Prithvi is using his mobile, Roshni thanks him before leaving, Preeta and Shristhi close the door, so Prithvi worries if someone is watching him, they both are standing when the ward boy comes asking them to come as they have performed the MRI of her mother so they both are called in the office.

Roshni is trying to perform the check-up, Sherlin questions how did she become a doctor, Roshni advises her to move on as she has married someone else but Sherlin is still living in the past, Sherlin sits explaining she has moved on but questions Roshni about her degree because they know she was not at all a brilliant student, Roshni advises her to not worry about the past and focus on her child as she needs to rest.
Sherlin questions why is she not answering her question but giving a lecture, Roshni replies it is because she feels she has said a lot about their past, she is a doctor while Sherlin is her patient so she has to act accordingly, Sherlin stands then mentioning it is because Roshni has accepted that she has lost because she knows Sherlin is the best, Roshni asks her why is she not talking maturely but Sherlin is convinced that Roshni is jealous so she advises Sherlin to appoint some other Gynecologist, Sherlin leaves without even taking the medicine.
Sarla is talking with Janki on the mobile, Preeta and Shristhi come, Shristhi asks if they can wait for an hour because they would then get the reports but Sarla reveals till then her mango pickle would not remain fresh, they both get tensed, Sarla explains she asked Janki to place the dried mangoes in the kitchen however she touched them with her wet hands so they would now get spoiled which is why she has to reach before anything happens, Preeta and Shristhi are smiling, Sarla questions the reason, they both explain it is because she sometimes acts like a child, Shristhi agrees to accompany Sarla while Preeta will bring the report but Sarla stops her saying she must stay with Preeta when she called him, Preeta asks Sarla to take the car as then she would be satisfied however Sarla pressurizes she would take the auto, before leaving she wants Shristhi to come back, home after she leaves Shristhi says to Preeta that now she would be scolded when she returns, she even asks Preeta to not be worried if her face swells as she should know it is because of Sarla, Preeta teasing her explains it would look nice on her. Preeta however thinks she needs to hurry up because Rakhi would be alone in the house preparing everything for the function.
Rakhi is on the mobile instructing them to hurry up, Karina comes asking why did she unlock the big room, Rakhi explains that she opened it for Rishab and Sherlin along with their new child, she is getting the room repainted and would also have a new interior for which she has called the interior decorator, Rakhi leaves explaining he has a lot of work, Karina smiles thinking she is also really happy, she plans to spoil the kid a lot.
Sherlin walks into the waiting room, demanding Prithvi come with her when he questions what has happened, Roshni also comes out advising he consult some other Gynecologist. Prithvi questions what has happened, Sherlin replies it is jealousy because Roshni cannot stand that they are together so is jealous, Roshni requests her to grow up but Sherlin demands she not act so innocent as she said it herself in the other room, Roshni mentions she said those thing to calm her because she is pregnant, she feels Sherlin is really insecure because of him and he must really take care of her, Sherlin leaves after saying if he wants to stay and talk with her he can, she leaves when Roshni clears she doesnot have any feelings for Prithvi, he also says that he has moved on in his life and is involved with three women at the present moment.
Preeta and Shristhi are walking when they are called by the ward boy who hands them the report of Sarla, they are not able to see Prithvi and Sherlin walking together, Preeta and Shristhi walk into Roshni’s office where her assistant was documenting the reports, she asks if some visitor came to meet her but she replies that visitors are not allowed so she checked a couple, Shristhi asks if the lady was pregnant so the assistant mentions they can catch her at the reception, Preeta and Shristhi are standing beside the elevator when Shristhi exclaims that they are not able to catch Prithvi and Sherlin are always able to find a middle path, Preeta sees them both walking towards them, she hears Prithvi consoling Sherlin assuring she would always be his only love. Shristhi mentions she would not follow them as Sherlin can change the idea, but they have to get the proof.
