Malhar tells that everyone is lying and says he will not leave Atharv. Sarthak asks Malhar to calm down. Judge says this is contempt of court. Atharv’s lawyer shows video proof to prove Malhar bad. Aao Saheb says Kalyani must have realized that she has done wrong. Malhar breaks the table and says if something happens to her then I will not leave you alive, even if I have to spend my life in jail. Sarthak, Pawar and other Inspector hold him and take him inside. Sarthak asks Malhar to calm down. Judge tells that Malhar’s second wife didn’t come and that’s why this court is giving Moksh’s custody to…Kalyani comes there
with Moksh and says to his baba’s Malhar Rane. Anupriya asks her where did you go? Kalyani says I went to bring Moksh as he can’t stay from Malhar ji. Malhar gets emotional. Aao Saheb reminds Kalyani of her deal and tells that you have broken your promise so soon. Kalyani says even you had promised that you will not let anyone give statement against Malhar, but broke the promise. Malhar cries.
Kalyani tells Aao Saheb that I am your blood and have learnt lying from you. Sampada asks Kalyani to give Moksh etc. Kalyani tells that even Moksh wants to stay with his father. Kalyani tells that she has some video proofs in which their wrong doings is proved, she says Pallavi provoked Malhar against Moksh, Sampada told Malhar that she had left him as she was sure that Atharv will become rich by true means, and says you will see all this, but you will also see this and tells that in the CD you will also see Malhar taking care of moksh, and tells that Malhar never misbehaved with her, but was upset with her initially because of the Sampada’s letter. She tells that Malhar’s anger was justified for her and for atharv and Sampada. Malhar wipes his flowing tears..Anupriya tells judge that she knows Malhar since his childhood and he never thinks of anyone’s bad. Judge says it is clearly proved from the video in which it is proved that Malhar Rane is a good father and can take good care of Moksh. He says it is also proved that Sampada eloped with Atharv and is not a good mother. He asks Kalyani if she took Malhar’s sign on the divorce papers forcibly? Kalyani nods her head. Judge says this means they are still married shocking everyone. Atul says my daughter’s marriage is void then…Judge says they have to give a chance to each other for the baby’s sake and shall stay with each other. Kalyani objects and says how can you give Billu’s custody to Sampada, and says this is not possible. He says it is proved how is she and says how can you give Moksh to her. she asks Billu to tell who is his real Aai. Judge calls her Miss Kalyani and asks her to calm down. Kalyani shouts and says she is Mrs. Kalyani Rane. She runs towards the judge and throws the ink, and says you will not write the verdict now. Judge says if she don’t keep quiet then contempt of court will be on her. Kalyani shouts and says nobody can separate my son from me.
Malhar says you have seen how this woman (Sampada ) is and says I can’t stay with her. He says Kalyani is the only mother of Moksh. Sampada shouts and says she don’t want to live with Malhar. Judge says this case will continue after break and asks them to decide if they agree to live with each other else the court will give the baby’s custody to some other couple. Everyone is shocked. Sampada scolds the Lawyer and says why did we give so much money to you and for what? Atharv says this thing happened because of Aao Saheb’s big talks and says if I wanted then I will close your mouth for forever, but I will not do as the mistake is mine. Sampada tells him that she can’t live with Malhar Rane. Atharv takes her to side and asks why you will go and asks her to leave Moksh again for him. Sampada says I didn’t want to leave my son, and for that I will do anything. Atharv gets upset.
Kalyani comes of court room with Moksh and tells that nobody will snatch my son from me. Anupriya says nobody will snatch him from you. Atul asks her to be careful as they see the big stairs on the under construction building. The big stairs are about to fall on Kalyani and Moksh, but Malhar comes and holds the stairs. He saves them. Kalyani tells Moksh that nothing happened and says I am smiling, don’t worry. Malhar tells him that nothing happened. He takes baby in his hands. Kalyani tells Malhar that she can’t stay away from Moksh and cries.
