Rajinikant, however, criticizes Meghla’s performance, saying her stage presence was weak. Meghla feels hurt, while Adrija looks pleased. Ranbir silently hopes Meghla still gets good scores. When the judges announce the results, Anurag questions why Rajinikant gave Meghla such a low score despite her impressive performance. Chandan says Rajinikant must have his reasons, but Anurag remains disappointed.

Neha takes the stage next. Adrija enjoys her performance while Meghla begins feeling uneasy with her throat. After Neha finishes, Rajinikant praises her, saying she has a strong chance of reaching the finals. Siddharth and Antara also compliment Neha, mentioning that her chances are high if she keeps performing well. Neha’s score turns out to be higher than Meghla’s. Adrija cheers openly but quickly hides her excitement and sits down. Harman expresses his worries to Param about Neha surpassing Meghla. Adrija smugly comments that reaching the finals won’t be easy, while Simran reminds her that Meghla is still her sister. Param adds that Rajinikant’s bias is quite clear, and the family continues to hope for Meghla’s victory.

Piyush performs next. During his act, Meghla starts coughing badly, worrying Sachin. She signals that she’s fine, though her discomfort is clear. Neha notices Meghla’s struggle and feels pleased. After Piyush’s performance, Rajinikant praises him, while Antara and Siddharth advise him to improve his stage presence. They then announce his scores. Sachin follows with his performance, which the judges enjoy. Even though they compliment him, they still provide feedback before giving scores. Meghla continues to struggle with her throat, unable to hide her discomfort.
Ranbir complains to Arjun about sitting through the long event and moves to sit beside Meher on the couch. The host then announces a short break before the next round. During the break, Meher once again praises Meghla for her beautiful singing. Chandan proudly tells Meghla that he’s happy with her performance and gets emotional. Meghla comforts him and asks Anurag for his thoughts. Anurag praises her but Meghla admits she’s unsure if she performed her best. Everyone reassures her that she’s a wonderful singer. Siddharth joins them, teasing Meghla and Ranbir by dedicating a song to them before offering advice and walking away.
Ranbir tells Meghla how proud he is of her, and she hugs him emotionally. Adrija watches from a distance, annoyed. She approaches to interrupt them, pretending to compliment Meghla before walking away when Neha calls her. Ranbir’s cousins then join Meghla and Ranbir, showering her with praise. Meghla smiles happily but suddenly starts coughing again, worrying everyone around her. Ranbir quickly asks if she’s okay. Meghla admits her throat feels strange, making everyone anxious.
Neha quietly tells Adrija that she has successfully executed her plan against Meghla. Adrija looks pleased as Neha leaves, promising to meet after the semifinals. Watching Meghla’s condition worsen, Adrija feels completely satisfied.