Preeta along with Shristhi once again enter the cabin of Roshni when they request the assistant to hand them the file of Sherlin, but she refuses when Roshni comes asking what is happening, Preeta tries to request her saying that she must hand them the file of Sherlin otherwise it would create a lot of problem, she refuses but then Preeta mentions that if she does not help them it would create a lot of problem, Preeta explains if she helps, they would be able to save Kritika who is about to get married but Roshni is worried, Shristhi explains she is deceiving her husband however Roshni explains it cannot happen as she knows them from the collage time so knows she is loyal, Shristhi and Preeta are worried, they question what is she talking about, Roshni replies Sherlin cannot deceive Prithvi but then is shocked when she comes to know from Preeta that Sherlin did not marry Prithvi but is the wife of Rishab Luthra, Preeta convinces her by saying if she doesnot help them the unborn child would not be able to know his real identity, Dr Roshni agrees to help Preeta.
Sherlin enters the Luthra mansion while holding the hands of Prithvi, he stops pulling his hand away, he tries to explain they cannot enter the Luthra mansion together as it would create a lot problems but Sherlin doesnot seem to care, saying she only desires to be with him under such circumstances, he however convinces her, she leaves handing the file to him.
Rakhi is showing all the jewellery which she has brought for Sherlin, they see her standing so Rakhi asks her to sit down explaining she brought it all for her, Rakhi mentions it is because she has done something which was really difficult, she saved Karan with her own efforts by meeting Megha when she told them of the appointment with the doctor, Rakhi explains she would have given her the jewellery if she had asked for it but she stole it however she has been forgiven because of her intentions, Sherlin refuses to take the jewellery but Dadi assures she must not worry as it is just a gift and not the Shugun which she would get at the function, Rakhi and Dadi exclaim they are really excited because of the child and have even thought of a name, Sherlin is seeing the jewellery, Mahira standing in the corner is jealous saying that they both were her mother and great mother in law but Preeta snatched everything from her, otherwise she would have also been a good daughter in law.
Preeta exclaims Sherlin is really clever and acts as If she is best daughter in law, Shristhi replies she has been doing it from the start, she not only lies but also plays with the emotions of the family member.
Shristhi questions how can someone do so wrong to Rishab jee, Preeta replies it is because she doesnot consider the Luthra family to be her own family, she is really wrong, Shristhi mentions whenever they have tried to reveal the truth, Prithvi and Sherlin have managed to turn the tables but this would not happen again and Preeta must promise to not step back.
Preeta explains she would not let anything happen but would make sure Kritika knows the truth about Prithvi otherwise she would feel hurt, she cannot let that happen but would make sure the truth is revealed.
Sherlin places the jewellery in the wardrobe when she turns to find Mahira standing at the door, Sherlin questions what has happened and does she feel jealous, Mahira explains she could have been the best daughter in law of this family but everything was ruined because of Preeta because she was not able to marry Karan, Sherlin mentions everything that happened was because of her because she ruined the lives of everyone, Mahira mentions she did it for the sake of the family.
Sherlin is however mad but Mahira requests for her help saying she must say to the family that Preeta is not worthy of living as a family member but Sherlin says she would think and only help her when she desires, Mahira leaves crying, Sherlin thinks Mahira has said the truth as she did not know when she became the best daughter in law of the family.
Karina and Dadi are finalizing the list, Karina invites Sanjana on the mobile, Rakhi is instructing the cook to make sure all the dishes are made according to the taste and there should not be any delay. Dadi explains she has finalized the list, she says to Rakhi that only the relatives and close friends have been invited, Karina taunts at Preeta mentioning it is glad she finally arrived.
Rakhi asks Preeta how is Sarla feeling and what was in the reports, Dadi asks what is she saying as the reports could not have come so early, Rakhi explains Preeta took Sarla to the city hospital and she used to practice there so knows a lot of people, Sherlin listening from upstairs is shocked as she also went to the same hospital, Preeta tries to reveal the truth that Sherlin did not go with anyone from the family, Dadi before listening to the entire truth starts scolding Karina and Rakhi questioning why did they not go with her because Sherlin is pregnant, Sherlin is tensed that Preeta saw her with Prithvi.
Preeta tries to reveal the truth, Dadi questions why no one went with Preeta even if they are preparing for the functions.