Kalyani telling that nobody will snatch her son from her. Malhar takes Moksh from there. Kalyani asks where is he taking Billu? Anupriya says Moksh is with Malhar. Atul asks her to think calmly and says your and Madhuri’s marriage is not legal. Kalyani says madhuri and your marriage was illegal and asks if he left Madhuri. Atul goes upset. Kalyani says she will go and talk to Judge. Anupriya says Judge will not change his decision and tells that she is worried about Moksh. She says if Malhar accepts defeat then Moksh’s custody will go to Sampada and asks her to calm down. Kalyani hears a woman telling that she has won the case due to prayers. Malhar kisses Moksh and tells Sarthak that he is defeated. He says how can Judge tells Sampada is Moksh’s mother who left him
after his birth, and says Kalyani is his only mother. He says I can’t stay with woman like Sampada. Sarthak says I will try to make you talk to Judge Saheb.
Malhar kisses Moksh and says I can’t stay with that woman. Anupriya comes and says Kalyani. Malhar comes and sees Kalyani distributing biscuits and water to people and asking them to pray whatever is written in the letter. Malhar comes there. She gives her water, biscuits and letter. Malhar takes her to side and asks her what she was doing? Kalyani says she was praying for her son. Malhar says everything is ended, we have lost Moksh. Kalyani says if you refuse court sayings then the custody will go to Sampada. She says Sampada can’t take care of Moksh and asks him to live with Sampada for Moksh’s custody. Malhar asks have you gone mad and says you wanted me to stay with Sampada, who had broken my heart so badly. Kalyani threatens to hit him with stone if he don’t agree. Malhar holds her hand and throws the stone. He says you think that you only thinks of Moksh and not me. Kalyani says we have to think of Moksh only now and says if you refuse for court orders then Billu’s custody will go to Sampada. Malhar break down and cries. Kalyani says I know this is not easy for you, and says you hate Sampada, but you have to give this sacrifice for him. She says if he will leave Billu with the woman who left her after he was born. Malhar asks what you will do? Kalyani says I will manage and I am very strong.
Malhar says that’s why you was asking people to pray that Billu returns to you. Kalyani gives him chit. Malhar reads the chit that Billu shall learn to live without me (her). He reads the chit and cries more. Kalyani says I asked people to pray that my Billu learn to live without me. Malhar asks how can she be so selfless and says how she can have a big heart. He says I was sometimes jealous to see Moksh loving you more than me, and says now I feel Moksh was right to love you more. Kalyani asks him to agree to stay with Sampada for Moksh. They both cry. Sampada tells Anupriya that she will get Moksh somehow. Anupriya says you will get him just to fulfill your stubbornness, this is the difference between Kalyani and you. She says Kalyani is selfless and can do anything. Atharv tells Aao Saheb that Sampada has gone mad and want the baby anyhow. Aao Saheb asks him not to worry and says Malhar will not be here in court then Sampada will get the custody. Sarthak asks Malhar to come and says judge is ready to talk. Malhar says if judge will agree, if Kalyani don’t have to sacrifice. Sarthak asks what and asks about Kalyani. Atul asks Kalyani to make Billu quiet and locks her in room.

Anupriya says she was with me. Malhar says Kalyani is in trouble. Atul tells Aao Saheb that he did sin on her sayings and tells that her voice can’t come out from the sound proof room. He asks her to go and do whatever she wants, and asks him to stop Malhar so that Sampada gets her son. Aao Saheb says this is good deed that you are uniting Sampada with her son. Kalyani knocks on the window. Aao Saheb covers it with window. Atharv sends Kalyani’s pic to video in which she is tied. Anupriya is shocked.
