Sayali happily opens her dream venture and names it “Phoolwali.” The name carries deep emotions for her because she believes this identity and profession have given her a new direction in life. While arranging flowers and welcoming guests, Sayali realizes how far she has come through hard work and determination. She feels proud that this small beginning can help her build a brighter future.

Family members and guests gather to celebrate the special occasion. Everyone appreciates the creativity and effort behind the floral shop. The atmosphere becomes cheerful and emotional as Sayali receives blessings and encouragement from the people around her. Sachin silently watches her happiness and feels satisfied seeing her confidence grow day by day. Sayali’s mother also thanks Sachin for always supporting her daughter through every struggle and encouraging her dreams.
Suddenly, an unexpected moment shocks everyone when Roshni arrives at the restaurant. Her sudden appearance leaves the Deshmukh family surprised and uncomfortable. Though Roshni warmly congratulates Sayali on the successful opening of the shop, no one seems happy to see her there. The family members believe her presence may create unnecessary tension during the auspicious event.
However, Roshni refuses to stay away and forcefully tries to involve herself as a member of the Deshmukh family again. Renuka becomes extremely angry after seeing her and openly tries to throw her out of the restaurant. The argument creates an awkward atmosphere among the guests. Despite the insults, Roshni remains calm and determined.
At that moment, a manager from an offset company arrives with unexpected news. He informs everyone that the long-awaited order for sixteen flat properties has finally been released in favor of Renuka Plants. The manager also reveals that this success happened because of Roshni’s efforts. According to him, Roshni personally requested the company to release the order in Tejas’s name.
Renuka immediately refuses to accept any favor connected to Roshni. Her anger grows stronger because she does not trust Roshni anymore. But Tejas sees the project as a huge business opportunity and does not want to lose such an important deal. The manager then places an important condition before the family. He says Tejas will only receive the contract if he agrees to complete the deal alongside Roshni.
This condition leaves Renuka furious. She feels Tejas is once again making a foolish decision by giving Roshni another chance in their lives. Meanwhile, Roshni becomes emotional and hopeful. She believes working together may help rebuild her broken relationship with Tejas. Before leaving, she silently hopes that fate will unite them once again.
Later, Renuka visits Mrs. Krishna, the divorce lawyer handling Tejas’s case. Renuka wants to discuss the new business deal and understand how it might affect Tejas’s future decisions regarding Roshni. Tejas and Renuka also visit the lawyer’s office to discuss Roshni’s case. They explain that Roshni’s husband still has to work with her to complete a major business order, which is making the situation more complicated.
The lawyer advises Tejas to be careful while dealing with Roshni. He warns him not to share personal emotions or private details with her because she might emotionally manipulate him and try to stop the divorce proceedings. Renuka becomes even more suspicious after hearing the lawyer’s warning and tells Tejas to stay alert.
Meanwhile, Sachin and Akash arrive at Anish’s shop to discuss the growing issue involving Riya and Neetu. Akash explains that he has already tried convincing Neetu to stop interfering in his married life, but she remains stubborn and refuses to listen to anyone. Instead of feeling guilty or apologizing, Neetu keeps sending emotional and provocative messages to Akash. Her obsession with him has started creating serious tension between Akash and Riya. Seeing Akash helpless and disturbed, Sachin and Anish decide they must take strong action to stop Neetu before the situation gets worse.
Sachin and Akash later decide to confront Neetu directly. They go to the restaurant where she works and try to make her understand the seriousness of her actions. Sachin becomes furious and scolds Neetu for continuously disturbing Akash’s married life even after knowing that he is already married to Riya. However, Neetu fearlessly admits that she loves Akash deeply. She openly says that she does not expect Akash to return her feelings, but she will continue loving him no matter what happens in the future.
Her stubborn confession makes Sachin even angrier. Losing his patience, he gives Neetu a strict ultimatum. He demands that she visit Riya within two days and sincerely apologize for creating problems in her marriage. Sachin also threatens that if she refuses, he will destroy her business and make her regret her actions. Neetu is shocked by his harsh warning but still does not agree to change her behavior.
Later that night, an unexpected incident takes place at Neetu’s restaurant. Two unknown goons enter the place and start creating trouble. Neetu bravely tries to stop them from causing damage, but the situation quickly turns violent. The men attack her badly, leaving her injured and terrified. The shocking incident creates confusion and raises many questions about who actually sent those goons.
The next morning, Sachin returns home after spending the entire night outside. Paresh becomes extremely angry with him because he had already warned Sachin not to drive passengers late at night anymore. Renuka also taunts Sachin for earning less money than his wife and criticizes his irresponsible behavior.
Amid the family argument, Akash suddenly enters the house in anger. He directly accuses Sachin of attacking Neetu the previous night. Sachin is completely shocked because he has no idea why Akash is blaming him for something he did not do. The misunderstanding creates a huge conflict between the two brothers.
