This is Fate on zee world Tuesday 9th January 2024 update, Preeta comes out with a towel when Karan picks a bed sheet mentioning he would wear it, Preeta notices that it is also on fire and then she once again rushes inside the bathroom to pour water on it, they both head outside.
Rishab and Shristhi run downstairs when the manager explains they have called the fire department and it would surely come very soon, Shristhi mentions they all should rush outside but the manager tries to convince them that this portion of the hotel is not affected, Sameer asks how do they know that the fire is not going to spread, so they start evacuating everyone.

Karan and Preeta both manage to run out when they see Akash and Neha calling for help, Karan and Preeta decide to also help them and they throw the blanket to Akash asking him to wear it and come out, Karan starts instructing Akash to be careful and come out safely, they all manage to run out of the hotel.
Roxy and Natasha while standing there thinks that it is time to have a drink, they are shocked to see Preeta and Karan coming out of the hotel, Neha and Akash think they are nice people so request them for a ride but when Karan is about to fight with Roxy, he points a gun to Karan seeing which everyone is shocked, Preeta tries to beat Natasha arguing what did she think would happen because Karan still managed to return to their family and she was not able to do anything, Natasha questions if Preeta has lost her eyesight since Karan is still facing a gun, Roxy explains he never intended to kill Karan this time but his destiny is not as good as that of Karan and he would have to spend his entire life in jail, Neha not being able to bear the threats questions what does Roxy think of himself as they should put the gun aside and then come to face them, Akash tries to reason with her to stop.
Karan once again starts arguing with Roxy when Preeta stands in front of them both, she then quickly pulls Natasha in front of Roxy, giving Karan the opportunity to pull Roxy to the side. Neha asks Akash to go and help them but he says that he would not fit in their fight. Neha herself goes to help them both.
Karan is still battling with Roxy when Rishab comes with Sameer and Shristhi, they manage to get both Roxy and Natasha arrested who the police explain were being searched for their past crimes have finally been caught from Manali, Karan and Preeta both are relieved, Rishab also consoles Karan assuring everything would be fine, they all are relieved to be safe.
Karan enters the room while Preeta is holding both the babies, she smiles seeing Karan who is not able to control himself and so takes one of the babies from the nurse, he starts smiling while holding the baby and even kisses the other one, Preeta helps him correct the dress, Karan explains he missed it the last time with Kavya, as her small hands and to sleep with her was snatched by destiny but this time it will be different, he asks Preeta to see how they both are smiling. Karan explains that life has given him this chance once again, he kisses Preeta on the forehead and says he does not know how to handle them. Kavya entering he room explains even she wants to see them, Preeta calls Kavya to the bed side when Karan also shows Kavya demands to hold them, Preeta refuses saying since she is really small then she might hurt them, however Karan makes her hold it even when Preeta is worried.
The doctor enters the room explaining that both the children are fine but she explains she has to keep them in the care unit for some time, Karan is not able to understand so asks if there is anything wrong however Preeta informs Karan that this also happened during Kavya’s birth time, Karan asks if he can make the family meet with them but the doctor refuses saying they have to wait for three more hours.
Bi jee while waiting for the family asks how can they wait and she says she is going inside but Rakhi stops her explaining that they have been asked to stay outside for three hours, Sameer says that these three hours are feeling like thirty years, Shristhi agrees saying that time does not pass when they have to meet someone special, Rishab asks who knows it better then him, Mahesh questions who is that special person for him, Rishab replies that he means his entire family including the new family members, they all are smiling when Rishab notices the door opening so asks them to wait, the entire Luthra family is surrounding the children, Preeta requests them all to see the children as they would be shifted to the care unit for some hours, they start performing the ritual when the nurse comes asking them to shift the children to the care unit, Rishab requests for a moment, the doctor explains that now everyone is fine and they can go back home however Shristhi refuses saying they will only go back with Preeta di and their new family members.
Karan and Preeta are walking when the nurse explains she is going to bring the keys for the care unit, Preeta and Karan start talking when she says he should stop calling her with such names anymore and explains even he would no longer be the most handsome person since when her sons grow up then they would even more handsome then him, Karan replies this means she wants to prepare an army against him, she agrees so he says if this si the case then he also wants another three children for himself. Preeta starts smiling when Nidhi comes to greet them, she is shocked seeing the twins and congratulates them both, they start talking when Preeta asks what she is doing here, Nidhi leaves replying she just came for a routine checkup. Anjali wakes up in the room, she after removing all the syringes sits straight.