Sarthak says it is their conspiracy not to make you reach in court. Sampada tells Atharv if he thinks she will get her son and Malhar will come here searching Kalyani. Atharv says he will and says such people are like that, and says court will give you Moksh’s custody and Malhar will end up searching Kalyani. Malhar says I will go and search Kalyani. Sarthak asks him to send his team. Malhar says Moksh is with me because of Kalyani and tells that we have just half an hour. Kalyani shouts for help. Kalyani hits on the glass door, the curtain flies in air. Kalyani asks someone save me. Atul hides the window with curtain and asks how dare you to accuse me? Malhar says I don’t want to fight with you, but I will search Kalyani before the hearing begins. Kalyani cries and thinks how to get out from there. Just then electricity is switched off, and rats come out near her. She asks the rats to go back. Atul says you can’t do this with your grand daughter. Aao Saheb says whatever I am doing is for her betterment, and says court case will end in 15 mins. Atharv’s men lies to Malhar about seeing Kalyani going out
30 mins before. Pawar and Malhar leave. The man calls Atharv and says his work is done. Anupriya asks Atul where is Kalyani and asks him to tell if he knows. Atul says why will I hide my daughter? Anupriya cries and asks where did she go? She says Kalyani….where are you? She asks Ganapati Bappa to protect her. Kalyani shouts for help as the rats go near her. Anupriya says my daughter’s heart is clean and asks not to get any injustice happen with her. Kalyani is scared and sees rat about to climb on her. She says save me and sits with her head hidden. Anupriya is praying…All the rats go through the hole. Kalyani thanks Bappa and says I love you, you have sent these rats so that it shows me the way.
Sarthak calls Malhar and asks him to return within 15 mins. Anupriya says she couldn’t trace her. Atharv and Sampada come there. Anupriya asks where is Kalyani? Atharv asks how do we know? Sarthak says you will be punished. Atharv says court case will start soon. Kalyani opens the passage and gets inside it. Atul tells Aao Saheb that he is feeling bad and asks when we will take her out. Aao Saheb says when Judge tells the verdict. Sarthak asks Malhar to come. Judge calls Sarthak and asks if Malhar rane is going to come or not. Sarthak tells that Kalyani is missing and Malhar went to search her and says Atharv and Sampada are responsible for this.
Atharv says this is a lie, they are wasting the time. Judge asks for the proof. Kalyani gets inside the passage and shouts for help. She couldn’t breath. Sarthak asks Judge to wait for just 10 mins and says Malhar must be coming. The smoke comes in the passage.
Anupriya calls Malhar. Malhar says someone misguided me, Kalyani was in the court campus. She asks him to return. Malhar says I can’t come without her knowing she is in danger. Kalyani shouts saying Malhar ji. Malhar hears her voice. Judge says Malhar’s absence proves that he don’t want to give a chance to his marriage with Sampada Rane for Moksh’s custody, and that’s why this court…Just then Kalyani comes and asks Judge to stop. Sarthak says Malhar has come. Kalyani takes Moksh and sits with Anupriya. Anupriya asks what did Atharv did with you. Malhar tells that Kalyani was missing due to Aao Saheb’s conspiracy. Judge says Malhar has come here and has proved that he is ready to stay with Sampada for moksh’s custody for 1 year. Kalyani cries. Malhar asks Judge to see this baby’s eyes and says he always looks for Kalyani, when she is not his Aai. He says only Kalyani can make him quiet and can bring smile on his face, why? When she is not his mother. He says when Moksh doesn’t get sleep then he sleeps peacefully hearing Kalyani’s lullaby, when she is not his mum. He says Moksh couldn’t speak, but can understand her language, emotions and pain. He asks Anupriya why does he feel for Kalyani. He asks why nobody is answering to my questions. He says I will answer and says Moksh understands what we don’t. He says Moksh knows that birth mother can’t be a mother, and says the woman who raises the child taking care of him becomes a mother. He asks then how did Sampada become his mum who left him after his birth. Kalyani comes to Malhar and is about to touch his hand, but moves her hand. Malhar says I respect Court decision, but for me Kalyani Rane will be Moksh’s Aai forever.