Rakhi apologizes saying that it would not happen again, Shristhi tries to explain when they hear Karan scolding someone on the mobile, they all question what has happened, Karan tries to say that it was nothing but he then says that he was not able to play well so got into a fight with the coach, Dadi explains there is nothing to worry about as he is the famous Karan Luthra. Sherlin is relieved that Preeta did not reveal the truth as if she had known about it then would have revealed the truth.
Preeta is in the kitchen when Shristhi comes questioning what did Preeta think to reveal the truth, Preeta is tensed so explains she would expose the truth but they have to wait because the only proof which they have are in their conversation because Sherlin wrote the name of her husband as Rishab while she actually went with Prithvi, she is really clever so they would have to find some proof against her but not know because she knows Karan is really frustrated so she doesnot want him to feel tensed so they will find the proof against her, Shristhi agrees but asks if Rishab is going to come to the function, Preeta explains that he should come, Shristhi mentions that she has something planned.
Mahesh and Rakhi are in the room, Mahesh is looking at the photos of the new-born children, Rakhi questions what has happened, Mahesh mentions that he feels the child of Rishab would be just joke them and will be really cute, Rakhi says she desires the child be a daughter, but Mahesh mentions he doesnot care if it is a son or daughter but just desires a grandchild who would be like Rishab.
Mahesh is amazed as Rishab called him, he asks how Rishab is feeling and after the greetings Rishab asks if Rakhi is in the room before explaining she would be angry to know he cannot come to the function, Rakhi takes the mobile saying she is really angry to hear this is what he thinks of her because he doesnot care for the embarrassment she would have to suffer if he doesn’t come.
Rishab assures he only cares for her, she demands that he come back as soon as possible saying when he would come she would make the paratha which he likes, she feels he doesnot eat anything, Rakhi ends the call before listening to what Rishab had to say, Mahesh questions why did she end it, Rakhi asks him to wait and see how he would come back home to his mother, Mahesh exclaims she emotionally blackmailed him but Rakhi doesnot consider it to be blackmailing as this is a love between a mother and her son.
Preeta in the night wonders why did Ganesh not close the front door, she sees Karan with the kit, she asks where is he going so late in night, Karan explains that he was not able to play well so the coach was also angry, he promised he would come back as his routine is all ruined because Rishab is not here, Preeta assures that she would help him with everything and would also wake him in the morning so he must not worry about anything, Karan leaves after appreciating her but when she walks in the house.
Preeta turns questioning what Is Prithvi doing here, he mentions he feels bad for her because Karan is not giving her the due attention which he desires, Preeta scolds him warning that he should not meddle in the matters, Prithvi asks why does she think so wrong of him and must have a conversation as she would feel light.
Preeta asks if she should also call Sherlin as he would feel nice because she knows they both are a couple and she knows about it because of Dr Roshni, Prithvi demands for the explanation, she allows so he responds that everything is just a lie but Preeta questions if it is all a lie why was he with Sherlin, she knows they are a couple since their collage days but what she cannot understand is if he was with Sherlin then why did he desire to marry her in the first place.
Preeta says she cannot understand that if he was with Sherlin why did he desire to marry her, Sherlin was also not married so why did she marry Rishab while being with him, she desires to know what is their true plan, Prithvi is amazed with her intelligence explaining whatever she has just revealed is the truth, he mentions there is just one mistake and it is that he did not like her at first but slowly started loving her because of which Sherlin is constantly scolding him asking what is in Preeta that he goes after her but even after all this he has not stopped loving her.
Preeta in anger slaps her saying he is just an idiotic person, Prithvi replies that he could have slapped her but he feels that her slap is also just something sweet for him, he is madly in love with her, Preeta replies they should then reveal the entire truth to Kritika, he gets tensed while she walks away.
Janki exclaims Shrishti was right to not tell Sarla the entire truth otherwise she would have gotten worried, Shristhi sits on her bed, Janki says if she told her about Prithvi and Sherlin she would have gotten even more tensed, Janki is worried for Preeta because she would be trapped in their plan, Shristhi mentions there is nothing to worry about because now they know the truth so Preeta would reveal the truth in tomorrow’s function, they both are like parasites which ruin the family from the inside, she is just waiting for the moment when Kritika gets to know the truth of Prithvi then she would herself throw them both out of the house, Shrishti exclaims she is just waiting for the moment when the Luthra’s get to know the truth about them both.