Preeta and Karan both enter the care unit when the nurse asks them to place their children here, Karan informs he will leave them both here since even their mother needs some rest, the twins start crying so Preeta says this means they do not want to live without her even for a moment. Preeta starts caring for them once again, Karan and Preeta both say good bye before walking out of the unit as the nurse comes to close the door. Karan and Preeta are seeing them though the window, he says she should wait to see how much he spoils her, and they will love him the most but Preeta replies he should wait to see that both the twins would love her. Preeta and Karan leave the twins in the unit.
Dadi and Karina both exclaim that they never felt like letting them go inside, however Bi jee disagrees with Bani Dadi explaining that they are just like Preeta di, Sameer however says that they are just like Kavya. Rishab wonders where is Kavya so they all immediately get worried when Kavya comes to stand in front of them, they all ask what does she holding, Kavya explains she brought gifts for both her brothers. She goes to hugs Rishab and Rakhi asks if she did everything by herself, Kavya explains that Rishab dad helped her, Rakhi says it is really bad as Rishab informed Kavya but not them, Shristhi mentions she has brought a gift for her sister and even Kritika says she also brought gift for her Bhabhi, Dadi assures Rakhi there is nothing to be worried about as they would give Preeta a big surprise on the naming ceremony. Kavya asks at least someone to talk to her, Rishab says he is always on her side and she would at least let him talk with her, kavya explains she will only kiss him as he loves her the most, the entire Luthra family expresses their love for Kavya. Dadi informs Shristhi and Sameer that family is completed with children so they both should focus on the family planning, Shristhi runs away after getting shy, Sameer also follows her.
Preeta and Karan are walking, he says that women tend to get really tired after this but she is walking by his side, Preeta explains she is fine and does not need his help, Karan however says she is still very weak when Preeta explains she wants to really shower her love on the children, Karan gets irritated explaining that he is feeling his love is going to end, he demands she should never reduce her love for him, Preeta is shocked to see Nidhi who explains that the person cannot cheat her like this now that Arjun is not working with them, Preeta requests Karan to go and help Nidhi since she seem really tensed but Karan replies that she should only go with someone’s help, so he asks a nurse however Preeta notices that a women is dizzy so she asks the nurse to help her saying she can walk to the room by herself, Preeta feels as if she is being followed but is not able to see anyone.
Shristhi goes to the corner when Sameer comes to her however she asks him to not even utter a single word regarding what the family was saying about family planning, he asks what is the problem with it, Shristhi replies she already has two children, Sameer getting excited questions where was he at that time and how did she not inform him, Shristhi says they are just her children, Sameer starts getting irritated saying this means she cheated on him, she says that Preeta di gave birth to twins and they will call her Masi when they get older, Sameer still says they both should have their own children but Shristhi leaves saying that people are watching however Sameer follows her saying they are husband and wife.
Nidhi is arguing with the person explaining the project was to be completed by February but it is mid march, Karan walking to her from the back takes the phone explaining the project was to be completed by February which means that the deal is cancelled, he ends the call explaining that the project would be completed within five days and he will even pay penalty. Nidhi mentions even the Khuranas are causing a lot of trouble and another project is pending, Karan assures he will take care of everything, Nidhi is shocked when Karan mention these are the orders from his wife, Nidhi explains she will return to London very soon and will often come back, Karan says that it is her base of operations just like he cannot leave India.
Preeta is walking when she once again feels as if someone is following her so gets really tensed.
Nidhi is really glad after finding out she got the tickets for London, she walks into the room however is shocked to not find Anjali there, she wonders where Anjali can go as she is in a coma and cannot leave, Nidhi wonders if the hospital staff has shifted her to another room, but she thinks how they can do it. Nidhi walks out of the room when she sees a doctor so asks where Anjali is, the doctor replies she is still inside the room however Nidhi explains it might be possible they have shifted her to another room without his knowledge, but the doctor insists she is still in the room. Nidhi entering he room asks the doctor where is she, he also gets worried wondering where can she go all of sudden, Nidhi explains Anjali was under his treatment and is even in a coma, he asks Nidhi to come with him as they are going to watch the CCTV footage.
