Meanwhile, Abhir asks Nimrit to give a glass of water to Manvi. Nimrit gives him an empty glass. Abhir takes water and leaves. Nimrit remembers the pill given by Harsh to control Manvi. She adds the pill to the water and thinks Abhir will give it to Manvi.
Amruta apologizes to Virat and says he should have let her die instead of taking help from Abhir and Manvi. Virat says he can’t live without her. He accepts that he made a mistake and requests her never to leave him. Amruta says she can never leave him and reveals that she only created the drama to bring out the truth.
Virat thinks the accident might have been planned by Manvi. Amruta says they can face Abhir and Manvi together. Virat says he doesn’t understand how Manvi can plan everything because she is not mentally stable. Amruta says she doesn’t believe Manvi’s act. She reminds him how Manvi remembered Rajiv and attacked her. She feels Manvi and Abhir are hiding something.
Nimrit sees Manvi drinking the water and feels relieved. She informs Harsh about it. Virat feels happy that Amruta is not leaving him. He asks her not to shock him like this again. Amruta says she can never live without him.
Virat receives a call from Dr. Solanki and agrees to meet him regarding Amruta’s case. He informs Amruta about the call and asks her not to worry.
Manvi tells Abhir that she is not feeling well. Abhir worries about her. Nimrit comes there with a pill for nausea, but Manvi refuses to take it. Abhir asks Nimrit to call the doctor. Dr. Solanki meets Virat and Amruta. He reveals that Amruta’s kidneys are healthy and she never had any kidney transplant. Virat is shocked and says it is impossible. He asks Bhavani to bring the reports.
Dr. Solanki checks the reports and confirms that they were tricked by the gynecologist. He says Amruta never had a transplant and there are no surgical marks on her body. Virat and Amruta are shocked. Virat realizes that it was Abhir’s plan, and Amruta says Abhir lied to them.

They return home to confront Abhir. Virat says he will not forgive Abhir for using Amruta and Vrinda. They are surprised to see Dr. Shweta there. She says Abhir called her to check on Manvi. Amruta taunts her for the deception.
Babita and Bebe wait for food. Manvi comes and adds something to the soup. She forces Bebe to drink it. Babita gets suspicious and asks if Manvi is trying to harm Bebe. Nimrit scolds Manvi and says she will call the mental asylum staff to take her away. Abhir defends Manvi. Dildar gets angry and says Manvi was adding poison to Bebe’s food.
Manvi claims she was only joking and wanted to make them happy. She apologizes and leaves.
Virat confronts Dr. Shweta about Amruta’s fake kidney transplant. Amruta scolds her for putting them through so much pain. Virat asks Dr. Shweta to reveal Abhir’s plan. He warns that he will send her to jail.
Dr. Shweta says she is not a bad person but Abhir and Manvi blackmailed her. She says she was helpless. Virat warns her not to cheat them again.
Abhir finds Harsh treating Manvi and asks him to leave. Harsh says he is a doctor and needs to treat his patient. Abhir suspects him and says he might harm Manvi. Harsh injects Manvi, and Abhir asks him to leave.

Dr. Shweta finally reveals the truth. She admits that Abhir and Manvi blackmailed her and forced her to lie about Amruta’s kidney transplant. She also reveals that Manvi was faking her mental illness to escape jail.
Virat and Amruta learn about Abhir and Manvi’s plan. Dr. Shweta reveals that Kishor, Ahuja’s servant, was Abhir’s spy and informed him about Amruta’s condition.
Virat scolds Dr. Shweta for betraying them, but Amruta asks him to let her go. She tells Dr. Shweta not to reveal anything to Abhir and Manvi. Dr. Shweta agrees and leaves.

Amruta tells them that Manvi also lied about the kidney transplant. She wants to expose all her lies.
Virat and Amruta pretend to argue in front of Abhir and Manvi. Amruta says she will take Vrinda away. Virat demands Vrinda’s custody. Amruta asks him to take the company shares as well. Abhir and Manvi smile, thinking their plan is working.
Bebe tells Virat that Manvi tried to harm her. Babita reveals that Manvi added rat poison to the food. Amruta says Abhir and Manvi are dangerous and hints to Dildar about their plan.
Abhir asks Manvi to rest and promises to take her for an ice cream treat later. He apologizes to Dildar for not going to the office but later changes his mind and agrees to come.
Manvi thinks of a way to kill Amruta. Abhir reminds her of their deal and asks her not to harm Amruta. Manvi promises she will not hurt Amruta or him.
The next day, Harsh tells Amruta about Manvi’s lies. They plan to expose her truth. Amruta spends time with the family and says she wants to make good memories before leaving. She plays music and dances.
Abhir believes Amruta will leave Virat and come to him. Manvi still wants to kill Amruta.
Virat tells Harsh that Abhir and Manvi have not come out yet. Suddenly, Shekhar arrives. He apologizes for not being with them during their difficult time.
