Vihaan drags Gauri into his room while Harsh and Arjun try to stop him. Gauri tells Vihaan he will have to say the truth, but Vihaan replies that she is his wife, so she will not work. Harsh and Arjun try to control Vihaan and request him to tell the truth.
Gauri then learns that Harsh and Arjun also know something, so she demands them to speak. She tells Harsh that he knows everything yet only keeps watching. She reminds him that he is a police officer and has failed to follow his responsibility. Gauri begs Harsh to reveal the truth, and Harsh finally tells her about the witch.
Gauri claps and refuses to believe him. She says Harsh is making up a false story, insisting there is no such thing as a witch. Harsh confirms that witches are really after them, but Gauri refuses to accept it. Vihaan tells Harsh and Arjun that they will have to say the truth. He tells Gauri that they are only making stories about the witch, but Gauri wants to know more.
Vihaan then sends Harsh and Arjun away and drags Gauri back inside the room. He locks her in and leaves. Meanwhile, Sunheri controls Sandhya. Harsh asks Vihaan why he is still not telling the truth, and Arjun questions why he is making them look like liars. Vihaan says that if he tells the truth, they will all be separated forever.

Arjun tells Vihaan they will not get separated, and Harsh requests Vihaan to finally speak up. At that moment, Rashmi reveals everything. She tells her sons that Vihaan is not their brother but the son of a dancer. Veena objects, saying Vihaan is their own, and that is why he listens to her.
Rashmi refuses to keep quiet, saying she will not give any sacrifice. Harsh tells her that Vihaan is their elder brother, and Arjun insists he will never leave him. Rashmi asks Harsh and Arjun if they are ready to leave her for Vihaan. She tells Vihaan that if the witches do not leave the house, then she will leave it instead.
Harsh and Arjun are shocked and apologise to Vihaan. They give him hope that they will find another way soon. Vihaan says he has already found a solution. Sunheri overhears this and decides to scare Gauri. She orders Sandhya to do her work.
Vihaan opens the door and calls Gauri out for a conversation. He tells her that he is ready to answer her questions and reminds her that he married her with complete rituals. He says she has equal rights to know the truth but asks her to give him just two months.
Vihaan offers a two-month contract to Gauri and tells her to read it. Gauri learns from the papers that it is a contract marriage and Vihaan asks her to sign. Gauri refuses, saying marriage is not business and she will not treat relationships like contracts.
Vihaan tells her that he will not share anything with her, and she will not listen to him. Gauri then admits that she is the daughter of a dancer, but she declares that Vihaan is not the son of a bar dancer.
