My Journey To You On ZeeWorld Wednesday 5th August 2026 Update, Virat pampers Amruta and asks her to take good care of herself. He tells her to enjoy the next nine months of her life without worrying about anything. Meanwhile, Manvi regains consciousness and asks the doctor what happened. The doctor tells her to stay strong and explains that she fell badly, putting her baby in danger. He apologizes because they couldn’t save the baby.

Manvi is shattered. She refuses to believe her baby is gone and cries uncontrollably. Hugging a pillow, she sings a lullaby as if her baby is still with her. The doctor and nurse feel sorry for her. When the doctor gently tells her again that her baby has died, Manvi loses her temper and demands that Rajiv be called. The doctor then reveals that Rajiv is dead too. Unable to accept the truth, she breaks down. The nurse calls the staff for help, and Manvi is given an injection before she faints.
Back at home, Babita, Dildar, and Nimrit warmly welcome Virat and Amruta. Babita performs their aarti, and everyone congratulates the couple on the pregnancy. Amruta thanks them for their love. Nimrit informs the family that Manvi has lost her baby and is deeply traumatised by Rajiv’s death, so she is being transferred to a mental asylum. The family feels sorry for the unborn child. Virat explains that he and Amruta only acted to protect themselves and never wanted any harm to come to Manvi’s baby. Babita agrees and tells everyone to stop talking about the past and move forward.
Babita has arranged a few surprises for the couple. Soon, Abhir arrives with his mother, while Anjali brings a special cake for Virat and Amruta. The family happily cuts the cake and celebrates together. However, Abhir’s mother provokes him, and he enters the celebration singing in a mocking tone. His arrival spoils the happy atmosphere. He reminds everyone that they needed him when Virat wasn’t around. Virat loses his patience, warns Abhir to leave, and also lectures his mother. He says Abhir might end up in a mental asylum just like Manvi. Amruta tries to stop Virat, but he asks her to let him handle it.
Virat says he no longer trusts Abhir. With their baby on the way, he doesn’t even want Abhir’s shadow near their child. Amruta agrees. She reminds Abhir that the family has suffered enough because of him and that he wasted every chance they gave him to change. She firmly asks him to leave. Babita also orders Abhir and his mother to get out, and they finally leave.
At the mental asylum, Manvi spends her time colouring a teddy bear and talking to it. Abhir visits her and is saddened by her mental condition. He blames the Ahujas for everything that has happened to her. He says Virat took away Rajiv and even her unborn baby. Abhir declares that the Ahujas are his enemies too and promises to destroy their happiness. He says a new game is about to begin because Virat has taken away the woman he loves, Amruta. Manvi is unable to understand his words, but Abhir remains determined to take revenge.
Later, Amruta checks the front door at home. Suddenly, in her imagination, Manvi appears and says she won’t spare Amruta for taking everything away from her. Manvi stabs her, and Amruta wakes up screaming. She realises it was only a nightmare. Hearing Babita and Bhavani arguing over sweets, she smiles and reminds herself not to let stress affect her.
Virat returns home and asks Amruta if she is alright. She says she is happy because their real life is much more beautiful than her nightmare. Virat takes her to their room as he gets ready for a meeting. Amruta buttons up his shirt, and the two share a light-hearted moment. Virat asks if something is bothering her and reminds her she can always tell him anything.
Meanwhile, Abhir visits the mental asylum again. He bribes the warden and tells her to take special care of Manvi. He also makes sure nobody stops him from meeting her whenever he wants. The warden happily accepts the money and promises that Manvi will receive five-star treatment without anyone finding out. Abhir visits Manvi again and assures her that together they will destroy the Ahujas.
As time passes, Virat and the family continue taking special care of Amruta during her pregnancy. She enjoys every moment and feels loved. Days go by, and Virat feels blessed to have her in his life. Babita and Bhavani continue their playful arguments while looking after Amruta. Soon, Amruta enters her eighth month of pregnancy.
Even then, Amruta continues to have nightmares about Rajiv and Manvi. She worries that these dreams might affect her peace of mind. Virat notices her mood and tries to cheer her up with a joke, making her smile. Elsewhere, Dildar asks Anjali to make proper arrangements for Amruta’s Godhbharai ceremony.
Amruta asks Babita and Bhavani to stop arguing about the decorations. She suddenly feels slight stomach cramps, and Virat immediately becomes concerned. Amruta asks Babita and Bhavani to read pregnancy articles so they will know what to expect. They laugh and tell her that she already knows everything, but Amruta asks them not to stress themselves.
Virat continues worrying about Amruta’s health. Bhavani advises him not to overthink. He says Amruta deserves the best and that he can’t bear the thought of anything happening to her or the baby. Bhavani comforts him, assuring him that both Amruta and the baby will be fine. She tells him to let go of his fears, and Virat thanks her for easing his mind. Even so, he decides to take Amruta for another check-up because he feels she is carrying too much stress inside.
Bhavani says Amruta always thinks about everyone else and never shares her own problems. They decide Nimrit should spend some time with her and find out what is troubling her.
Later, Amruta smiles as she feels the baby kick. She excitedly calls Virat, but Nimrit reaches her first with gifts for the baby. Amruta asks Nimrit to feel the baby’s kick. Nimrit becomes emotional as she experiences the beautiful moment.
Amruta opens up to Nimrit about the stress she has been hiding. Nimrit encourages her to focus only on her health and not overthink everything. Amruta thanks her and sweetly says the baby will call Nimrit “Mumma,” making Nimrit very happy.
Later, Amruta gets busy with her work. Virat brings food for her, but she suddenly craves vada pav and asks for ginger tea as well. He tells her to eat healthy food first before surprising her with the vada pav she wanted. The two share another sweet moment together.
