The Rich also cry Thursday 25th May 2023 update on Joyprime, Still at the tennis court, Daniela and Mariana rush to the field crying, Daniela is all over Alberto’s body crying Santiago tries to calm her down and the body of Alberto is covered with a white sheet and taken out of the field, Leon coordinates everything here.

Sofia is at the pitch and sees all these happening therefore she calls Uriel and informs him of the same, Coco and the other workers ask what’s happening and Uriel drops the bombshell, Coco cannot believe this she’s hit hard by the news, and is about to collapse, she cries, Soraya is also informed that Alberto died, she breaks down in tears when she learns that she will no longer see the person she considered a father.
Soraya delivers the news to Elena who cries and asks why they decided to play that stupid game, she remembers about her son Luis and breaks down in tears, and Soraya comforts her.
Victor makes sure that he takes the bottles that were used on the pitch from the young man and he leaves.
Daniela is back at the mansion mourning her lovely husband, she falls on their matrimonial bed and cries, Luis is also with Mariana mourning, Luis blames himself for again picking a fight with his dad just before the match, and he also blames Santiago for if it wasn’t for him, his dad could be still alive, Mariana tries to console him and remind him that it isn’t Santiago’s fault but Luis believes that it is.
Meanwhile, Santiago is remembering the moments he had with Alberto, Mariana enters and they cry together Santiago tells Mariana that she’s better because Alberto left her with Luis and she also has a baby coming, Santiago was left with nothing to hold on it, and they comfort each other.
León prevents the autopsy from being performed on Alberto, he claims that Alberto had a heart disease and therefore the family has decided to let it go, the guy tries to say that the protocol must be followed but Leon refuses and tells him that he should not even try to reach the family as it is their sad and difficult moment.
Elena arrives at the Mansion to console her son, she tells him to take heart and be strong because life has to go on, she also tells him to now think about the will to protect what is fairly his and also to prevent people from taking advantage of his situation for their benefit, though Luis thinks that it’s absurd since it’s too early he comes to agree later that it’s necessary.
Sofia and Uriel discuss how the death of Alberto has hit everyone, she asks how Soraya reacted, and when told she says that Soraya is a pretender.
León is told that Alberto’s body is ready, he asks for a moment with him and he goes in, he laughs at Alberto because he’s now dead, Leon celebrates Alberto’s death because he robbed Daniela from him and now he is going to get Daniela and all of Alberto’s fortunes, he later leaves.
Tamara and Soraya have a little chat about the burial of Alberto and Soraya also talks about how Alberto was so important in her life, Britney comes in, and of course they bad mouth her.
The media are already at the gate yet again, Leon is stopped at the gate and gives a little information to them, the reporter tells the cameraman to cut it and he asks Leon to give him more detailed information, Leon says the family is in shock and therefore there’s no more information he can give.
Britney tries to calm Mariana and Santiago down, she tells Mariana to be careful because of her baby, Santiago thanks Britney for coming through for Mariana, she says yes am here for her but the eye contact speaks for itself differently.
Luis comes out and again treats Santiago like an enemy and looks at him with eyes full of hatred, he tells Mariana to accompany him because Leon is here, Santiago and Britney look shocked at how he’s reacting but anyway, he asks her to accompany him and they leave but as they stand up they are about to hug.
Leon unites the family for a briefing and Elena blames Daniela for Alberto’s death, Santiago does not allow Elena to insult his mother and Luis also can’t allow Santiago to talk to Elena that way, Leon asks for unity as a family they don’t need to fight at this difficult moment and Daniela seconds him.
Things are saddening at work Coco and her colleagues are still mourning for the loss of their boss.
On mourning day, Luis faces Santiago and blames him for playing tennis with his dad when he knew very well that Alberto had a heart disease, they get into a heated argument and later Mariana intervenes.
Leon gets near Daniela and is trying to get her attention by comforting her, Elena sees this and calls Leon aside she wants to speak to him(btw have you realized that Elena’s men always want Daniela,azin she snatched Alberto from Elena and now Leon is fighting to get her)
Luis is very angry and the reporters want to speak to him, our small reporter asks about the will and I think it triggers Luis who decides to go “Mundu khu mundu” The security guys intervene and Beccera orders them to secure the door.
Leon and Elena talk a little about the will and she asks him what is bothering him and he says he’s fine but we are shown that Elena is sensing something fishy.
Tamara is bothering Santiago a lot he tells her to just give him some peace, his friends come to see him and he leaves to go greet them and leaves Tamara on her own.
Patricia and Felipe go to the burial and leave Monse at home to take care of the baby, she doesn’t accept it but she’s forced to.
Soraya talks to Leon about the succession of the company and he tells her that he’s talking to Daniela and Elena and probably they’ll make a good choice, Soraya is happy to hear that Leon is getting things done already.
Dr. Murillo questions the reasons why Alberto’s autopsy was not performed and Luis is like, yes why? he asks Leon who manages to calm him down that it wasn’t necessary because Alberto was sick during his time of death, Luis leaves and Leon talks to Murillo in a very threatening way, Padre and Murillo sense that something is not right.
Elena asks Murillo about what killed Alberto and he’s not sure because the autopsy wasn’t performed, Sofia overhears this, and Elena also senses that something is wrong.
We are shown some moments during the mourning ceremony…
We are now at the burial day, where the family is here to pay their last respect to Alberto, Father Guillermo presides over the ceremony. Luis cries as he remembers the day Matias died.
Daniela and Elena have another cold war after the burial, Leon tells Elena not to mind her she’s just in a mourning mood, Elena gets pissed off because Leon is protecting Daniela instead of her and she leaves.
