinash Rao, thanks to her aunt. She asks for Room 203 and prays for a good start to her first day.
Palki is surprised to find Preeta in the room. Palki says Dr. Avinash asked her to check on her. Preeta says the doctor has already treated her but she forgot when to take her medicine. She asks where her nephew is.
Preeta explains Rajveer is outside and reveals he’s not a doctor. Palki is shocked and asks why he didn’t say so. Preeta says Rajveer told her Palki talks too much—then corrects herself, saying she thought he was a doctor because he was helping injured people. She says Rajveer is very caring. Palki apologizes and leaves. Preeta says she is a very nice girl.
Rajveer sees a patient drop his phone and picks it up. He sees Palki talking to her friend, saying she scolded a doctor for not wearing proper uniform. Rajveer quickly puts on a coat and pretends to treat patients.
She tries to apologize, but he refuses, saying he has to check patients first. He acts like he’s treating an old lady. The lady says another doctor already treated her.
Rajveer says he’s only checking because the doctor behind him would scold him otherwise. Palki says the woman has no symptoms. Rajveer says he is Dadi’s favorite and the most truthful.
