Saras and Kumud On Starlife Tuesday 14th October 2025 Update, Saras introduces Kumud to his mother, saying, “Maa, she is Kumud.” Saraswati gets scared and says no, she is their enemy who wants to harm them. She shouts that Kumud wants to kill her and asks her to leave. Everyone looks shocked. Kumud cries and runs away, while Guniyal cries in Badimaa’s arms. Saras quickly follows Kumud. Badimaa says Saraswati must have been stressed after seeing everyone suddenly and needs rest.

Kumud goes to her room and cries. Saras comes after her, and she hugs him, asking why his mother said she’s her enemy. She says she doesn’t understand why Saraswati thinks she took everything from her. Saras gently tells her that his mother isn’t fully well yet. She doesn’t recognize people and gets scared of new faces. Right now, she only remembers him. He tells Kumud that they must help her recover completely. He assures her that one day, Saraswati will love her too. Kumud says she will always be with him and hugs him tightly.
Saras comforts her and kisses her forehead. Meanwhile, Guniyal sits beside Saraswati and prays for her recovery. Saraswati falls asleep. Kusum enters with a glass of milk for her aunt. Guniyal says not now, as she’s sleeping. Kusum says she still can’t believe Saraswati returned after so many years. Guniyal agrees and says they should be grateful to God for bringing her back. She believes there must be a reason behind her return. Suddenly, Saraswati wakes up crying because her baby toy is missing. Guniyal and Kusum try to calm her down.

Kusum finds the toy and gives it to her. Saraswati hugs it tightly, saying it scared her by hiding. She starts singing a lullaby to the toy. Guniyal and Kusum feel sad seeing her state and quietly leave. In his room, Kabir cries thinking about his mother’s mental condition. Someone knocks, and he quickly wipes his tears. Anushka enters and says she knows he’s hurt that his mother didn’t recognize him, but he should also see the positive side. She says God has reunited him with his mother and promises that he’ll soon get her love. Kabir hugs her but then moves away, saying he’ll be back soon.
Guniyal tells Kusum that after Saraswati’s disappearance, Saras changed completely. Watching his mother drown broke him, and he shut his heart to everyone. But after meeting Kumud, he learned to smile again. She says Kumud taught him how to live, and she feels Saraswati’s blessings brought them together. She adds that if Saraswati knew Kumud was her daughter-in-law, she would have been happy. But now, Saraswati sees her as a threat. Kusum wonders what’s going on and asks if Nandu Kaka knows about Saraswati’s return. Guniyal says Saras promised to call him.
Badimaa visits Saraswati and sees her talking to the toy. She starts talking about old times, reminding her that they were like sisters and that Saras was also like her son. She tells Saraswati that Kumud isn’t her enemy; she’s kind and pure-hearted, just like the flowers offered to God. Meanwhile, Kumud sits alone, remembering what Badimaa said about Saraswati’s suicide and thinking about Saras’ pain. She recalls how broken he was and how much he’s been through because of his mother’s absence.
Badimaa tells Saraswati that she’s lucky to have Kumud as her daughter-in-law, as she truly loves Saras and would take care of her too. She notices Saraswati falling asleep and smiles before leaving.
Later, Kumud quietly enters Saraswati’s room and sees her sleeping. She smiles through tears and whispers that she loves Saras deeply and has always felt her presence in their lives. She prays for her quick recovery and says that her Chandra (Saras) is waiting for her. Then, she leaves the room.
COMING UP
