We started with Francis arriving with Grandma Felly at the restaurant. Grandma Felly apologized to Mayumi for being harsh to her. Mayumi said she understood Grandma Felly was only looking out for Francis. Grandma Felly said she was no longer upset over Froilan’s death. She was happy that Mayumi was pregnant and was ready to welcome a new member in the family.
After Mayumi and Grandma Felly made up, Francis got down on his knee and proposed to Mayumi. She happily said yes. They were celebrating when suddenly, someone fired a gun at them. It was Isabelle but she was not able to shoot anyone because they took cover. She ran off and Francis to go after her. They others called the police and reported Isabelle.
As Mayumi was leaving, she ran into Nikki. Nikki was on her way to warn Mayumi of Isabelle’s plans. Isabelle threatened her with the gun and forced Nikki to go with her. Nikki asked Isabelle to let her out of the car but Isabelle wouldn’t agree. She handed Nikki her phone and asked her to call Ariana. Nikki called the police instead and Isabelle snatched the phone away from her. She was distracted for a while and ended up smashing her car on a tree.
Mayumi wanted to make sure that Isabelle was arrested so she also insisted on going after her. Hernan went with her. The ran into Isabelle as she got out of the crashed car. Hernan tried to reason with Isabelle and asked her to turn herself in. Isabelle however wanted to take his car and flee. She shot Hernan on the leg and took his car. She kidnapped Mayumi who had been sitting in the car.
While in prison, Daphne ran into Grace. She was blind from the injuries she suffered from her fall. She was upset with Grace for turning her in because they had a strong bond. Grace told her that the one who had been using her was Isabelle. She was sure that Luisa and Mayumi would always care for her but she was sure that Isabelle did not care about Daphne. Daphne insisted that Isabelle would get her released once she took Mayumi.
Francis arrived with the police just after Isabelle left. Nikki had been stranded in the car after the accident so Francis asked her where Isabelle was. Nikki said she didn’t know but told Francis that Jigs was waiting at Coco Bella. Francis got the police to arrest her for being Isabelle’s accomplice.
Hernan arrived with his injured leg and told Francis that Isabelle took Mayumi. Francis called Sasha to tell him that Hernan was shot and she brought Luisa to see him at the hospital.
Francis went looking for Jigs at Coco Bella. Jigs tried to shoot him but Francis disarmed him. Francis ran after Jigs but Jigs beat him up. He was celebrating his win in the middle of the road and didn’t see a track coming. The track hit him and he died.
Francis used Jigs’s phone to call Isabelle and she told him to follow her at her company with a getaway car. Francis called the police before heading there to rescue Mayumi.
Isabelle wanted to disfigure Mayumi by throwing her inside a hot chemical. Mayumi disarmed Isabelle and the gun fell in. Isabelle however pulled out a knife and stabbed Mayumi. Mayumi was worried that she might lose the baby but Isabelle did not care. She was about to throw Mayumi in the chemical but slipped. Mayumi tried to pull her up but she was too weak from the stab wound and Isabelle ended up falling in.
Isabelle was all burnt but she still wanted to take revenge against Mayumi. Francis however arrived with the police so Isabelle tried to run. The police cornered her and Hernan (who had insisted on following after getting discharged) once again tried to convince Isabelle to turn herself in. Isabelle saw her burnt image on the mirror and was devastated with the way she looked. She decided to kill herself instead and jumped over the balcony but she survived. She was arrested for her crimes and placed under hospital arrest.
Fortunately, Mayumi did not lose her baby and gave birth to a daughter, Maria. A few years later, she launched Coco Bella internationally. Sasha found love with Bryce and Grace was released from jail. We ended with Mayumi giving a speech to thank her family and friends for always being with her.
