Sweet Love On StarLife Saturday 28th February 2026 Update, UV searches for Katha with full determination. He remembers everything — from accusing Katha to her selfless acts for him. Soon, he finds her badly injured with heavy bleeding on her head. He rushes to her side and tells the unconscious Katha that he will save her.

UV takes Katha to the hospital immediately. He urges the doctors to treat her. The medical staff rush her to the operation theatre. UV gets emotional seeing her condition. Pratty arrives and informs him that all formalities are done and his team is searching for Tejas. UV tells him that Katha is his priority and after she recovers, he will not spare Tejas. He vows to take revenge. Pratty comforts and advises him.
Charu and Shlok also reach the hospital, worried about Katha. UV explains what happened, and both of them are shocked. Pari cries and admits that she is responsible for Katha’s accident. Naina asks UV to explain to Shlok and Charu what really happened. Pari reveals that Tejas used her to reach Naina, and her lies unintentionally created the misunderstanding between Katha and UV. Both Shlok and Charu are shocked. UV blames himself, regretting that he didn’t give Katha a chance to speak and failed to trust her. He remembers all the times Katha helped him and his family. Shlok comforts him.
After surgery, UV asks the doctors about Katha’s condition. They tell him she is out of danger but they must wait until morning for the senior doctor’s assessment. Furious, UV demands the senior doctor be called immediately. Since he isn’t answering, UV and Pratty go to his house and bring him to the hospital. The senior doctor threatens to file a case against UV for misbehavior, but UV insists on treating Katha first. Shlok explains UV’s intentions. The senior doctor examines Katha and warns that she might fall into a coma. Everyone is shocked. The doctor advises not to disturb her and leaves.
UV enters Katha’s hospital room. Recalling his mother’s advice, he asks Pratty to bring Katha’s plants to the hospital. Later, they fill her room with plants. A doctor questions this, but Shlok explains Katha’s connection with the plants and that they bring hope for her recovery. Charu tells Shlok that even if UV and Katha deny it, they share a deep bond.
UV talks to the unconscious Katha, addressing himself as her Maharaj Ji. He pleads with her to recover for the sake of her plants and everyone who cares about her. Outside, everyone becomes emotional seeing his interaction. A doctor takes UV to fill out forms. When he returns, he is shocked not to find Katha in the room.