Anjali is standing outside the care unit staring at the twins of Karan and Preeta, she remembers when she saw a nurse saying she would take them all to the unit, Anjali recalls she then went to the nurse demanding the location of the children of Karan and Preeta, she then forcefully made her smell the chloroform due to which the nurse fell unconscious, but just at that same moment Shristhi and Sameer came into the room however she managed to secretly come out of the room.
Anjali also enters the care unit where she sees the twins who are right in front of her, Anjali remembers when Arjun exclaimed he really loves Preeta and refused to accept her love for him, but said she is just his very good friend.
Shristhi calls the sister to come when another nurse arrives asking what happened, Shristhi explains the nurse was already ill but she still came even after taking leave from the senior doctor, the nurse asks what are they both doing here, Shristhi explains her sister has just given birth so she wants to meet the children, Sameer and Shristhi start arguing when the nurse requests them both to go out and decide.
Preeta finally sits back on the bed in the room, Anjali also picks up one of the twins when Preeta suddenly feels restless, she explains she wants to go and be with her children however the nurse tries to stop her explaining she needs to rest, Preeta refuses saying there is something wrong and she would just see her children however the nurse keeps on requesting her to come back and sit down but Preeta insists on meeting her children, Karan and Rishab both enter asking what happened however Preeta is still yelling saying she wants to meet her children, the doctor comes to Preeta who is panicking, Karina and Rakhi both ask how is Preeta behaving like this, she explains this is due to the hormonal changes and they give her an injection, Preeta hugs Karan explaining she wants to be with her children, Preeta finally goes back to sleep, the doctor explains Preeta will relax and after she wakes up everything would be fine, the doctor assures that everything would be fine and so in the meantime they all should go and wait in the room. Karan going to Preeta assures nothing wrong is going to happen to anyone of their children as till he is alive he will always protect them, the doctor even asks Karan to wait outside for some time, he finally leaves the room,
Anjali is holding one of the babies, she is about to walk out of the room but a nurse suddenly enters asking who is she, Anjali explains she is the sister of Misses Mehra and the nurse asks why is she here in the care unit when she was not present at the time of the delivery, Anjali explains she was there but got dizzy and so came here to the room, the nurse agrees so Anjali leaves with the child but the nurse is worried when she does not see one of the twin of Karan and Preeta.
Nidhi enters the CCTV room with Nidhi, asking the operator to take out the footage, however they are not able to see anyone when Nidhi threatens to ruin the entire hospital if anything wrong happens to her sister as she believes her sister is still in coma, Nidhi asks them to turn back the video when she sees Anjali walking, the operator explains that it is wrong to blame the administration of the hospital without any proof, Nidhi thinks that Anjali might not know she was with her the entire time and so might have gone back to the house, the doctor is shocked to see that she is leaving with a child, the operator turns back the video. Nidhi asks them to check the footage when she finally sees that Anjali is leaving with a child, Nidhi thinks that Anjali would be in the hospital so she has to find her, the doctor explains they have to find out whose child is missing.
The entire Luthra family is waiting when the doctor comes out, Dadi explains she is very old but has never seen a women behave like Preeta and it is a situation to be worried about, Karina also explains even her friends have gone through very difficult pregnancy but none of them behaved in this manner, the doctor once again assures that everything is fine. Rishab explains her answers have not received them of their worries so Dadi still has some questions, the doctor once again explains that it is due to the changes in the hormones, and she would be fine after a while. The doctor once again asks them to wait at the room, Rishab assures he will take everyone but they have to wait here for some time.
Anjali is running out with the child when she tries to open the cars thinking someone might have surely left the keys, Nidhi is able to see her entering a car so asks what is she doing as it is really wrong, Anjali explains she is going to leave with the child of Preeta, as the time to talk has ended, Nidhi starts crying wondering how is she going to inform the Luthra family.
The Luthra’s are waiting when Rakhi suddenly feels dizzy so they all help her sit down on the bench, Nidhi reaches the reception asking if Preeta is still admitted here, she is informed Preeta got ill so is in the ICU, Nidhi wonders if she should inform them all about the truth as Preeta is ill, Nidhi thinks if she does not tell them then it would be even worse as now Karan is still fine, Nidhi rushes to them when she hears Shristhi taking the nurse with her. Nidhi wonders if Preeta found out about the truth.
Karan is yelling for the doctor and asks him to come and check what has happened to his mother, the doctor starts performing the checkup, and explains they have to admit her since she does not seem well, Nidhi thinks Preeta is not well and even his mother is ill so what if something happens if she reveals the news.