Preeta is angrily walking towards Kritika’s room, Prithvi pleads with her to stop but then says she can tell the truth, he mentions that Kritika would not even believe her words because there was an incident that happened amongst them so he made sure Kritika felt she was at mistake because of which she now trust him blindly, Kritika comes asking what has happened, Prithvi explains he has a headache, she after making him sit down goes to call the doctor.
Prithvi standing asks Preeta if she sees the extent of trust which Kritika has in him, she comes back with the prescription then takes Prithvi away, Preeta sees him while he is laughing. Rakhi also comes questioning why Preeta is still awake, they all have to wake up early in the morning and prepare for everything, she has even placed the dress for Sherlin in her room, she will come down after she wakes up while they all would be ready.
In the morning, Sherlin is getting ready in her room, Mahira opens the door, she is stunned to see Sherlin who questions if she is jealous, Mahira replies she can say it because everyone is really happy while she is living in the house like a useless furniture.
Sherlin exclaims it would not have been the case had she not deceived her, Mahira tries to explain she has never left her but when she was not able to do anything in a situation what was her mistake, she exclaims has always apologized then Sherlin says she would have done it but Mahira doesnot have the same position anymore, she would have to prove her loyalty, Mahira asks why is she showing so much attitude, Sherlin explains that she would have the attitude because she is the one who saved Karan and is also giving this family an heir, Shelrin asks Mahira to close the door but when she is still inside she asks to close the door from the outside.
Rakhi is preparing for the function, Dadi asks what time has she given to the guests, Rakhi explains they are going to come shortly, Karina asks where is Sherlin, Rakhi explains she would be getting ready, she asks Preeta to bring the gifts while she brings Sherlin, Preeta says Sanjana jee has arrived, they all greet her and Preeta also wishes her but she doesnot respond like she used to, Sanjana and Karina are having a talk with Dadi.
Rakhi gets a call from Rishab, she answering it exclaims she knows he is coming back as he can never refuse to accept her desire, she cannot be wrong about him but Rishab answers that he knows she is the only one who knows him best but is wrong as he is stuck in an important business meeting so would not be able to come.
Rakhi starts scolding him saying she only desired that he come back because she really misses him, he however tries to explain but Rakhi ends the call, Dadi asks why is she so angry, Rakhi replies she has a reason as she desired that her son be present in the function of her daughter in law but he only cares for his business, his exclamation that he loves her are just words which are meaningless, he doesnot care for her, she exclaims there is nothing to worry about as she will perform the function with a smile on her face, Sanjana seeing Preeta ask her to make tea for them, she orders Ganesh but Sanjana demands Preeta herself make tea for them so she agrees.
Preeta is walking in the hall when she bumps into Prithvi, he is about to shout but seeing her stops accepting that he was the one who made the mistake as she walks while watching, he questions what happened to the claims which she made in the night as he thought she would create a big scene but there is complete silence so what happened, he mentions she thought the confidence is off no use because she doesnot have any proof however he praises for her confidence.
Preeta in confidence exclaims she will reveal his truth in front of everyone, she assures she is not just saying but would reveal the truth, he asks her to reveal it that he really loves, Preeta exclaims that she would reveal his big truth that he is the real father of Sherlin’s child, Preeta asks why would he reveal his truth but she is not an idiot so would look into the truth, she knows as the doctor herself revealed the truth where he took Sherlin, she heard it from Dr Roshni who revealed Sherlin herself said the name of her child if Prithvi, she leaves in anger, Prithvi explains he would have to inform Sherlin.
Sherlin is in her room, Prithvi enters in a hurry exclaiming she is looking really nice, he tries to explain the truth but Sherlin doesnot let him reveal the truth, she asks him to feel that the baby is kicking but she doesnot let him to reveal the truth, he is trying to explain, she doesnot want to listen questioning why does he always have to talk about Preeta when they are talking about the child.
