Mallika tells Vishaka that they must reveal the truth to Vikrant before Mannat does. She explains that they can earn his trust by telling him everything that evening. If they reveal the truth first, Vikrant will trust them more, and they can turn the situation in their favour. He will believe that they are the ones who want him to know the truth. Vishaka agrees that the plan is good but asks how they will execute it, as Mannat is always giving her a hard time and is determined to ruin her plans. Mallika says Mannat is not at home, so carrying out the plan now will be easy. Vishaka praises her intelligence.

Meanwhile, Roni admires Vikrant’s picture and expresses his love for him. Neetu also confesses her feelings for her son. She admits that she was wrong but insists that she loves him very much.
Elsewhere, Dadi wants to meet Dhairya and notices him nearby. She tries to alert him, but the nurse stops her. Dadi pleads with the nurse to let her go, but the nurse accuses her of creating a scene.
At the same time, Mannat distributes Diwali gifts to the elders. Dhairya asks the compounder to give him the patients’ list and their ID details. The nurse tells him that nobody from the hospital contacted him, but Dhairya insists that she is wrong. He explains that someone called him from there and was determined to speak with him. He believes that the person wanted to share something important and wonders if it could be related to one of the cases he handled.
Mannat notices that Dhairya looks worried. A reporter takes her picture, but Mannat stops her and explains that she is giving the gifts from her heart and does not need publicity. The reporter says she came to cover another story, but seeing Mannat’s kindness has touched her. She wants to cover the gift distribution first, hoping that more people will be encouraged to donate to the place after seeing Mannat’s gesture. Mannat agrees.
Later, Vishaka drinks fake blood and pretends to cough. Neetu and Roni become worried about her, while Mallika secretly records everything. Vishaka claims that she is going to die and wants to hug her son for the last time. She also says that they separated her from her Aman and tries to provoke Neetu and Roni.
Meanwhile, Mannat notices a woman coughing and goes to get her some medicine. The nurse becomes worried because Dadi is upstairs and fears that Mannat might see her. Dadi pushes the nurse and runs away. The compounder informs the nurse about what has happened.
At the Saluja house, Vishaka creates a scene and brings up the past, accusing Neetu of being responsible for everything. Neetu admits that she made mistakes but argues that Dadi was the one who sold Aman to Vishaka. She also says that Vishaka was not a good mother to him. According to Neetu, Aman became a successful businessman under Vishaka’s guidance, and she gave him a luxurious lifestyle and upbringing that Neetu could not have provided. She accuses Vishaka of being greedy and selling her son for money.
Vishaka denies this and claims that Dadi was the one who sold Aman, saying that she was hurt by what happened. Neetu argues that if she had known Vishaka’s true character, she would have brought Dhairya along with Vikrant. Mallika continues recording their argument.
Meanwhile, the nurse manages to capture Dadi. Mallika and Vishaka decide to reveal the truth to Vikrant at Mezbani. Shalini overhears their plan and decides to alert Mannat. When Mallika looks for Vikrant, Shalini lies that he is not there and has already gone home. Mallika reminds her that she saw him earlier, but Shalini insists that he may have received a call from home and left. Mallika informs Vishaka about this and worries that Mannat might return home soon. Shalini thinks that since Mannat is not answering her calls, she must make sure Mallika does not meet Vikrant.
At the hospital, Mannat notices the nurse and compounder trying to attack Susheela. She immediately intervenes and demands to know what they are doing. The nurse lies that Susheela is mentally unstable and often attacks people. She claims that Susheela escaped and that they were only trying to control her. Mannat refuses to believe them, saying she clearly saw them attacking her.
Susheela faints after mentioning Dhairya’s name. Mannat threatens to call Dhairya and questions whether Susheela was trying to meet him. She demands to know what is happening and whether they are hiding something from her. The compounder warns Mannat to stay quiet, but she becomes suspicious that something is wrong.
Meanwhile, Vikrant arrives at Mezbani. Laksh explains that Mannat had planned to prepare some dishes but became busy, so he is preparing them instead. Vikrant thinks that Mannat and Dhairya have gone somewhere together. He calls Dhairya to confirm, but Dhairya tells him that he is on duty. Vikrant then hears Shruthi telling the children to check their gifts and begins to suspect that Dhairya is lying to him.
Later, Neetu feels guilty for hiding such a big truth from Vikrant. Roni comforts her, but Neetu fears that Vikrant will hate her when he learns everything. Roni assures her that this is impossible because she loves Vikrant so much and nobody will ever love him the way she does. He tells her that she is the best mother to him.
Mannat calls Dhairya, but the nurse refuses to let her leave. Dhairya eventually arrives, and Mannat tells him that the hospital staff are doing something wrong. She explains that she saw them attacking an elderly woman. Dhairya questions the nurse and compounder, then notices Dadi and immediately hugs her, revealing that she is his grandmother.
Mannat informs Dhairya that the staff were trying to inject Dadi with medicine and that she stopped them. She adds that they threatened her when she intervened. Dhairya threatens to send them to jail. The nurse then reveals Vishaka’s name, explaining that Vishaka had instructed her to inject Susheela with the medicine every day. Dhairya becomes furious and refuses to believe that his mother could be involved. He threatens to shoot them.
Susheela regains consciousness and confirms that the nurse and compounder are telling the truth. She tells Dhairya that Vishaka is not the good person he believes her to be. She says Vishaka is a bad woman who is neither a good wife nor a good mother. Dhairya struggles to believe her and thinks there must be some misunderstanding. However, Susheela explains that Vishaka tried to kill her and that she only managed to escape by God’s grace.
Meanwhile, Roni tells Neetu that Mannat is there to help them. He describes her as a blessing and assures Neetu that Mannat will get justice for them because she has always been a fighter.
Mannat then reveals to Dhairya that after he left, Vishaka made a deal with Roni. She demanded that the entire property be transferred into her name in exchange for keeping the truth hidden. Mannat explains that Vishaka is not interested in Vikrant but only wants money.
Susheela further reveals that Roni paid for Dhairya’s father’s surgery. Although Roni apologised to her for their mistakes, Vishaka refused to allow the surgery to happen. As a result, Dhairya’s father died without receiving proper treatment. Susheela also confirms that Vishaka sold Vikrant for 50 lakh and was involved in everything while making Susheela look like the villain in front of everyone. She reveals that Vishaka was the mastermind behind it all.
Dhairya regrets believing his mother and realises that he was wrong about her.
Meanwhile, Mallika notices Vikrant’s car and realises that Shalini lied to her. She decides to go and reveal the truth to Vikrant.
