Tamanna recalls how she paid the priest to give Avani a tough puja that she cannot complete. Later Avani arranges everything for the puja. She prays to god to help Shikhar save his job and make sure nothing goes wrong. Rudra calls Anika and wishes her happy chocolate day. He asks her to meet him. She refuses at first. He lies that he learned to prepare chocolate for her and now it will all go to waste before he ends the call. He thinks he played with her mind psychologically so she will definitely come out. Anika feels touched that he chose to make chocolate instead of buying one. She wants to meet him and informs him that she will go out.
Rudra smirks when he hears it. He tells her he has a surprise and injects drugs into the chocolate. He plans to teach her a lesson today. Meanwhile Avani gets ready for the puja. The priest reminds her not to make any mistakes. She nods. Suman brings the kalash. The priest sends Suman to get a matchbox. He asks Avani to close her eyes and chant the mantra. Tamanna sneaks in and adds a scorpion to the kalash. She hides when Suman and Ashok come and escapes without anyone noticing.
Avani places the kalash on her head. She stands on one leg while chanting the mantra. Rudra comes to pick up Anika. He praises her dress and says he has a surprise. She says she has a small surprise for him too and reaches for her bag but he throws it to the back seat. Shikhar gets ready for office. Tamanna hugs him from behind. He says someone might see them. She tells him he looks so handsome that she could not control herself. She assures him he will impress the client. He wants to reach the office fast. She asks him to check the file once for safety. He finds the file corrupted and searches for his pendrive.
Tamanna thinks she stole the pendrive this way. Shikhar will ruin the meeting because of the missing pendrive. All blame will fall on Avani since she could not complete the puja and brought this bad omen. Shikhar checks Tamanna’s bag too. She remembers hiding it in Anika’s bag. He asks Suman to search for the pendrive. Tamanna secretly calls the client’s assistant to cancel the meeting so she can fix it for tomorrow. She plans to blame Avani for the loss today and take credit for fixing the meeting later. Suman spots the scorpion on Avani’s hand and calls Shikhar for help. Shikhar tells her to quit the puja. He is ready to take any responsibility and does not care if he loses the deal. He uses a stick to remove the scorpion.
Avani keeps risking her life to finish the ritual. Shikhar says he is ready to face the consequences and advises her to stop. He gets a call from the client and assures him he will reach soon. Tamanna asks how he will face him without the pendrive. He says he has to meet on time at least and leaves with Tamanna. Avani feels tired and faints. She recalls Shikhar’s words and thinks he did not mention Anika’s bag yet. She asks Ashok to call Anika. Meanwhile Anika is surprised by Rudra’s arrangements. He asks her to eat the chocolate. She says she knows what he mixed in it. He gets shocked. She laughs and says he added his love. She has no expensive gift but has a surprise too and is about to feed him chocolate when Avani calls.
Avani asks Anika to check if Shikhar’s pendrive is in her bag. Anika finds it and tells her. Avani urges her to give it to Shikhar fast or he will lose his job. Anika agrees and tells Rudra she has to leave for an emergency. Rudra clenches his fist in anger. Shikhar meets the client on time and explains the project. Tamanna thinks he is doing well even without the pendrive. The client asks for the demo. Shikhar says he does not have it because the files got corrupted and the pendrive is missing. The client says if he cannot protect a pendrive how will he handle the project and refuses the deal. Shikhar pleads for one more chance but gets denied. Anika brings the pendrive at the right moment and the client gives him another chance.
Later the doctor tells Suman to take good care of Avani and gives her an anti-venom injection. Shikhar brings Tamanna there. He takes his mother’s blessing and says he got the deal because of it. She tells him to thank Avani because she risked her life for the puja. Tamanna gets disappointed. She says she and Shikhar worked hard on the presentation but Suman is giving all credit to Avani. Suman says she did not deny their efforts but Avani helped save Shikhar’s job. Shikhar thanks Avani. She says she did it for herself because he is her husband and she will do anything for him. Tamanna leaves angry.
Anika talks secretly with Rudra. He says her mom ruined their moment and suggests meeting again for hug day. She agrees. Tamanna motivates Anika. Later Shagun visits Avani and complains she got tired taking blessings at the wedding. Suman makes fun of her. Avani says they are happy today so she will cook for everyone. Meanwhile Shikhar gives a teddy bear to Tamanna and expresses his feelings. Rudra gives a teddy bear to Anika and fakes his love. She feels flattered. Kittu gives Anika a teddy and greeting from her. Avani finds out the truth and contacts Rudra. He threatens to leak Anika’s video. Avani warns him to stay away from her daughter. He ends the call.
