My Journey To You On ZeeWorld Monday 25th May 2026 Update, Virat told Amruta that he regretted one thing. He said he should never have married her forcefully and that he should have asked for her permission first. Right then they overheard Wendy and Babita arguing again, so the two of them left for Jahan’s apartment.

At the house Wendy kept pointing out how Babita never did any work. Babita replied that she didn’t need to because Virat had already made veggie sandwiches in the morning, Nimrit cleaned the bathroom, and Dildar cleaned the whole house. Wendy suggested Babita could at least help serve everyone. Babita got irritated and asked why Wendy always argued with her and criticized her. She brushed off the comments and got ready to eat. Wendy then warned that from tomorrow she would make food for everyone. Babita sarcastically brought up Bhavani, saying she could cook for a hundred people but found it hard to cook for five extra. She asked Bhavani if they felt uncomfortable because the family wasn’t paying her. Bhavani replied that it wasn’t about money. She explained that they were hardworking people and with so many in the house now, they should divide the work to share the burden.
Virat stepped in and told Wendy to let him know what Babita needed to do so he could handle it. Wendy asked him to get plates and dishes and serve everyone, and Virat agreed. Babita felt angry inside, thinking how Amruta once lived with all the luxuries in their home and now they were making Virat work like a servant. When she accidentally dropped some bowls on the floor, she accused Wendy of placing them there on purpose so she could get injured. The two argued about it while Bhavani commented on Babita’s behavior and told Amruta she stayed calm only because Amruta treated them like family.
Amruta went up to Babita and explained that everyone had placed the bowls on the table as usual, so she should have been more careful. She asked what Babita’s real issue was, noting that Jahan owned the house and should feel the most inconvenienced by the extra people, yet he still helped everyone and did his share. Amruta questioned why Babita had such a problem doing her part. Babita refused to pick up the bowls just because of the lecture and said she never expected Amruta to think she would. Virat offered to clean them up but Babita insisted on doing it herself. She then told Wendy straight that she would never accept Amruta as her daughter-in-law no matter what. No one could force her by making her do servant work, and she declared she would become the wealthy Babita Ahuja again before storming off.
Dildar later approached Babita and asked why she hated Amruta so much. Babita complained that he only cared about Amruta and not her. She said she had never done housework and felt humiliated being forced to do it now. Dildar pointed out that if everyone did their own work, no one would be a servant, and he reminded her how Bhavani had been working nonstop for all of them. Babita argued it was in Bhavani’s nature but she herself was a businesswoman who had never done such chores and never would. Amruta overheard the whole conversation.
Later at the dining table, both Babita and Bhavani asked Amruta for Puran Poli at the same time. Amruta served Bhavani first and praised her hard work right in front of Babita. She told Babita not to take the words personally. When Babita made a comment, Amruta replied that Virat would stand up for her if anyone insulted her, and she would stand by Bhavani the same way. She added that Babita should speak out when she was being rude like this. Virat thanked Bhavani for always cooking for them and praised her food. When Wendy tried to interrupt, Virat stopped her and said he wasn’t praising Bhavani to impress anyone but because he genuinely liked her cooking. He even added that if possible he would like to become a chef in Bhavani’s business. Jahan heard this and praised Virat.
Virat then asked Babita to eat something. He understood she was very upset since she had never done housework before. He asked her not to say anything to Bhavani because they had a roof over their heads thanks to her. He also clarified that Amruta didn’t mean to taunt her, encouraged everyone to eat, and said he had some work before leaving.
While reflecting on how to handle everything, Virat was approached by Amruta. She asked him to close his eyes and placed a box in his hand. When he opened his eyes it was his favorite protein shake box, but she explained the shake inside was homemade. Virat realized Amruta had recycled his empty boxes with Bhavani’s help. She asked him to try it the next day but he said he couldn’t because he would be fasting. Amruta teased him that he wouldn’t be able to keep the Karwa Chauth fast. Virat insisted he could do it better than her. Amruta replied it wasn’t a competition and they shared a lighthearted moment. He jokingly wished she would have a husband like him in every life. Amruta teased him back and left.
Rajiv handed a geyser to his henchman. The henchman asked if Rajiv had thought about how he would enter Jahan’s house since getting caught while changing the geyser would cause problems. Rajiv dismissed the worry and the henchman assured him he would handle it.
Amruta visited Nimrit, who shared that she had planned many things for her first Karwa Chauth but life took another turn. Amruta suggested she could still do Ganesh Pooja and keep the fast. When Nimrit worried that Bebe and Babita would get angry if they found out, Amruta told her they could keep it a secret.
